The location is fantastic just outside the town with fantastic views. Still close enough to be in Gaios in 5 mins. It is comfortable clean and charming. Fresh towels whenever needed. Everything in the apartment was good quality. The pool is also wonderful. The owners were super charming and helpful about any questions and advice. Highly recommend.

We stayed for 2 weeks at the Thalassa studio and The Anatoli Villa. It was just great.
Antonia was very helpful and nice.
Very close to Gaios and the ferry Port which is very comfortable.
Will definately come again.
I recently stayed here with friends and family. All in all it was really positive, but we did have a few mixed feelings during the course of our stay. I've created a little pro's and con's list below.
Pros:
Location - We loved the fact that it was just outside town (1.5km). So an easy walk into town but it also meant that our stay was quiet and undisturbed.
"Private Beach" - There is a little walk...

Asaya Hills Villas, definitely has the wow factor ,,they are very modern and have everything you need.
Even your own private pool.
The views are amazing ,which you could just look at all day long whilst in the pool ,Set up high but only a 10 minute walk to the center.
Nancy is always on hand and is very friendly and helpful.
We will definitely stay again ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️
We had a fantastic stay at Asaya Hills Villas. The villa was clean, very modern and had everything you could need. The terrace and outdoor furniture was very nice and the pool was lovely. Nancy was always on hand if we needed anything and was able to provide advice on the local area. Would 100% recommend to anyone travelling to Parga

A taverna just down the road 50m has decent food and good for a visit or two.
Very good accommodation and friendly owners! In real a lot more comfortable than in the pictures. The house is not cheap in the high season, but it is definitely worth it thanks to the great pool. We were 3 families with 1 small child each, which is probably the maximum occupancy.
