Hotels in Kalamaki

I stayed with my 2 children in a triple room. The rooms was rather small but nice ad clean. The balcony was over viewing the street and at time noisy. The bathroom was fine but the shower box small (i am not big). The pool was large and clean and the area around very well kept. The hotel has the resort feeling which is not my style. The clientele was mainly German and the staff spoke better German...

Spotless, neat, good sized rooms, welcoming; lovely staff, good breakfast, beautiful pool and terrace area. Nothing not to like, and because it doesn't have a high star rating it was much nicer than we had anticipated. We will definitely be going back, for a longer stay next time! Many thanks.

We stayed there for a week in July 2021. It is a lovely place close to the sea. Small, clean and very nice! Theo, Irini and Michalis are Superhosts!!! So it was a plesure to meet them!

4 Stars? 5 Stars? Why? What for? It deserves 3 stars for cleanliness and cordiality of the owners. But it does not make up for the lack of charm. Loud and partially broken aircon as well as a balcony that's useless (too hot and again too loud aircon (the backside)). However, this might still be one of the better options in the area as the other hotels do not look much more promising..

Loved the family atmosphere and the comfortable accommodation. Our balcony had a beautiful sea view and we enjoyed breakfast there everyday! The beach is just some minutes away and the quiet countryside is just charming. Irina and the family are all so helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay!

Con Road that leads to it is mountain road. It is not comfortable. Pros Road is beautiful passing olive groves and gorge and villages. Good base to moderate hike to Palm beach. Palm Beach is worth the visit. YoI will need to bring your Beach gear. Taverna is there but no lounges. Way to go... Hike to the Palm Beach in the morning come back to the Alexander Beach around lunch.

It's October - prompt service, excellent grill, tasty, fair prices. Sunbeds and umbrella for the beach included

Great value for price and right on the sea side! friendly owners, lovely beach view and clean simple place to crash after a day at the beach and in the sun!

An awesome place, we went here 4 years ago, and we came back in the same place cause it has good services, good food, a great view and for the great hospitality.

Have checked in at Alexander Beach Hotel. Nice rooms, good food and lovely beach with pine trees as sun shelter. Beach heading west. It will be a lovely sunset ?

Kirsten is a suerberb host. She makes welcoming atmosphere and in spacious and cosy Arethousa apartments you got this home like feeling. Moreover Pitsidia is way more fun to stay than Matala. Thanks for all recommendations, we really had an amazing stay thanks to you.

After a 2 year break we were again in the Aretoussa Pension. We found the room sparkling clean. This was cleaned regularly and stocked with fresh towels and fresh bed linen. On request, breakfast can be freshly prepared and served in the morning. Kerstin is always available and has an open ear for her guests. Wonderfully located guesthouse in warm Pitsidia. The rooms are great, clean, have comfortable large beds, are air-conditioned and offer enough space (even if you don't spend much time in this wonderful area ;-)). Very cozy, small pension with super nice hosts. Location was great for us. We were able to explore the surrounding area on foot in the first week, and in the 2 weeks we had great excursions with a rental car.

So beautiful! We stayed in the Aretoussa holiday home with a very large terrace. The house was very clean, the decoration is very nice and immediately invites you to feel good. The trees on the terrace are already so big that they provide shade, but there is always a place for sun lovers, e.g. on one of the numerous balconies that offer enough space. This is a nice house with beautiful garden. We spent two nights there. The village is very traditional with good restaurants. The beaches are close (by car). Jodi is a nice and warm person. We enjoyed our time there.

Very nice guesthouse in the village, kind people, big rooms with air conditioning. The only bad thing is that the balconies of some rooms communicate, that is, they do not have a partition. Also it would be good if there was a parking space because it is difficult to find a place. Maybe the Municipality should make sure to create a municipal parking lot.

Great place to stay in Kalamaki. The rooms are nice, spacious and clean. The host is very friendly and welcoming. The position is perfect and everything is within reach. From here to Phaistos is only 10 minutes with the car. Definitely recommend this apartments!

They are a series of modern villas built on the top of a hill overlooking the Libyan sea. Well maintained and spacious. Very good location and suuper friendly and motivated, authentic owner of paradise studio which always has a smile on his face. The waitress is also very sweet. My boyfriend loved to take 1-2 coffee every day, I had now and then freddo cappuccino which is perfectly made there (am not a coffee person tho) . We sat on the very comfortable beach chairs of the paradise studios which are also for free....

Friendly owner! Lovely staff ? perfect place for a pre dinner drink or afternoon beer. I would happily take this view of the sea and bar back to England! Very relaxing.
