Very nice place good service and everything’s good. But the staff in the reception will not let you go if you try to learn Greek. My dad fell in that trap and they said if he didn’t learn it they will come to Denmark and learn danish. To prove if they can learn you can. But it’s a nice place. Very nice hotel, I stayed over for a week and I really liked it, there is a wonderful pool in the middle (1,2m-2,25m) with a kids pool on the side of it (0,6m). There is a nice little shop with souvenirs on the right side of the lobby. I really enjoyed sitting inside nearby the bar and listening to the music and having some drinks.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The young pool bar tender was very helpful and friendly too. The place wasn't too far from everything. It was also clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were lovey, and there was a very good vibe. The pool was big and very nice to swim in.

Located close to the center of karlovasi, quiet yet kid and dog friendly hotel. Super clean, with 24h reception, pool, snack and café bar and spacious rooms with nice view. The old mattress on my bed caused me some discomfort and that is why I rate it 4*.

An excellent hotel that deserves more than 3 stars. The location is good with marvelous view to Aegean. The issue is the school and the road in front with both be very noisy

This hotel is apparently one of the first in the area, something that is definitely apparent from the tired building and the room layout. It has been modernised slightly but many things are still in need of updating. The lobby is very basic and the corridors dark and uninviting. Many power sockets were coming off the wall, clearly a hazard. The rooms were clean and had fresh towels and toiletries....

Very far from city center and the entertainment. You need to drive 20 km for a restaurant and 30 km for a bar. Be careful.

This is a small, friendly and charming family-run hotel. It is walking distance from the central square with its restaurants and shops. The room was simply furnished but clean and pleasant. The staff were very helpful when an important document was left by mistake in the room.

The room was excellent. We had a sea view from the little balcony in the front. I liked the interior style of the room, which was also very spacious for 2 people and very clean. It included a little fridge which was very convenient for our life there. The room was also very comfy as it included all the storage places and little shelves you could need. The air-condition was functioning pretty well....

Extremely well located in Karlovasi next to Historical Agios Nikolas Church ⛪. It has very nice rooms and it provides many modern amenities. Good breakfast and value added Servise.

Owners are very friendly! But even if you ask for a non smoking room, you can still smell cigarettes from other rooms/floors as there's nothing designated.

Astir is beautiful, clean, close to the port and not far from Karlovasi. It is peaceful and beautiful there. They are very kind and took care of my family for the week we were there in July '22. Samos is so gorgeous and the people so nice, I would be happy to return to the Astire one day. Thank you

I very much recommend this hotel especially if you want to be close to the port when taking a ferry the next day as it is a 15 minute walk away. The hotel is very nice, clean, has many rooms with balconies and pretty views of either the sea side or the mountain side. The rooms have all the basic amenities and air conditioning and the owners are very nice, helpful and friendly. Very good value for money...

Depending on how you look at it this place is value for money, not uncomfortable, basic, backed up by good service or all of the above. The rooms are very very cheap. Whilst the toms and en suite toilets are very basic they are clean. And the Manager is basically a one man band who runs the entire show. Samaina Port is really nice and clean hotel with amazing sea view. Marble used in each area and make you to feel great if you like marble. Ms. Koula has positive vibes all day and really helpfull person. Near the hotel you can find beach with free sunbath, supermarket, restaurants etc.

Beautiful hotel staffed by wonderful people in an entertaining part of the community. Next to wonderful beaches and waterfalls and just an easy taxi ride to center of town.

On the beach in the new harbor with a great view and all the restaurants there. The lady at the reception is very kind. The room is clean, nice mattress, big bathroom. The air conditioning was noisy and a curtain on the large tub would help. The reception is not open 24 hours.

Decent internet connection, close to taverns therefore is loud at night time (bad not so good if you are an early sleeper)

Really good! It is close by to couple of city beaches, supermarket is almost around the corner. Couple of local restaurants are close. And host Eva will answer all your questions if you have any. In the room there is small balcony, don't miss chance to have dinner with 🍷.

This hotel is nice but nothing special. The beds are very hard and the location isn't amazing but the owner is helpful and friendly albeit it claimed his credit card machine was broken when I was there.

I spent two nights there. It was ok but it definitely needs some improvement. First of all there was never hot water and everything seemed pretty old and not well preserveds. It was super clean though.

Lovely place, rooms as described. Beds VERY creaky, even the real bed, not just the day beds for the kids. Breakfast nice (needed a second toaster). Items around the pool and tables needed more attention to either remove (room towels left by pool for days) and tables needed more frequently cleaned. Loungers by the pool do not elevate, and no cushions available. Pool bar well stocked and good price...

Spent 7 nights at this wonderful hotel. I highly recommend staying here. The location is perfect and wonderful staff treat you like family, the rooms were immaculate and the view lovely. We enjoyed the pool and the convenience of the seaside restaurant. The on site laundromat was a plus as well. Free breakfast was a nice morning perk as well.

The best place to stay is Samos! The owner is so friendly and helpful. Only in two minutes you can reach to the beach on foot. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. We will definitely come back
