So good. Fantastic location, great views. Best to have a car of you're staying here - as you'll want to drive to the surrounding villages for beaches and proper supermarkets. Hot tub was great, especially in the evening after the sun had set. I swear I could just live here year round. Stay here; it's great.

We had a good two night stay at this beautiful location. I would give 5 stars for the awesome breakfast spread of baked omelettes, and yummy chicken or spinach patties and much more. This is the best spot in lovely Kardamyli, with a front row view of the azure blue Messinian Gulf from a spacious modern room. The service was wonde4ful with complementary local products - bottle of wine, bottle of milk, olives, sun dried tomato paste and homemade cookies. The kitchenette was perfect for making eggs in the morning. The nespresso pods were always refilled.

Such a chilled out place right next to the sea for morning swims, views and sunsets. The pool area is immaculate and the awesome staff will bring complimentary watermelon and water to your table. This place is amazing. It is the nicest place we have stayed at in Greece. The views are unbelievable. The rooms are very clean spacious comfortable. Perhaps the best views we've had in Greece. All the 11 rooms have great views of the sea. It's a few block above the village so you can see very far in 180 degrees. We stayed at the rock accommodation from 9/8/20 to 22/8/20 and felt like we went home to our village!!! Mrs. Helen is truly exemplary our hostess showed us what maniacal Hospitality means and as I said to her... she enslaved us with her professionalism and her kindest character. Just got back from an amazing vacation at the Stephanou inn. It’s conveniently located in the village of agios nikolaos . close to many beaches bars restaurants all within walking distance. An amazing and hospitable owner with friendly personnel who are just so happy to provide you with their knowledge of the area. The garden and the pool are to die for. We will be back.

Simply all around amazing. Pool. Views. Service. Food. All were exceptional. Especially George who checked us in and seemed like the top notch caretaker of the property. Don’t trust Google maps to get you up to the property unless you have a Mini Cooper or smaller! Look for the signs on the main road and follow them.
