Really amazing customer service, we loved Anna and Artemis. Room had an amazing view of the ocean, gorgeous bathroom and very clean. Pool was freezing because it’s not heated and we went in the end of the season but we still enjoyed. The location isn’t great as it’s a 40 minute walk to Fira and public transportation in Santorini is not good but Artemis offers a free drive to and from the airport. Also free delivery services for meals. The beach is a 5 minute walk, a bit rocky but huge so even in the summer we don’t expect it to be busy. If you rent a car this place is absolutely PERFECT.

Amazing service and great morning views. Picked us up from airport at midnight, dropped us at nearest bus stop in the morning as well. I would recommend 10/10.

The room needed many updates. When we turned on the AC, black dust blew out and landed on the bed. Bathroom is dirty. We booked a Quadruple room, but it was small for two people, with two twin beds squeezed in next to the entrance door.
When we called the property several times, the lines were busy.
We sent several messages through booking.com and directly emailed to the property to confirm the airport pickup, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. We didn't receive a response until we contacted booking.com's customer service. The owner then claimed they only provide one-way airport pickup, which was not mentioned on their description.

The owner and the wife provide the best hospitality you can ever imagine and cater to your requests as far as possible. They are expanding with new facilities too.
The rooms are well maintained with necessary necessities. The balcony offers sunrise view which is absolutely stunning !

Stayed for a weekend, the staff are incredibly accommodating and friendly. This was my first time staying in Santorini and they helped me navigate, and gave great recommendations. The rooms were clean and very nice. The room had an amazing view of the ocean from our balcony!

Great value for money. We stayed at the new building. The room was spacious and the bathroom was beautifully decorated in light blue colours. The furniture was brand new. There was a balcony with sea view. The owners were very friendly and offered us advice on the island and a lift to the harbour.

Really liked the hotel. The room is very big, nice and clean, pool is nice, and entire staff was lovely. The airplanes can be extremely loud early in the morning, that was my only issue but the property was great, would definitely recommend.

Fantastic place people are so kind. ...getting transfer straight from them.. also great arrival very welcoming as you get informed where to go and to do. arranged scooter rental took all of 10mins great

Very friendly family run hotel. We had a thorough introduction of Santorini and suggestions for things to do during our stay. The owner can help arrange for car rentals for pick up and drop off here. Airport shuttle also cam be arranged. Spacious room and a nice field of sunflowers. Will need to arrange for transport to go to Fira and Oia either by the local buses or car.
