The apartment is brand new and was extremely clean. On the 3rd day of our stay the host did not only changed the sheets and the towels but also cleaned the whole apartment paying a special attention to the bathroom. The location is perfect just 2 min from the Nea peramos beach (though we do not like it and visited Blue beach every day)

Great place, very clean and cozy. 5 min walk to the main street with restaurants and bars. The owners are very kind and persons. The apartments are well equipped, clean and nice. I would recommend that place for sure.
