Letsos Hotel

The hotel room itself was good, but unfortunately, all three of the rooms I booked had a noticeable smell throughout my 5-day stay. While the overall comfort was there, the persistent odour was a downside and affected the experience. I hope they can address this issue because otherwise, it has potential.

Okay so I aswell will start off with the positives
Which there was none so will go onto my stay at Letsos hotel.
If you’re booking with a 3rd party holiday set as in through jet 2 , love holidays etc please Google the bedrooms before hand as the pictures they display are NOT accurate. Upon arrival we noticed some rooms were refurbished and some weren’t. Our room was nothing like the pictures we had seen when booking. Dirty , charge I think 30-50 euros for air conditioning. Dimily lit rooms. I will attach photos. We complained about this aswell as the room being dirty and rust etc all in the shower. Was told it was due to the hard water they had. Behind everything was dirty the whole stay was just really unpleasant. Upon asking to move to another room we also heard people complaining about the same things. They showed us multiple rooms one was an upgrade for £200 GBP and looked absolutely terrible. The other was £550 GBP and was literally the same 3 single beds but had looked new and refurbished like the photos. The staff all hate to answer questions about concerns and just tell people to wait for the manager. In all fairness if we wasn’t so far out we would’ve changed hotel. I do not recommend staying here not worth the money. They also over charged us for our pool side drinks. We ordered and after you place your order they take the menus straight away and then come back with a new price once you’ve drank your drinks and refuse to bring out another menu. The pool closes at 7pm and there’s only about 4 options we saw if you opt to get all inclusive and eat food.
