Epsilon Hotel Apartments

The hotel is perfectly located for sight seeing and was clean inside and out. The room had everything you need for a relaxing break away. The hotel staff were always friendly and very engaging. The pool and gym facilities were very good and so was the beach bar at the back of the hotel, sunbeds were 8 euros for the day with food and drink service at the sunbed as well. If you're someone that isn't into the all inclusive holidays this hotel is perfect. We will definitely be back very soon.

We arrived late in the evening (after 11pm) and check in was done but only the basics to sort our apartment. Greek Taxes and passport details were taken in the morning to complete check in.
We had a sea view apartment with good views on level 4, well laid out with a kitchen area, lounge with two large sofas, chair, TV, sliding doors to large balcony where you can watch the sun rise over the sea (sun in the morning) Table and chairs, Air conditioning.
There is a small sink, mirror area with hairdryer just outside the bathroom.
Bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. The shower is too low for anyone over 5ft10 (I'm 6ft4), there is a glass shower screen on the bath and opposite on the wall is a soap dispenser which is in the way when trying to wash especially if you are tall.

Bedroom is nice, two single beds pushed together, sheets on the bed with a duvet in the wardrobe with extra pillows and towels.
Tv on the wall, air conditioning, black out curtains and sliding door to the balcony.
Rooms are quiet, cleaned daily (as required) and spacious.
Lifts up to the floors. There is a Gym, Swimming pool and small supermarket (one rude/grumpy staff member)

All reception staff are helpful and you are always greeted with a smile.

Bus stops are right outside the hotel, ideal for going to Rhodes or Lindos etc they do get full though and can be late.

Epsilon shopping center has plenty of little shops, a bar and a lovely cafe.

Beach is a 5 minute walk, sun loungers can be paid for 16 euro per day for two with a table and service buttons for ordering food and drinks.
You can snorkel from the beach, there is a rocky reef with fish, wear beach shoes and be cautious entering as it is rocky in some areas.
This section of beach is a bit stony, the 'sand' is small stones.

Faliraki square is a 30-40min walk along the beach or 30 minute walk along the road.

Would definitely come again, an excellent alternative to all inclusive.

This hotel was lovely. We stayed here for a week and had a lovely time. Rooms are very spacious and super clean and modern with huge balcony. Handy shop great for drinks snacks and making lunches in your room. Pool very clean and lovely sitting area but does become shaded quickly. No on site bar or restaurant but we walked 5 mins to the Amades beach just behind and it was ideal. It was a little further out from faliraki centre but not a bad walk.

Have to say that you don’t get to experience such lovely customer service as you get here. The reception staff is so professional and yet so friendly and smiling genuinely every time Cleaning was also good and the hotel is located in a peaceful area with all the most important services nearby. The room had a very nice shower room. We liked it very much ❤️

The hotel is in a great location, a short walk from the shopping street, many places to eat and the beach. The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean. I was very satisfied with the hotel, in my opinion, the price-quality ratio is very good.

Our forth visit to Epsilon Hotel Apartments. The staff is fantastic and that Antonia in the reception is a Scandinavian speaker is priceless! We got a warm welcome when arriving late at night and all our questions and requests were taken with genuine interest. The cleaning ladies also really did their job well and were always very friendly. The rooms with a sea view is a treat and the sea is just a short walk away.

We stayed here for five days, and it was truly wonderful. The room was spacious and clean, and the sea view was fantastic. The reception staff were excellent—very friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping team was also extremely polite.

I will definitely book a room at Epsilon Hotel again when I return to Rhodes.

Very nice hotel close to the beach.
Good transportation with bus to Lindos, Anthony Quinn bay or Rhodes City.
Very good service from the staff, especially Antonia in the reception and the cleaning staff. New fresch towels every day and big modern rooms.
The area got pretty few good restaurants nearby, and thats not really Epsilon Hotels fault, it’s the nearby all inclusive hotels that are draining the area. The café nearby is nice for breakfast and drinks.

Comfortable and well-maintained rooms. Brilliant location for beach with excellent service from the Ammades beach bar & restaurant. Pool was nice. Excellent service and spotlessly clean. Good shopping complex, buses to Rhodes & Kalithea Springs outside. Recommended

We had a fantastic week at Epsilon. The girls in reception was very service minded, one even spoke swedish. The appartment was functional and the gym was well equipped. Best of all was the beach. Christos and his team gave us wonderful service at Ammades Beach Club. Perfect place if you want to take the step fram all inclusive concept with teenagers and relax.
