Exceptional service! Super friendly and kind staff, very well equipped rooms, very clean and comfortable! Beautifully decorated interior, the breakfast was very delicious.

I would come back just to have a 5 min talk with the girl at the reception, she was really sweet and pretty 😍

We booked a room in this hotel and it was confirmed.

When we arrived in the evening the guy at the reception was really unfriendly and he said we didn't have a reservation. We showed the guy our booking that we got the confirmation but he didn't want to help. He kept saying we don't have a booking.

We asked if he can gives us a room and we could get a room but more expensive than our booking so we decided to go somewhere else. It was not a good experience and the guy was so unfriendly. Luckily we could cancel the booking so we didn't lose money.

Really nice experience for a budget hotel. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, the nearby lot was full, so I ended up parking by the boats and walked over. Good breakfast!

Budget hotel with an excellent location. Delicious breakfast. It is a good variant for unpretentious guests. Unfortunately, we had a price discrepancy (+5 EUR).
Kastoria is a very beautiful, especially in spring!

Dusty and musty. It looked nothing like the photographs. Plus, we had a small emergency in the middle of the night and I went down to the reception to ask for help and there was no one there -something which is expected for any hotel because the reception is expected to be staffed 24/7 and with other staff members as well on stand by should anything happen-. If someone has an emergency and needs to be assisted, who should he/she refer to!? Completely unacceptable!

Excellent experience overall. Great breakfast, thoroughly cleaned rooms everyday, and friendly stuff. Phenomenal value for the money.

If i could give less than 1 star i would. I had a very unpleasant experience there. It was quite difficult to reach there with difficult road access. The place has limited and poor parking on road itself which is very narrow. I met with someone at the reception who had difficulty communicating in English. He kept asking for passport while i was trying to inquire about something very different. Didn’t have washing machine. No lake view at all as promised. The room itself was very small with a very small balcony right over the street. The room smelled bad (dust and smoke and I don’t know what) with poor aeration. I checked out within 30mins even though i had paid for one night there. I do not know how they managed to cancel the booking on my aggodda account although they did charge my credit card. I didn’t get to post a review on the other website where i did the booking.
