Great hotel! I have stayed in 30+ cities, several all-inclusive holiday resorts and i can say this has the most friendly staff. Always with a big smile. Always helpful. Super clean!. The hotel is not brand new but it is not old, it has a style. Lovely, small, elegant.
Definitely recommended.
Location is also great, it is in the middle of the island which makes the farthest beach at most a 12-14 minute drive no matter south or north. There are also wonderful beaches with 6-8 min drive.
Hotel is in the Ano Mera village, the town center is 5 mins walking where you can find super quality restaurants, supermarket, ATM, everything. Bus stop is also close but I have rented a car. The room has mini fridge, TV, air condition.
We stayed as a family of 3, everyone was very very pleased.

Cozy hotel that is easily accessible from the main road! Great atmosphere & environment with nature + pool. The staff was friendly and attentive whenever we needed assistance. Would stay here again!

A very nice and quiet hotel to stay. Our room had a balcony and view to the pool
Super clean room.the reception was so helpful explained the map and routs to us very well as it was our first visit to Mykonos. Close to the bus stop and 2 minutes walk from square with all the restaurants. We didn't have breakfast. Will go there every year!!!

A fantastic stay. The staff were amazing and very keen to help and make sure you were looked after. The bar is fully stocked and the breakfast was fantastic. If you are looking for peace and tranquility then book her and party everywhere else. The location is a bit out of the way but that mean that the staff will help you get where you want to be. Thank you for a great stay

The receptionist was very rude and was speaking very impolitely. No manners to treat the customer. She was not a person anyone would like to meet during your holidays.
The beds were very uncomfortable.
No one to help you to the room.
Stairs with no assistance
Breakfast was separate but not worth the money.

The hotel is really beautiful, the room was clean and noiseless, the bed very comfortable, the swimming pool incredible!

The only problem is the renting car company they work with: Rizos Bikes.
It was awful. We were waiting for 2h 10 min to get the vehicle and more problems with the return way to the port they promited us and they changed in the last moment.
The staff of the hotel helped us to solve these problems and we feel really grateful, but don't rent with the car company if you don't want to lose your time.

Good basic hotel if you get a good price, nice pool, breakfast is very basic and the guy serving acts like Basil Faulty but does not know it.

VERY EXPENSIVE NOT VERY CLEAN ..WE STAYED 5 NIGHTS AND OUR SHEETS HAD 3 DAYS TO BE CHANGED.. OUR BATHROOM SHOWER CURTAIN HAD MOLD ON THE EDGES...AND THE BREAKFAST WAS POOR FOR 180.00 EUROS A NIGHT II WAS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!
