Villa Melina

It feels like a hidden gem. The staff were very friendly. It was located in a quiet part of the town and only a 5/10 minute stroll from the harbour front. The pool was brilliant, there were times where it was only the 2 of us using it. The breakfast was very good especially the apple cake. I wished I'd asked for the recipe.

It was an excellent stay, I would stay again and am going to recommend to family.

Villa Melina has many rooms of all kinds spread over the entire area of the building and around the pool.

The villa itself is very beautiful. And the price is reasonable for what you get.
But it is far from the center and you have to walk a little on the slope to the center and back uphill.

We liked the old building and we also liked the outdated room, although it has apparently undergone renovation, it still looks outdated with the balcony being very small and therefore difficult to sit there, due to the outside of the air conditioner which is very hot.

They also have a good and quite large pool. With lounge chair we enjoy their a lot.

But At breakfast, there was never all the things on the buffet table, there was always something missing,
And there were not enough seats to eat,
when the owner's arguments are not good and not reasonable like you came in between to change and add food, or I prepared food for 60 people but a few people took and took food endlessly and there was no food left for others.
These things indicate of a serious problem with the organization
and maintenance of this place, the villa is not well maintained. The garden is not maintained, not clean, not decorated, everything in the villa is outdated, there is no one who seriously takes care of how the villa looks, they treat only the current problems and those that arise, it is a shame since they have a gem of a villa that could be beautiful with the right care, and I believe that the customers will also agree to pay more for that

Very atmospheric, family run hotel. The owner Adonis and son Giorgios make you feel very welcome. Great pool area, breakfast was great. We enjoyed our stay very much and will come again. It is busy so book well in advance.

One of the best stays we have ever had. A lovely family business, Villa Melina is a cozy hotel and offers you a home like experience. Our host was lovely, kind, helpful and friendly. It is not only having a great hotel experience but also making new friends. Rooms are great, comfortable, clean. There is a great swimming pool on the courtyard. Breakfast is great with local foods especially the home made pastry is amazing. We cannot thank enough to this beautiful family and will go there again soon. We strongly recommend this hotel. Unfortunately I couldn't put a review on booking.com for some technical problems so I am very upset. However the existing reviews say enough about this excellent hotel. I cannot thank enough to our host who made our holiday as a fabulous experience. We are sending our gratitude and best wishes to this beautiful family.

Very large villa certainly beautiful 50 years ago... in the center of the town... 100 meters inside but you can see the sea... So as to stay away from the chaos of the port and traffic.... Unfortunately the age the rooms as well as the entire structure feel it and you can see it.... But the owners are accommodating and kind... It also has a swimming pool!!

Excellent place with the kindest personnel.

Good position close to the port and the night life of the island.

Fantastic place, with fantastic host. Nice and calm hotel. Breakfast superb. The only thing we was missing was a little snack bar with some refreshment.

Excellent place best homemade breakfast all served fresh and warm . Great people always smile . Amazing atmosphere of villa Medina. Glamorous artitecture building all historical Flowers trees birds and cats.
