Samaina Port Hotel

Very poor unhospitable service, wouldn’t recommend booking this extremely inflexible hotel. Don’t go here!
Also the location is very bad.

And one star is too much, worst hotel experience. After several years of staying from 5 star to basic rooms on remote islands this is the worst. I arrived around 21:30 at night and there was not a soul in the hotel... In fact, on the phone (from an answering machine that gave another number to another hotel of the same group) the employee told us that we were late and to get the keys from a cafe next door . When we approached the cafeteria they thought we were crazy, nobody knew anything. Finally, after several phone calls, a gentleman came who, listening to us, told us that he had nothing to do with the business and that he was doing his service to give us the room cards. The suffering continued... in the morning when we went down for breakfast there was still no soul.... Again a phone call... Who told us to go to the next door cafe.... Cafe closed.... Again a phone call... Come to the other hotel for breakfast samaina in..... Finally after we lost all appetite for breakfast and as we are about to leave an employee appeared at 8:30.... In short hotel in automatic....
