Wonderful hotel, great choice for a vacation! The rooms are new and very clean. The host... well wonderful is not enough to cover it. She tended to all our need no matter how strange they were and she was so positive and always smiling. I would definitely come here again next time I plan vacation in Greece!

This hotel is direct to the sea. There is a restaurant and a beach bar too. It is the perfect place to stay if you have children or if you want to relax. The rooms are very nice . They clean and they change towels every day. I recommend it to everybody who needs to be near the sea and eat good food.

We stayed in an apartment with our family which was a clean room, with a renovate bathroom, bigger than you can usually find in Greece. The location is handy since it's couple of meters away from the sea. Perfect for stay with kids. The staff is kind and helpful. Great spot! We stayed at the beach and cannot comment about the accommodation but the beach amenities are excellent. Very clean changing room and spotless toilet. The beach itself is very good for families- sandy and shallow.

Staff very friendly and opened to answering questions and give recommendations, room was clean, cleaning was done every day, close and accessible to all points of interest in Nea Iraklitsa but at the same time quiet, close to a very well supplied supermarket . Also very close to main beach - you can wake up and take a bath in the sea in 5 minutes.

Nice place to relax. The water of the beach is not very clean but there are very beautiful beaches near the village. Most of the locals are friendly so you will feel like you are in the home country. The roads are not very good organized. The confusing and the missing street signs can cause you problems with locals. Way too expensive for the conditions offered. Booked one double-room for one night for my wife and me, end of August. The price was 89 Euro, breakfast included, to be payed on arriving at the hotel. The place is far from the crowd, near to the beach and the street with taverns. Big room with very nice terrace. The hostes are kind. For sure we are coming back.

The review is for restaurant. Yesterday we went to Nea Peramos and walked along the seafront full of terraces. We stopped at the Mira Mare terrace for lunch. It was a pleasant experience, the service was quite fast, I ate the tastiest grilled sardines in the area, acceptable prices.

Kind people and good food and plates, if not for the chaos while ordering. Needs more organized management and english speaking personal for the holidays... We had the salad Mia mare and it was very tasty. Goes great with the spinach balls and ouzo. I would give it 5 stars if not for the service.

I could tell from the people's energies that own and work for this hotel we would have a relaxing and wonderful stay. A hidden gem for Peramos , when I first arrived a year and a half ago I didn't know that this was a hotel I just had a coffee when it was spring in Greece . This time I am experiencing the large spacious room and bathroom with a balcony that sees the sea and the island of Thassos ...

Nice hotel with private beach, spacious rooms and great view. The restaurant of the hotel is a must try. The food is always fresh, usually catched by the owner. And if you want to have a drink when the night is still young, there is a bar just for you in the hotel. Internet and game room are also available.

Very pretty building - nicely decorated rooms and very comfy beds. Cleaning was on point, location was away from the crowded narrow streets of Nea Peramos. Breakfast was more than what we needed and it also a perfect start of the day as the restaurant is an open space with lots of fresh air.

Everything was so great, the room are very very clean and looks very nice, have balcony. They have breakfast and the tavern and the food is very good, all the waiter are very profi, they smile and was very polite. Defenitly we came back.

Great family hotel at the end of the village (closer to the beaches). Clean rooms. Great restaurant with delicious food run by the same family. We ate 5 out of 6 night there. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect little hotel located right on the beach. We stayed in a deluxe room, and all deluxe rooms are located on the first floor with a sea view. Owner of the hotel is very rude. He always shouts and do not know how to talk with customers. Breakfast is same every day and moderate. Beach is also good and they do not permit to drink anything from outside. They expect to buy everthing from their taverna.

We had a great time! Rooms are soundproof and AC is great for all night using which is very rare in Greecee where most AC aro blowing right in your head! Beach is qute, sometimes water gets dirty and sometimes is cristal clear. What a super hotel !! Rooms lovely, clean , and comfy and staff very friendly. Breakfast was delicious, something for everyone. The hotel is right on the beach with plenty of sunbeds for everyone, water is shallow and lots of fish so great for children and snorkelling.

The seaview is mesmerizing! I love how comfortable and neat the room turned out to be! The beach is quiet, and when it comes to the sea, the water is crystal clear (you can even see tiny fish). All members of staff were courteous and provided good service.

The rooms don't look like the pictures you we saw on their website. Maybe we were in rooms that were not yet renovated, but generally speaking they were not OK. The staff is extremely friendly, the breakfast is OK, the location is great, but next to the Villa there is a main road so you can't sleep with the windows open.

We had a nice and peacefull stay. The breakfast was good, the owners are very nice and understandable. There is beach 2 minutes away, but you need to cross a busy road with no walkmarks, so its kinda dangerous to do it with the kids... Great place, exceeded my expectations! We stayed with friends in an apartment for 4 people, the rooms were two separate bedrooms with separate bathrooms and entrances, which is super convenient. There is a large relaxation area just for the suit with jacuzzi. Hygiene is at a high level, they clean every day, put new towels. Hotel is not bad, at the time I was there water was clear and nice. Area is beautiful. Water heater in rooms is not so good, not enough hot water for 2 people. If you need shower - you got 2 minutes... lol after that water is cold.

Nice personnel, excellent location, very clean, breakfast good but not extraordinary.

Good location, good food, spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, good views. The friendliness of the restaurant personnel varies. The younger ones are very friendly and eager to please but do not speak much and seem nervous. One of the older ones takes all the beverage orders, and he is unfriendly to the guests and bosses the younger ones around.

Nice location, interesting architecture of the building, spacious areas. Renovation and maintenance in soecific areas is mandatory. Cleaning staff and the guys who help with the luggage were extremely polite, especially the tall big guy is an asset for the hotel with his welcoming attitude and remarkable client orientation. Reception staff could be more smiley and pleasant.

A lovely hotel, sat on its own slightly out of town but near another bar, a fabulous cake shop and a few amazing Gyros places. The pool was quiet and it had two beaches easily accessibly directly from the hotel.

Excellent hotel with amazing views and great staff. Location couldn’t be better away from the busy downtown yet only 4 min drive away with tons of restaurants around. Most amazing part is that it’s got three beaches and a great pool. Only downside is parking at times could be challenging.

Although just a 2 stars hotel, it was very clean, has everything we needed, very close to the beach and port and staff has an exceptional attitude. I recommend and not only for transits.

Air conditioning in Greece for the after lunch nap is soooo verrrry nicccce.

I stayed for 5 nights whilst working in Northern Greece in June this year (2025). The Hotel is easy to find, being situated on the extreme west side of the city. The city centre and waterfront is a 5 minute drive further down the road. Parking is limited but adequate-the spaces are mostly adjacent to the hotel. The hotel itself is quite small and offers a boutique feel-the rooms are well-appointed...

We had a great experience in the spa facilities of the hotel. The staff (especially Despina) was kind and helpful! The relaxing atmosphere, clean environment, and excellent services made our visit unforgettable and truly rejuvenating.

On our trip back to Türkiye we stopped at Kavala. All hotels were full for without prior reservation. However we were very lucky to find a room at Egnetis City Hotel and it turned out to be a very good experience. The location is great. There was parking place and the breakfast was great.

We booked a room with a mountain view. It was very spacious, with relatively modern facilities. And the bathroom very nice, with a shower with glass doors. As for breakfast, a wide variety and very tasty! Very good value for money. We highly recommend it!

We stayed two nights there. The room was nice although bit dated. The location was good and the stuff very friendly. Overall for low budget I will recommend to stay there, very good value for money.

Very nice place with a very artistic lobby, where you can meet anyone you wish (even for professional reasons). The paintings of the famous Greek painter and engraver Takis Tsentemaidis provide a superb quality at the place!

We visited the hotel in early December 2018, the staff was great, very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and and was of a good size. The breakfasts were good. The Nefeli hotelbis a very good Value for money property. I will definitely be staying there on my next visit to Kavala..

The best location in downtown Kavala. You wouldn't ask for anything more to fully enjoy the city. Friendly staff, always doing their best to improve the services and incorporate new practices. The roof garden, operating in summer, offers a fascinating view, one you'll keep in your memory for the rest of your life.

It's a nice place. The food is nice , the people are welcoming and helpful and the room is ok. When we got here the door couldn't open ,but they helped us. The room is ok ,there wasn't a program in Bulgarian, good thing I know English.... Regardless I liked my stay here.

Well it is in the heart of the city you have a great view and it is value for money. The service is excellent and if you are lucky you may find a parking spot in their parking. I booked in late November (off season) and the prices where fine.

We stayed at the hotel in September. Reading the reviews, we didn't have high expectations, but we were pleasantly surprised; the room was clean, including the bathroom. The breakfast was very varied and abundant. The waitress even warned us that birds might land on the terrace where breakfast is served, so she recommended sitting indoors. We sat outside anyway, and the pigeons didn't land on the tables...

The bathrooms are renoveted, everything else is old. There is only one power socket next to the bed. The second one in the entire room is behind the TV. WiFi is not great, but its stable. Avererage ~8/2 Mbps Breakfast was good.
