The room was at any time clean. The personnel was ready and willing to service at any time both to room service and to the pool. Breakfast offered was like 4 star hotel ! All in all , i’m more than satisfied about the hotel and its amenities! Thank you and we hope we will be back again !

Location is the best in the whole island. Very easy to park next to it. Comfortable and clean. An excellent base to visit the island, and also for dinners and drinks at night walking distance. Just don't expect fancy facilities.

This hotel is in a perfect position, right on the beach in Batsi. The rooms are spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds and modern shower room. It is a good hotel, it has an excellent location in Mpatsi bay. Decent breakfast, free beach and pool. Good quality / price. The staff should be more customer focused. Some technical problems such as hot water at certain critical times. I recommend it

Coming back every year. An amazing boutique hotel overlooking the sea with amazing and friendly stuff always smiley and polite! Quite with an amazing beach underneath! Perfect for relaxation! (If you are lucky they organize spontaneous music nights with a piano and some guests singing classic greek songs! The event doesn't last after 23.00!)

It. Was. Great. I'd love to go back there some day. The rooms were so nice and each one had a perfect ocean view. The food was good. The beach was small and rocky but so lovely and private. It really was a perfect stay

This is rate only for the beach i was not in the hotel. So regarding beach... this is weak 3 stars because this beach have so much potential but its like they dont care to change it, if i was the owner that beach would be all in white - mint colors, the taverna would work in full capacity with different interior... And with some perfect chill out music... i will not go to this beach anymore.

Small and calm beach with sand and little pebbles. It has a beach bar where to order good sandwiches and salads. For visitors not staying at hotel the access is paddocks through an external stairs. Limited parking available

My family and I stayed at this wonderful hotel for 6 days. It was a great experience! From a clean and friendly service to the staff being great, to the breathtaking views and amazing sunsets/sunrises, this place is absolutely fantastic.

Great accommodation, we stayed in one of the suites on the upper part overlooking Batsi Bay from our balcony. It was a beautiful vacation experience , the island is magnificent and everything regarding our stay was perfect. The building are majestic and the services offered were fabulous. Located in the historic center where you can walk to everything but quiet and relaxed! They absolutely do everything for you. Definition of vacation.

Hotel needs a renovation immediately, it’s more like something from the 80s than 2024. Location is ideal but building is not good. Cleaning staff and people working there do the best however the supervisor they have needs a reality check on how to manage customers. Listening first and then answering is more helpful than talking over people. The reception staff are lovely.

Excellent Hotel; very friendly ambiance and the rooms ard equipments are new (strong internet connection) & beautiful cycladic stylish and all very clean. The main beach is 5 steps from the hotel and all cafes, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy and bus stops are nearby. Top address in the pretty village of Batsì.

Clean and suitable room. Front hotel rooms has small balcony allowing washed clothes to dry. Dimitri is very helpful. Easy to get to bay and restaurants.

The location was good. Approximately 15 minute walk from Batsi. The room was very clean and we had a good view from our balcony. Parking was very easy. The breakfast was excellent with a good selection. Lovely view from the pool area where we had a relaxing breakfast.

The staff and owners are friendly, organized, and helpful. The food and drinks are delicious and appropriately priced. The hosts were PERFECT. Georgina and Babis made us feel welcome, like sharing their home with us. They gave us great info about the restaurants and the beaches on the island . The apartment was cleaned daily and every afternoon we got fresh towels. Every morning we sat on the main balcony looking at the Batsi bay. They accommodated us with both early check in and late check out.

Family owned business, very polite and helpfull couple and our luck their son Alexander. The room is good sized for 2, small but good view of the bay, very clean rooms. Parking is a little bit tricky but managable, its true there are steps down to Batsi streets if you dont hire a car, but its a good path of 4 minutes.

Dont think even 1minute to book your room.. The couple who manages rooms are fantastic and positive people. Lovely view. More than value for money. You feel as you are home! Thank you!

It was an amazing experience! Great location and our suite was extremely clean and new with a breath taking view. We stayed at the beggining of October where the wind in Andros was really low and we loved it. Such a great view and roomy apartments. Just a few stairs from the main market and a 10 minute walking distance from the beach. Recommended!
