An overall great trip. Airport collection organised through the hotel, €35 each way. We were staying in A1 which had its own private little pool. Room was nice and modern. Had decent enough cooking facilities. House keeping came everyday and did a great job. There was a good selection of breakfast items, both cooked and continental. The mousses were a particular favourite of mine. Location wise, it was about a 10 minute walk into the Main Street. Only downside of the location is that it is on a main dual carriageway and the rooms are not near soundproof. Also the curtains are not blackout and are poorly fitted so if you like to have a long lie, bring an eye mask and earplugs Would 100% recommend this hotel and we can’t wait to return.

I had such an lovely time at this hotel. The poolside is beautiful and relaxing, breakfast is great with good variety, rooms are clean, and the hotel staff is so kind and extremely helpful, all of them. I had a knee injury on the beach and they were so helpful and helped me treat it. I would come here again. The walk to the beach/city centre is about 10 minutes which is no problem for me as it is relaxing and good excercise.

me and my friend booked a 11 night holiday to rhodes and decided on dias studios. it was only a short walk from the main street with restraunts and night life and also right next to a bus stop so very convenient. Most of the staff were extremely friendly, especially the young girl in the mornings and Mr Moss who was part of the hotel and drove us to and from the airport. The only down side were the thin walls so we heard a lot of “banging” upstairs. We also requested a late check out time as our flight was late at night, however when we asked, the man at the front desk just straight up said no without checking what room number we were, which left us without a room all day. Nevertheless, we had a lovely time and would 100% return here again.

Had a room with a private pool, room was lovely. Very clean and had everything you would need. The owner and staff were 10/10, very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us, I have only positive things to say about my stay. Cleaners do a fantastic job at cleaning the rooms daily

Perfect little hotel just off the beaten track! 15minute stroll to the main *****! On the way you pass lots of lovely bars are restaurants. Some of the nicest where just at the end of the street! 10inute walk to the beach, where we found some of the nicer sunbeds for €15 a day for two with lovely thick mattress over them! We also found if you walked to the very end of the beach by the marina their was a lovely beach bar and also nice beds! We didn't find this until the last day as it was around the corner of the last few restaurants! We came late may early June so it was just getting into the swing of things bar wise which was perfect for a single mum and 13 year old to go out dressed up have a little boogie and be back home before it was too lively! We loved the Irish bar on the way down the girls their where lovely and made us feel at home! (Sorry can't remember the name) This hotel was a steel of a price for the swim up pool! Unfortunately there was no sun until 1/2pm and it went past the trees by 5 as we where on the end one! We spent the mornings one the FREE day beds and the afternoons on our own patio! Breakfast was more continental for us. The only eggs where fried so by the ten days I was ready for something else! Fruit we had apples which was a shame as I would have had a selection of fruit every morning! We did go to the small supermarket just up the Rd for melon and nibbles, the kitchen has only a single plug in hob and a few pots and pans so if your planning to cook their is no cooker! This didn't bother us as we are out every evening anyway. The bus to Rhodes town was just at the end of the street 30mins and you where there for €5 each I believe. You need to buy return before you get on the bus as they don't take payment. The kiosk is just by the bus stand where you get off! We planned a boat trip from Rhodes and got the bus early morning which was amazing and a great day out! Overall the only downside really is the breakfast. The pastrys where tiny and mainly just croissants or small cakes which my daughter loved! The food to order at the bar was cheap during that day when we had a pool day the pizza was lovely. Would I recommend yes definitely! One thing to note the wardrobe you cannot hang long dresses only shirts, even midd length would be too long so we had to hang them on the end! On a plus they gave you new beach towels daily which wasn't specified when booking, if I had known I would have left ours at home!

Greeted by a very friendly man on reception who showed us to our room, we had booked a basic room with kitchenette, which was basic you would have struggled to cook any meals in there but we really only needed a kettle for hot drinks in a morning and a fridge to keep drinks in so it was not a problem. We had a issue with the air con not working this was addressed straight away although it could not be fixed we where given a different room with working air con. Room was a good size and very clean, beds comfortable, clean towels daily. Shower curtain stuck to you when showering and the bathroom floor was soaked this seems to be the case in many places in Greece. Pool area very nice, plenty of sun loungers, and a nice seated area in the shade. Location is a 5 minute walk to the beach or water park, and about a 15 minute down to the main area of Faliraki. Reasonable priced food and drinks. Room for improvement with the breakfast. They run a shuttle service to the airport or sea port which is cheaper than a local taxi, we took advantage of this and was driven by very helpful man to the main port who went out of his way to make sure we caught the correct ferry. Enjoyed our stay just wished we had booked one of the apartments with its own private pool. would stay here again for sure.

I struggled to rate these apartments…on the one hand the outside areas are really lovely and worthy of four stars : dining area and swimming pool etc are very clean, well maintained . You can buy snacks which are reasonably priced and tasty. There are always enough sun loungers with no reserving with towels situation. However the apartments (not the upgraded ones) are VERY basic and are really only worthy of two stars . I’ve been to Greece before, I understand basic - but the shower here is a bit ridiculous. Imagine the smallest shower cubicle you can buy - covered only with a shower curtain on an l-shaped frame . Meaning that the curtain sticks to you whilst showering and the water goes everywhere . Yes it dries fairly quickly but I did slip a couple of times. There are very few plug sockets and one of our sockets was coming away from the wall . There’s not a great deal of storage . If you’re expecting to cook a meal there’s not a great deal in the kitchenette- this didn’t bother me - I’m not on holiday to cook. On the positive side, they are very clean with fresh towels every day, there’s a safe and the air con is good. We didn’t pay a lot for this so I’m not particularly complaining - just set your expectations low and you’ll have a great time ! Location was fine for us, we have been to Faliraki before so knew what we were getting . You can walk to the beach (tip - cut through Apollo Beach hotel) and all local restaurants and bars . Staff very friendly. Breakfast is continental, only hot item is fried eggs in a bowl. Lovely croissants, yogurt , ham , toast etc and the most delicious apple strudel!

We booked the room with the private pool and it was perfect. Everything very clean, pool towels and fresh towels provided daily. Air con was great. Patio had 2 sunbeds and a table with 2 chairs. The sun was on the private pool from 10-ish and on the patio from around 2pm until sunset, absolutely gorgeous weather. Very quiet atmosphere which we loved (no music blasting by the pool!) The staff was always incredibly helpful and friendly. Lots of sunbeds available around the main pool. Breakfast was a little more than continental so more than enough options for me. 10 mins easy walk to the main road with lots of restaurants, and a 20 min walk to the Naya beach club which we also recommend. Overall we were very well taken care of and would recommend this hotel.

For all the excellent reviews I see, I never saw what they saw. The staff were far from friendly, the food was just about edible and the shower was basically a bidet with a shower curtain. We were barely welcomed when we arrived. George (manager/owner) pointed us in the direction of our room, from reception, with a shrugged “enjoy your stay”. I thought was odd, but gave the benefit of the doubt. Following morning, I gave my breakfast plate back, said thank you, smiled etc. The woman (assuming owner’s wife, as she was completing bookkeeping etc) would not EVER make eye contact. *The incident that sealed this review* That evening, my boyfriend and I had been out majority of the day, went to dinner and we came back quite late. My boyfriend was playing a bit of music on the balcony. A young man came running to the balcony and said could you please turn it down. Of course. The song changed, the young man then came running back out, now shouting, “I told you to turn that off, if you don’t, you will leave”. He’s not changed to music off and not down? My boyfriend and I didn’t want to have a shouting match up and down the balcony, so we went to apologise down in Reception. I am not confrontational at all; I don’t like drama and never want drama. We apologised and I tried to explain, we were going to bed and lets move forward. He did NOT want to listen, especially to me. He was inconsolable. He explained that he’d called the Boss (George). I said it wasn’t necessary, we were going to bed. He said that he knew BAD people and we should beware. We were then greeted by George, he told us to sit down - like school children. And he explained the no music, British people ruined that for the hotel a long time ago(we are also British). We accepted we were in the wrong for that and I proceeded to apologise for the waking him up. BUT his son? The young boy, was threatening and I felt unsafe. It never needed to escalate to that. George said lets forget, everyone apologise to each other. “But if I hear anything more from you two, you will be asked to leave and I know all the hotels round here; no one will take you” another threat. As much as I wanted to leave, I was too scared that he would have called other hotels. So we decided to stay. But we stayed out all day, everyday. We only came back to sleep and shower (in the bidet with a curtain). I would never recommend this place after the way we were treated. It is something I have never experienced in my life. It was mortifying.

We booked a room by Booking.com so when we came room was waiting for us. Room is spacious in my opinion. Cleaning was everyday - big advantage. Breakfasts was very good. Also the whole space outside the building is awesome. During the day you can use sun beds and bowers. A lot of space where you can spend time at the evening with awesome lighting. Hotel is good located if you don’t want a lot of noise. However, you can go to the Faliraki centre by a walk in a few minutes. Also, Anthony Quinn Bay is relatively close to place, because it’s about 10 minutes by a car. Faliraki Beach is about 15 minutes by a walk. Swimming pool is spacious but unfortunately cleaning starts at 7 pm, so it’s closed since then. Also, shower was a little too small for me. And if I would change something I would change pillows because they are too thin.
