Litsa Apartments in Fourka

We love Litsa apartments. Quiet, on the water, great sea views, nice private beach with complementary umbrella and lounge chairs. Pet-friendly! The apartments are modern, very nicely designed, well-maintained and have everything you might need - cooking range, large refrigerator, table, AC, mosquito screens and more. We have been coming for years. The owner is always there and responds to all our needs. There is a great sea bar where you can get drinks, pizza, sandwiches and salads. The bar is never noisy. We stay above it and there is no loud music or other noises. Just the sound of the sea... Idyllic! A well-stocked grocery store and a very nice restaurant called Hippocampus (on the beach, with great views), are a few minutes' walk from Litsa apartments.

They are on the beach, where you can use sun beds if you just order any drink, which is totally correct.

A truly Greek vacation
The villa is part of an older real estate development comprising of multiple villas, offering various accommodation options, with different ownership, a charming little vacation village right by the waterfront, spotted with delightful palm and lemon trees or ficus and vines and hedges, paved with natural stone, populated almost entirely by Greek families. Our accommodation was relatively recently renovated, with all the amenities fully functional, washing machine included, very spacious, with a large living room upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs, one of them quite large also, each level having its own bathroom. A big plus was the private parking (across the street) which was a real luxury in the narrow streets, overcrowded by tightly parked cars. Another big plus was the immediate proximity to the waterfront. This made going to the beach more relaxing than ever, since it implied carrying nothing more than your towel initially and later, if you felt the need for something else, you could just go inside and fetch it. This way I've had the most relaxing, hassle free, beach going experience ever, and it was great. The overall atmosphere of the place was also very laid-back, easy-going with normal and decent family type vacation goers, most of them Geek, so I got to experience my first genuine Greek vacation as opposed to just a vacation in Greece. And I can now personally attest to the fact that Geeks do know the meaning of real relaxation.
In regards to the access to other local attractions, everything is within easy walking distance, with the best seafood restaurant in the area, The Ippokampos, right next-door.
Everything was just great for us, there was nothing we needed during our short three nights stay, the cleaning was scheduled every three days, but we obviously waved it, since we were living the next day.
A special nod goes to our charming host Iannis, an amazing guy - warm, educated and styled, well versed in English, the kind of person you instantly connect with and leaves you wanting to come back next year .

We had a truly wonderful stay at Litsa Apartments! The place is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for a relaxing holiday in Fourka. Everything was exactly as described, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived.

We came from Germany and stayed 7 nights at Litsa Apartments in Fourka. We couldn’t be happier with our choice! Everything was spotless and beautifully renovated. The food and coffee at the bar were excellent, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful – especially Yiannis, who truly made our stay even more enjoyable.

If you’re looking for a perfect and carefree holiday, I can warmly recommend Litsa Apartments. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We visited Litsa appartments for 6 days. The place and location is wonderful. The service and the staff are at very high level - always at place, with smile and thinking for all the guests as each of them is the most important. The sea is right behind the resort. Everything needed in the kitchen and in the apartments. The resort is very clean and taken care of. The food at the bar is delicious and I can’t say enough how nice the staff is and how welcome they make you feel. Yanis, the manager is such a nice person, he let us choose from what apartments he had available and even before we left he said that we could check out later as the little one overslept! I can’t recommend them enough!

The sea view from deluxe appartments is amazing, stop your breath. Everything needed in the kitchen and in the appartments. The fish restaurant on the Beach near the hotel is top as meals and service. You have everything needed No matter you need only a rest, a walk or a delicious meals, incl. if you want to have a sleep on the sea view terrace :)

Very nice place just on the beach. We are very pleased of our standart apartment. Good surprise were the exterior blinds and the heavy curtains which made the rooms dark for good sleep. Kind host and staff.

Very helpful owner and staff. Clean. Plenty of private parking place. Some rooms have good views of the sea and sunset. Less than ten minutes walk from Skala Fourka center which is a live and active, but small place (with fish restaurants, bars, and cafes). We enjoyed staying here for two weeks.
