Walking distance to Fira but also in peaceful location. Breakfast offering could be better, omelettes a bit too greasy, and very light on healthier options, could do with more fruit

This is our 3rd stay at Astro Palace Hotel, Fira, Santorini. It has become like a home away from home for us since we first stayed there in 2022, then in 2023, and now in 2025

It is indeed an admirable hotel and many customers have given it high praise in all aspects. This hotel is loved for its comfortable accommodations, friendly staff, exquisite facilities and convenient location

This is a hotel that just opened. The bed is very big and it is very comfortable to sleep. The air conditioner and air purifier are very powerful. The bathroom is relatively large. The water is clean and has no odor

Whether it is a business trip or a vacation, it can provide guests with a pleasant accommodation experience. There is also an exquisite private swimming pool

Near to Fira, clean and kindness of staff

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. Even though the hotel is beautiful, clean and priced attractively, I only gave it a 4 star rating because it did not meet my expectations in a few areas

There are not too many restaurants in the area, but there is a very nice bakery/deli right next door. This hotel, sorry to say, was not one of our favorites

The bed was not very comfortable, it was fairly hard. The breakfast, which was included, consisted of only bread, hard boiled eggs and one cereal choice

Very nice place with a super helping staff, the pool is awesome, there isnt much of a scenic view but your a 5 minute walk from fira. Also right across the street is an atv, scooter rental place

Lovely Hotel, 10minutes walk to Fira. Nice pool, breakfast, mattresses and hotel staff. I really enjoyed staying here and hope I'll get to come back. Thanks a lot. Ευχαριστώ

I honestly don't understand the bad reviews of this place

We have zero issues with the room, It's clean, everything works, the AC is very recent so it works quietly, there's a large fridge in the room which is very uncommon for a hotel room but it's a god sent to cool your water and other beverages

Lovely hotel with excellent staff, lovely clean rooms and great pool complex. Would stay here again.

The room itself is also spacious and in good condition. Yes the shower is on the small side, but I'm 194cm and I can manage. The breakfast selection is also fine. The pool area is nice and maintained

Alex was a fantastic host and was willing to help with whatever we needed. He made some good recommendations and even let us check out late to suit our ferry departure. Clean and well kept rooms I would stay here again.

Dimitris is a great host and you will feel very welcomed here. The place is very cozy, clean, with nice view and even a small pool. It is 10 minutes walk from the city center of Fira

Owner and staff were wonderful, especially Alexis - personable and professional. Studio itself was very well-cared-for and clean. Will definitely stay here on next visit.

We also rented a car and got lost three times because of the poor location which scared me a bit because of the unfinished roads and cliffs near the area so i don't recommend using Waze to guide you

Although a little out of Fira a really great place to stay but could have had a electric kettle or jug in room. Also room was considerably smaller than what was booked.

We stayed at the Anessis in August as our friends were getting married in Fira. The hotel is of a great standard, with a lovely pool area. The rooms were of a good standard with a kettle and fridge

The walk to the bus station is uphill but is on paved roads The hotel room was basic but the bedding, towels, bathroom and room were all spotlessly clean. There was a kettle and fridge and a small safe

As is typical with smaller Greek properties there is no on-site bar or shop so you’ll need to venture out to get some drinks and snacks, but there are shops within five minutes stroll

The room was cleaned daily and on request an iron and mini-board was provided without fuss or delay. You’re about ten minutes walk away from town with all the bars and restaurants

We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel which took about 15 minutes (30 euro) and at first we were a little worried as the hotel seemed to be quite a way out of town

We loved our stay here! The team are fabulous! The room was lovely, modern, spacious and clean! A brilliant location to explore Santorini!

The hotel is nice and near the main town of Santorini. All the employees are so kind and helpful. You can rent a car or ATV through the hotel and they worked it all out for us. It was wonderful!

Lovely hotel - staff really helpful. Bathroom is small but functional. We had a huge rooftop terrace which was wonderful. Handy having a fridge and air con when it's really hot

We had a great 3 night stay at this hotel! The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the pool is amazing! The location is close to the village and an easy walk but also provides a more peaceful less crowded location where you can enjoy ocean views and vineyard views

They even had a easy and super affordable rental car option that was key to being able to enjoy and explore the island - and arranged for easy and affordable transport to the ferry port when we were leaving the island

The room we had was super comfortable and had a huge balcony too which was perfect for sunset picture. The pool is perfect as well and super clean. They have an option for breakfast too in the morning

If you're looking for somewhere quiet, clean and friendly, this place is great. Staff were super helpful and efficient and arranged transport from the airport and to my next destination

Great hotel near the Fira city centre and close to lots of restaurants, grocery store, and car rental shops! Staff was incredibly friendly helped me with airport transfer bookings, arranging taxis, and printing

Exceptional experience for my family and my friends who get married in Santorini. Rooms and hotel area very clean. Very close to restaurants, bus stop and Fira centre. All our group was treated as VIP

So, The hotel is near Fira, about a 10 min walk and a 5 min drive. It is clean and the staff is very friendly. The size of the rooms is good and some balconies have a view of the sea

Outstanding customer service and hospitality. When I get poorly owners looked after me and sorted all medication free of charge. I would highly recommend hotel to anyone planning to visit Santorini

The gentleman who ran the transport was phenomenal! He gave excellent advice and a small tour on the way from the airport to the hotel. The rest of the staff we met was also wonderful! Highly recommend anyone stay here!

Very clean, well located hotel with friendly staff. Only 15 minutes to the centre of Thera and close to the airport too. Breakfast is included which is a plus and the pool is very nice. Our room had an ocean view too

The individuals that work there will answer any questions you may have at any time, and provide airport transfers since the bus can be hard to figure out at times! I seriously swear by this place as a younger adult and know I will be back with my husband and kids when I am older (:

The Lodos Hotel was a great location. We had two rooms, one for three people and one for two people. It is a family run hotel and they were very helpful with suggestions

They also have R & P travel, which they also rent cars with. We rented a car for a day and it was great to get a little a further on your own. Plus the 24hr bakery is right across the street

We love Hotel Lodos!!! The buildings are stunning and the pool is amazing with bridges a board to jump off and plenty of comfortable loungers

The staff were ever so friendly and talkative giving us tips on where to site see, providing transfer from the airport and answering any questions we might have

Quiet budget Hotel within walking distance to Fira and right side of the town to get to the little bus station! The highlight was the 24 hr bakery across the road, also there is a supermarket and nice restaurants

If you need an iron you can ask in the reception. You can get a map of the island in the reception. People are friendly and helpful. Close to shops, restaurants, a bakery about 10 minutes walking to the bus station

It’s only a 10 minute walk to Fira and it has a mini-market, dry cleaner and cafe right next door, which makes it amazing because you’re close to everything, even the Fira bus station

Extra details: some of the rooms have really loud refrigerators and they lack sound-proofing, which makes you hear when people on the neighboring rooms talk a bit loud

Small boutique hotel, 10 minutes walk from town. It is very close to restaurants. Very friendly owners. Reasonable charge.

The two ladies who cleaned and maintained the property were so kind - not to mention the amazing breakfast we had before we checked out! I wish I ordered this breakfast sooner as it was the nicest food I had and they are so generous with their portions - I wish I could have ate more :) I would like to make a special mention to the lady (I am unsure of the women’s name) who cleaned our room every...

My overall favourite was the hot tub. The hot tub was perfect temperature and added special character to the room. The outdoor pool was fantastic and cleaned everyday

Perfect stay in a very clean and spacious apartment with nice view and very helpful and polite hostess. Located in a quiet and traditional village very close to Thira city. We surely visit it again soon.

The best place I’ve ever stayed! Don’t hesitate, book ASAP. We stayed in the deluxe cave suite, it was absolutely perfect for myself and my partner

The room was spotless - you can tell that Ms Fotini and the women’s who clean really take pride in their work! I remember walking into the suite and was welcomed by the most beautiful smell, it was pomegranate, my absolute favourite! The suite had fantastic facilities and the kitchen was perfect for cooking

Definitely worth a 5 ⭐️ Rating - The little touches make all the difference, bathroom topped up with local products - bathrobe and sauna slippers. Kitchen supplied with coffee/tea and water

The view is so beautiful there is very calming for your soul! The service was so nice ,so kind ,and so sweet with us and always with a smile on their faces ! The rooms they were very clean ,they even smelled so clean the bathroom was clean and so beautiful!! I recommend this hotel 100%!!

Don't expect the luxury of Oia, it's in a quiet town far away from noise. And this is what makes it unique and magic

Furthermore, the owner offered no help carrying our luggage (there are stairs to the rooms as well as down to the parking lot); a female assistance (the only person that seems to be on the premises at all times) did help my wife after check out

But the rooms are comfortable, the tables to get a bite or just relax in the sun great, the air conditioning efficient, the swimming pool clean and nice, and when you unwind after the madness of Oia you feel the decision was the right one

We rented a villa for 8 people, everyone was very pleased. Cleanliness, comfort and amenities are in the first place. The sea is 5 minutes away on foot. Breakfasts, lunches, transfer

There's nothing we could fault, Nia was a wonderful host. We had absolute privacy and the view from the pool to the sea was incredible - particularly at sunrise

We stayed at an air bnb. This area is minutes from the airport and we heard airplanes coming and going and yes they are loud. However the amazing accommodations we had made up for this minor intrusion in our time there

Really clean place with full AC or fan options and Tv in all rooms. Definitely worth the money so don’t worry about that. Thank you to Nia who showed us around. I stayed at the Queen of Santorini

Best Choice, had the best Place to stay, perfect with sunrise View, near to beach , private pool and parking and good staff and on top on that planes flying over your head

Evie in reception was the sweetest person we ever met in service and helped us with everything we needed to arrange on the island! We had the most splendid time at Aldea. It is just outside the busy town square of Thira. Room service showed up everyday and the breakfast was such great value! We would recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini

What really distinguishes this little hotel in the often saturated and overly commercial island, is the genuine hospitality of everybody (cleaning staff, receptionist, hotelier)

Breakfast is amazing and worth the price, you eat it at a nice quiet terrace with a view. It’s close to everything and great location for a great price

Breakfast a little pricey for what you get. The room was comfortable and the views across the agean were amazing. For 80 euros the room was a bargain

you have to get a tour around the island with the private yacht ) The room was clean, traditional interior and everything was white. Buffer breakfast exceptional, many different dishes every day, local food and kagiana

We stayed 4 nights at the hotel. From some comments i wasn't sure what to expect. BUT i think whoever right bad comments for this hotel should be a bad person

The location isn’t great as it’s a 40 minute walk to Fira and public transportation in Santorini is not good but Artemis offers a free drive to and from the airport. Also free delivery services for meals

Amazing service and great morning views. Picked us up from airport at midnight, dropped us at nearest bus stop in the morning as well. I would recommend 10/10.

The beach is a 5 minute walk, a bit rocky but huge so even in the summer we don’t expect it to be busy. If you rent a car this place is absolutely PERFECT

The owner and the wife provide the best hospitality you can ever imagine and cater to your requests as far as possible. They are expanding with new facilities too

Some of the rooms do not overlook the sea, as is the case with any hotel, but we spent our first nigh in room 16 which my partner labelled 'The Dungeon'
