Letsos Hotel

Been here lots of times because of friendly staff and glorious location Staff 5* attentive at checking in Bar staff fabulous and always friendly /helpful. Food day times by pool are lovely/fresh Pool is lush and more so due to new addition Stephen Kelly who is helpful/friendly /funny /attentive Every room we have have had over numerous occasions has been fabulous It feels like our holiday home from home

Rooms were clean and towels changed regularly sheets not so much. But in Need of updating, Unless you paid more to update. We had a fabulous view if we had updated the rooms would overlook the hotel opposite or a road so we were happy with our room. The pool is amazing we'll worth staying for that. Food was very good freshly prepared and enough choice. Staff are very friendly. The only gripe was we hired a car from the hotel. It was absolutely filthy bodily fluids all over and I mean seats roof etc. Very expensive for what we needed. Don't recommend at all the car hire from the hotel. We asked if we could keep the room on for a few hours and they wanted to charge us €40 which in our opinion was excessive. Otherwise we had a thoroughly enjoyable time

I'd give this hotel an 8.5/10. We'll start with the positives. Location is fantastic, right on the main road of bars and restaurants but also VERY quiet. Lots of choices of restaurants, bars, shops and excursion places. (Highly recommend the turtle Island tour!!) 5 minutes away from the beach and has everything you need around the area. The pool is amazing and very big but was very cold upon entry. Took about 10 minutes to get used to it. They had the most amazing barman Steven!! He is genuine, kind hearted, funny, very attentive and amazing at his job. It was a pleasure and a privilege to meet him. The food and drinks had a good variety, not particularly cheap but not overly expensive. Between 6-18 euros for food, 3-12 euros for drinks. Definitely recommend the Disaronno spritz. YUM! The beds were surprisingly comfy! But small singles. Terrace was small but a nice enough size with space for a table and two chairs. Nice view of the gardens and road. Now to the slight negatives. Reception staff weren't particularly helpful. Didn't really seem to care you were around. We told them there was a leak in our room which we couldn't find out where it was coming from (ended up putting towels down) and the receptionist just shrugged her shoulders. The rooms are quite small and there was no way of stopping the flies and mosquitoes coming into the room. We were bitten so badly!! They tried to charge us €50 for the week for air con which is way too much! So we brought a mini fan from the shop across the road for 10 euros and it worked a treat! The sheets weren't the cleanest with a few yellow marks, so we washed them ourselves. The sheets were only changed once in the week we were there and the towels only every 2/3 days. If you wanted extra towels or cleaning they charge you. So we did it ourselves. The shower has a mind of its own haha! One minute it's warm the next it's freezing then boiling the luke warm. But the shower size it's self was really big so you could move around. Overall a really great hotel and would definitely return! Just needs a little tweaking.

Booked this last year not knowing the area or the hotel .when I arrived we had paid for an upgrade but was taken to non upgrade. Was told we could change rooms next day .this was when you've traveled for hours a bit frustrating to say the least. However bear with me .on a positive the reception where very understanding us being grumpy and tired lol.The hotel I would say is a 3 star basic very clean the maid brilliant and friendly.The pool what a shock wow 5 star plus .The staff serve you all day on your sunbeds with a smile food lovely and very reasonable. Alikanas I loved I am 60yrs old and just right size and enough bars and entertainment people sooo friendly and no harassment.most people wd spike to had been coming back for years which says it all .a 15 minute walk away is Alykes with stunning beach and tavernas .All in all I would recommend 👌 the hotel if you don't want luxury but clean and stunning pool .Alikanas 😎 👌

Came for a couples getaway for 6days Hotel is in a lovely area ,lovely views beach only 5mins down the road with the lovely harbour you can see sea turtles. Hotel staff are lovely overall Hotel is nice. We paid to upgrade our room to a room with a pool and aircon . The room itself is average sized has everything u need. The onsite pool is beautiful and has plenty of sunbeds available was very clean and the staff serving food and drink from the restaurant in the middle of the complex were so nice. Right outside the hotel is a ***** of shops bars and restaurants. If you wish to do watersports or trips there are plenty of places along that ***** to book. We went b&b after reading the mixed reviews about this hotel due to the food being bland and not so great/repetitive. I can confirm breakfast was the same everyday. We asked a few here that were all inclusive who stated it wasn't worth it. Only negatives were the amount of flys and the smell the bathrooms in the hotel /in your room and outside all u can smell from time to time was eggs/dirty water drain smell. If you want to also u can get the local bus into town which was €2 each per person single to get there so in total €4 for a return the old town has a lovely harbour, is filled with restaurants and shops =) so worth a go. The staff was great showing us to our room when we first got there we did have to swap rooms due to the room we were in had a light on continuously and we couldn't sleep so they happily moved us with without any fuss. You may also hear cats in the hotel meowing we had this 3times during the evening as the hotel doesn't close the doors haha Overall holiday was lovely but would say it's more for couples and older people than family's x Would definitely come again Also the tourist tax we paid €15 for 2 adults for 5night 6ays x it is €3 per day

Travelled here on the 8/10/24 was a little apprehensive due to the reviews on trip advisor. They couldn't be more wrong clean room with a beautiful view from the balcony of the pool and the mountains in the distance. Fresh towels and room cleaned daily by very polite staff. Receptionist on arrival bright and friendly and a member of staff escorted us to our room carrying our bags for us. We were half board breakfast is served from 7am to 10am. I have been in hotels that offer more choice but in my opinion this was enough fruit pastry and cooked option all very fresh all very well stocked. The pool area is clean and beautiful the waiting staff are friendly and helpful always keen to hear about your day or leave you in peace. Drinks and food are brought very quickly after ordering. Evening meal always fresh and hot small but always nice choices. The staff in the dinning room very friendly and polite and always telling us what food is on offer. Don't be put off by the bad reviews for us 10/10. Will come again good choice for winter sun.

We booked private pool room was amazing great check in friendly receptionist paid for air con safe tourist tax .The nisos pool bar was amazing great food and fantastic bbq night on Thursdays every member staff amazing but the receptionist deserves special mention she has smile on her face all time and very helpful don’t hesitate book it

Was a little apprehensive after reading some negative reviews but my partner Warren and I were pleasantly impressed. We’re on our third night and have seven left. On arrival we were greeted at reception and bought to our room just a little bit down the road. Our hearts dropped as it was very small with nothing for our self catering booking and when I questioned this we were told we’d booked a room only. My partner checked his emails and yes I’d booked a room only but we always go self catering twice a year. We upgraded to a self catering room which is modern, big, clean with everything we need with a spectacular view of the pool(we paid €200 for upgrade which isn’t a lot considering how cheap the holiday was in the first place so this wasn’t an issue). The pool area is stunning with lots of loungers, big bean bag style beds and parasols. We’ve not one complaint at all about Letsos. The location is great with a ten minute walk to the beach and outside the hotel there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. We’ve seen reviews where people are moaning about having to pay tax which anyone should know is standard especially on Greek islands and having to pay for a safe and air conditioning, again this is standard wherever you go. We really wouldn’t want anyone to be put off by the negative reviews and we’d highly recommend Letsos to our friends. Warren and Emine
