The hotel represents an excelent choice if you want to stay in Batsi with very good breakfast and services in general at a reasonable price. However the beach is not as good as I thought. If you have a car, there are much better beaches within a range of 20km, like Phelos for instance.

First time to Andros, and this hotel was a pleasant surprise. First of all it is not a 2 star hotel. I would say a 4- stars easily. It has the potential of a real 4 star with 2 swimming pools, the 2nd for young kids. Breakfast is a buffet, and nothing was missing. Beautiful hotel with a breathtaking view! The staff are so polite and can’t do enough for you. The hotel is spotless and the location is perfect only a short walk to lots of nice restaurants and bars . Brekfast was tasty and lunch was absolutely delicious the chef cooks real Greek food! We will be returning to the island and the hotel.

The location was good. Approximately 15 minute walk from Batsi. The room was very clean and we had a good view from our balcony. Parking was very easy. The breakfast was excellent with a good selection. Lovely view from the pool area where we had a relaxing breakfast.

We stayed at the beggining of October where the wind in Andros was really low and we loved it. Such a great view and roomy apartments. Just a few stairs from the main market and a 10 minute walking distance from the beach. Recommended!

Hotel needs a renovation immediately, it’s more like something from the 80s than 2024. Location is ideal but building is not good. Cleaning staff and people working there do the best however the supervisor they have needs a reality check on how to manage customers. Listening first and then answering is more helpful than talking over people. The reception staff are lovely.

Coming back every year. An amazing boutique hotel overlooking the sea with amazing and friendly stuff always smiley and polite! Quite with an amazing beach underneath! Perfect for relaxation! (If you are lucky they organize spontaneous music nights with a piano and some guests singing classic greek songs! The event doesn't last after 23.00!)

This is rate only for the beach i was not in the hotel. So regarding beach... this is weak 3 stars because this beach have so much potential but its like they dont care to change it, if i was the owner that beach would be all in white - mint colors, the taverna would work in full capacity with different interior... And with some perfect chill out music... i will not go to this beach anymore.

My family and I stayed at this wonderful hotel for 6 days. It was a great experience! From a clean and friendly service to the staff being great, to the breathtaking views and amazing sunsets/sunrises, this place is absolutely fantastic.

The main beach is 5 steps from the hotel and all cafes, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy and bus stops are nearby. Top address in the pretty village of Batsì.

The hosts were PERFECT. Georgina and Babis made us feel welcome, like sharing their home with us. They gave us great info about the restaurants and the beaches on the island . The apartment was cleaned daily and every afternoon we got fresh towels. Every morning we sat on the main balcony looking at the Batsi bay. They accommodated us with both early check in and late check out.

Family owned business, very polite and helpfull couple and our luck their son Alexander. The room is good sized for 2, small but good view of the bay, very clean rooms. Parking is a little bit tricky but managable, its true there are steps down to Batsi streets if you dont hire a car, but its a good path of 4 minutes.
