Room service menu was pretty good, homemade pizzas were more of a frozen pizza topped with different toppings, but being from Chicago, I'm a little more critical

This is our 3rd stay at Astro Palace Hotel, Fira, Santorini. It has become like a home away from home for us since we first stayed there in 2022, then in 2023, and now in 2025

The property is incredibly well maintained. Their staff wonderfully and professionally trained, and they provide one of the best customer services we've ever experienced in all our global journeys

Location: Very good, 5 minutes walk from FIRA town, very convenient to go anywhere. You can watch the sunrise. Service: The front desk is very welcoming, the room is large, but the breakfast is average.

In addition to the buffet, you can also ask the staff to order ^_^ I like the hotel's cappuccino very much☕️It's delicious! The location is also very good

Near to Fira, clean and kindness of staff

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. Even though the hotel is beautiful, clean and priced attractively, I only gave it a 4 star rating because it did not meet my expectations in a few areas

There are not too many restaurants in the area, but there is a very nice bakery/deli right next door. This hotel, sorry to say, was not one of our favorites

The bed was not very comfortable, it was fairly hard. The breakfast, which was included, consisted of only bread, hard boiled eggs and one cereal choice

Alex was a fantastic host and was willing to help with whatever we needed. He made some good recommendations and even let us check out late to suit our ferry departure. Clean and well kept rooms I would stay here again.

Dimitris is a great host and you will feel very welcomed here. The place is very cozy, clean, with nice view and even a small pool. It is 10 minutes walk from the city center of Fira

Owner and staff were wonderful, especially Alexis - personable and professional. Studio itself was very well-cared-for and clean. Will definitely stay here on next visit.

We also rented a car and got lost three times because of the poor location which scared me a bit because of the unfinished roads and cliffs near the area so i don't recommend using Waze to guide you

Although a little out of Fira a really great place to stay but could have had a electric kettle or jug in room. Also room was considerably smaller than what was booked.

We stayed at the Anessis in August as our friends were getting married in Fira. The hotel is of a great standard, with a lovely pool area. The rooms were of a good standard with a kettle and fridge

The room is clean too Do laundry on the veranda It dried well The hotel has a large parking lot. Parking the rental car was easy too. The price is really cheap in Santorini It was a good value hotel

The walk to the bus station is uphill but is on paved roads The hotel room was basic but the bedding, towels, bathroom and room were all spotlessly clean. There was a kettle and fridge and a small safe

As is typical with smaller Greek properties there is no on-site bar or shop so you’ll need to venture out to get some drinks and snacks, but there are shops within five minutes stroll

The room was cleaned daily and on request an iron and mini-board was provided without fuss or delay. You’re about ten minutes walk away from town with all the bars and restaurants

We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel which took about 15 minutes (30 euro) and at first we were a little worried as the hotel seemed to be quite a way out of town

The hotel is nice and near the main town of Santorini. All the employees are so kind and helpful. You can rent a car or ATV through the hotel and they worked it all out for us. It was wonderful!

Lovely hotel - staff really helpful. Bathroom is small but functional. We had a huge rooftop terrace which was wonderful. Handy having a fridge and air con when it's really hot

We had a great 3 night stay at this hotel! The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the pool is amazing! The location is close to the village and an easy walk but also provides a more peaceful less crowded location where you can enjoy ocean views and vineyard views

They even had a easy and super affordable rental car option that was key to being able to enjoy and explore the island - and arranged for easy and affordable transport to the ferry port when we were leaving the island

The room we had was super comfortable and had a huge balcony too which was perfect for sunset picture. The pool is perfect as well and super clean. They have an option for breakfast too in the morning

If you're looking for somewhere quiet, clean and friendly, this place is great. Staff were super helpful and efficient and arranged transport from the airport and to my next destination

Fantastic hotel in a quiet part of Karterados. Easy to get to Fira by walking or bus, as well as many other tourist destinations using public transport. The staff were so friendly and accommodating

There are plenty of food and shopping facilities close by too. The breakfast was great and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean. I would recommend this to any other families visiting the area

The staff is welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, but the shower was small and the extractor fan was very noisy. There was no electric kettle in the room, so I had to go to the kitchen all the time for hot water

The spa services were outstanding, providing the relaxation and rejuvenation we craved. Every treatment left us feeling refreshed, and the serene atmosphere of the spa was the perfect escape

The pool, in particular, was phenomenal, offering breathtaking views and a tranquil setting to unwind. Overall, Orama Hotel & Spa is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Santorini

The culinary experience at Orama is something to be cherished. The chef was truly remarkable, crafting a gastronomical journey that tantalized our taste buds with every meal

The shower had great water pressure also. The staff was amazing! Everyone was so nice and helpful. From reservations to towels to teaching language

We visited Santorini recently with 10 other family members for our niece's wedding. El Greco was our hotel of choice. Great decision!! The complex is outstanding, with several beautifully maintained pools and surrounds

We spent quite a few evenings in Fira, with us only about 7-8 minutes walk from the hotel. The choice of restaurants overlooking the Caldera is brilliant. I figure in the peak tourist period, best to book

Most of the rooms are surrounding central courtyards that have pools and tables in the middle, it was very fun to wake up and walk out into these beautiful courtyards, that also had nice olive trees

The complex has an all day restaurant and bar poolside, which was fantastic for cocktails 🍸 after dinner. The rooms are very well appointed, really comfortable king bed

Staff was extremely accommodating and helpful after a medical emergency, and were quick to offer assistance. Spa is very elegant and offers good services

Breakfast was excellent and serviced by a great team. The Crocus restaurant which was a great experience, thanks George

My wife and I had an incredible 3 days at the Majestic hotel. The room, staff, pool, and views were all top notch. Special shout out to Amin and the food

His kindness and energy really brought something special to our stay — we looked forward to seeing him each day! If you visit The Majestic, make sure to find Amin — he’ll truly make your experience unforgettable

Amin went above and beyond every day. He took the time to teach us fun Greek phrases, recommended the most delicious food and drinks (every single one was spot on!), and made us feel completely at home

We had a delightful time at Majestic Hotel during our 5 night stay during mid October when the tourist season was gradually slowing down. The staff, cleanliness and food were beyond expectation

Arrived on 30th April for 4 nights, to a lovely reception and drinks. (apologies at this point for not remembering everyone's names) The hotel manager, Eleni came out to speak to us personally and introduce herself

The hotel is okay, the rooms are clean The breakfast is plentiful and good I liked the pool, though I never swam in it But my reservations are as follows: Receptionist was not the friendliest

The surroundings are quiet and there's a nice landscape that was visible from the window of our room. The complimentary breakfast was healthy, abundant and prepared with care. Spacious car park inside the premises

The owner is incredibly nice, he packed us a breakfast to go because we had to leave early for our flight the next day. Within walking distance of quite a few markets and restaurants as well

Awesome service and kindness of the staff which was always prompt to fulfill our needs. Location is slightly secluded from Messaria, but the village centre is at walking distance

The room we stayed in did have a weird smell, the towels are rock hard, and unfortunately the neighbors around the hotels have dogs that bark quite a lot - so not very peaceful if you are looking for a quiet stay

If you re looking to meet comfort with luxury its the best place!!! Very warm and full comfort hospitality!!!

The location was good for walk to many dining and shopping options in the square! The pool was very clean and again Maggie made your afternoon especially with her Aperal Spritz! Novian Bios Santorini Boutique Hotel is amazing! The staff is warm and caring. The hotel also has a swimming pool. The suites have a beautiful sunset terrace. The design combines tradition and modernity

Our recent stay at the Kalisti Hotel&Suites was truly exceptional. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the city center and various attractions

The breakfast is also amazing, there are so many options and everything is good! The only issue I have is that if you travel with someone, the rooms are very, very small

We see him every morning and he takes great pride in the hotel, staff and guests are taken care of. Our room was thoroughly cleaned and supplies restocked daily. The staff was wonderful -always smiled and greeted us

The reception staff Maria was amazing, very helpful and kind. She made our holiday so enjoyable and helped organise our daily activities. Villa is in an excellent location too

Great perfect. Villa is really pretty and balconies are great. Pool is fine except you get no sun at all as it is under the building overhang. Placed to sunbathe are limited so not ideal but really excellent otherwise.

Villa is located in great position, heart of Fyra is 5 minutes away as well as the main bus station from which you can reach the whole island. Rooms were clean, and were serviced daily

Staff worth 6 stars, were helpful in every possible way. The only issue was a very tiny shower cabin, I recommend choosing the option with a bathtub if possible

They have a partner to rent ATV which is delivered at the gate, you can park it at night which would be impossible in the city

We arrived early and were greeted by Francestica who was excellent. She accommodated an early check in and we were offered orange juice and cakes whilst we waited

She also gave some excellent recommendations and arranged for our car hire. The location is walking distance to the Main Street, bus stop and taxi rank near the hustle and bustle, but located in a quite street

The rooms were a bit small but for the price, was very good value. Would recommend to others that are on a bit of a budget but want to be close to the heart of the town

Rooms are basic, a bit small and clean. Owner is helpful. They have port pick up and drop facility included in room rates. Location is little far from market place where most of the restaurants are located.

Clean room. Quiet place close to fira center. A/C and wi-fi working well. €30 per night in october. Not expensive. Would comeback again.

The view? Simply the most breathtaking in all of Santorini. From the massive private terrace, we had panoramic sights over the caldera and Fira—especially at sunset, it was unforgettable

And the service is unmatched with George willing to help with bags, recommendations and reservations for dining and excursions. Santorini is a special place but staying at Trieris made it even more special

As a couple, we booked the villa that accommodates up to six guests, and it was huge—way more space than we needed, but it made the stay feel even more luxurious

Highly recommended for couples looking for something special, or for families or groups who want space, comfort, and one of the best views in Santorini

The place was amazing! Right in the heart of Fira, close to anything you need. Awesome breakfast every morning to start your day. Indoor area was very nice and very clean. Showers were great, beds were very comfortable

Inside, the villa was spotless and fully equipped with everything we could need. The location is ideal—right in the heart of Fira, but still incredibly quiet and peaceful

The bathroom was very small, but there was balcony. And, the pool and the view made up for the lack of space. The only issue I did have was that I noticed small ants in the room

There was a supermarket in front of the hotel, a really delicious restaurant (souvlaki was really good), a pharmacy, and a bus stop to Pirarang Airport, so it was very convenient to get around

The swimming pool is clean, the breakfast meals are delicious, the environment is beautiful, and the hotel service staff is super good

We had to take a taxi to leave early in the morning, but they packed our breakfast so we could take it with us and booked a taxi for us! The swimming pool was really pretty and nice, so I went in every day during my stay

This was one of my top hotels that I have stayed in. We arrived early 7:30am normal check in is 3:00pm, the lovely lady let us check in at 7:30am for free and gave us a complementary breakfast

It's an amazing hotel about 15 minutes walking from the city of Fira - that's the only downside of it, unless you've rented an ATV/quad or a car. Their rooms are very spacious. The pool is really good, with a nice view

Our stay at Milos Villas was the highlight to our vacation in Greece. The property is beautiful but the staff was the most outstanding aspect. They are very kind and accommodating

The front desk will happily assist with booking tours, arranging travel to the port, rapid test appointments and anything else you might need

Amazing time had by my wife and I on our honeymoon! The service that is on offer is second to none, from meeting us on the street to help us with the luggage, to providing us with a phone in Case we need assistance anywhere in Santorini! We felt like family more than hotel guests here, and can't wait to come back and experience it all again! Wouldn't recommend anywhere else!

We stayed in the Fidelo suite with the private hot tub and private entrance for 4 days. Loved the staff - Stacy, Bacho and SoSo (apologies for any typos) were so nice and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and huge

We had to request them to reduce it. :-) They provided a nice bottle of champagne as a welcome drink. Free bottles of water throughout the stay

Breakfast was served on the roof deck of the villa and there was so much food that was very good. Staff is excellent and so helpful and accommodating. Great place to stay if you're going to Santorini

This place was hands down the reason our Santorini trip was so perfect! The location of the place is perfect. Right next to the main shopping area but not in the middle of it like other places

Its a nice hotel located in central Fira. The bedroom is nice, bright and clean. It had a nice bathroom with good space. Each bedroom has mini refrigerator and safety box. The reception is only open from 7:30am to 3:30pm

The good: Great location!! Close to the bus station if you plan on using public transportation. Close to many restaurants and some amazing views

I found the hotel ideally located in the center of town, with restaurants just a 2-minute walk away. The rooms were clean, and the receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly

It is very quiet when the door is closed, and the beautiful sea view is full of eyes when the door is opened. You can see the beautiful sunset in the room. The bus station and the cable car station are very close

The hotel room facilities are complete, and the front desk service attitude is very good, but the hotel does not provide battery cars to pick up guests to the bus station, and the service is a bit lacking

We are on a family vacation, and Atlantis Hotel gave us a great experience. The front desk staff of the hotel is highly qualified and capable, and they can always help you solve problems at the first time

The location of the hotel is very good, right at the entrance of Fira town, on a small hill. You can overlook the Aegean Sea, and the outdoor restaurant is also a viewing point

The location of the hotel is even better, and the seaside pedestrian street is right next to it, but the sound insulation is very good

The scenery outside the window is really good👍Check out at 11 o'clock, and come and knock on the door if you are late

Frieda runs the hotel and she is a firecracker!! She made us breakfast when we wanted in the morning. She arranged a car to pick us from the airport (by emailing them- very responsive) and back to the airport

Though would recommend getting a taxi because it was not included as mentioned- 25 € each way. She helped us figure out laundry and recommended tours. This hotel does not have a view of the coast, as listed

Lovely hotel right in the centre. Rooms were clean and spacious and the owner Freda and her son couldn't do enough for us! Definitely recommend for a few nights in Fifa.

We highly recommend staying at Aigialos Hotel! The room and the service was excellent. Breakfast was amazing!!! The view of the caldera was breathtaking. We will definitely stay at Aigialos again

This is a collection of houses, that previously, part of them, served as a monastery, in a quiet picturesque location, but just a few minutes walk to city center. We stayed in the Voreas Mansion at the beginning of June

The hotel also has a small swimming pool that was never too busy. Breakfast was continental style with a few hot dishes that provided a good choice. Overall we really enjoyed our stay

They can book a variety of boat and bus trips if needed. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we had a small terrace with a hot tub, which was great after a busy day sightseeing

On the next day Theodosia was on the desk and was very helpful 👌 in her expertise on santorini and best way to get to our planned days. and recommended us to go to megalochori and what a spendid day that was

The hotel is in a great area. In the middle of tourist attractions. You get a light breakfast daily. I loved our room very spacious and the view was breathtaking. .

We loved everything about this place, the view was absolutely incredible, everything was super clean, we had a cleaner that came everyday to clean the room and changed our towels to fresh towels, the staff were all super friendly and informative about where the good places are to eat and swim, the breakfast food was delicious, and we got to choose where we would like to eat every morning

Everything about the bed was so comfortable, blankets, pillows and the mattress. The pool was so clean and relaxing. We also got a beautiful wine on arrival to enjoy while watching the sunset from the apartment

Excellent view but more importantly the staffs (especially George) just make our stay more memorable.

The view from the hotel gives you a private view of the cliff and Fira, most beautiful sunset you can see in Santorini without the crowd. I will highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Santorini
