Erofili Hotel

Hotel Erofili is one of the cleanest and most comfortable hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the bed is also comfortable. Towels and bed linens are changed frequently. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom.

Just a few meters from the hotel, there is a bar and pool area. The pool is very clean and well-maintained. Thank you!

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were great and clean. Location was great, though a bit farther away by foot from most restaurants and supermarkets. Renting vehicles is pretty cheap though so I'd definitely recommend this place. If you're a couple looking for a relaxing and quiet vacation, this is the perfect place

Superb - this is the word to describe this hotel.

I will split my review in categories for a more complex review

Food - every food plate we tried at the pool bar was tasty, locally prepared, nothing refrigerated, fully fresh.
I can recommend here the Mousaka and the Chicken Souvlaki.

Drinks - did not tried alcohol here but during my swimming pool sessions, the must-try are the smoothies. We tried all of them and all taste extraordinary.

Pool - super clean, well maintained, the base is colored in a Aegean Blue making the water really pop out.
3 handles available for entering the pool, inclined pool, half until your chest, half you can still touch the ground but deep for swimming.

Sunbeds - free for the hotel clients, super maintained, leather, with their logo on it, love them

Umbrellas - super easy to use mechanism by rolling a knob

- Pavement was a beige alike marble, not too hot in the sun , very clean

- the garden is a master piece here, everything is watered and healthy, i love it

- the 2 rooftop terraces were awesome super nice and clean decorated with a lot of plants and stuff

- games, pool, chess, etc

- rooms are great, i ve never seen anything whiter in my life, super well maintaned each day someone cleans it or at least makes the bed and washes the coffee cups

- balcony, has sea view, was exceptional, quiet place to have dinner in-house

- bathroom super clean and you got included a lot in it

You have on the house some towels for your room, for the swimming pool

You have included also a 2 l bottle water in the fridge, air conditioning, cools very well, 4 types of light, 2 in lateral of the bed, 1 the full light from the ceiling and 1 table lamp in front of your bed making a super nice atmosphere

Coffee and tea in your room and a kettle in house for clients from their side

The super nice cat at the enter of the reception was super cute we bought her some treats and cans, loved it as she seemed like the mascot of the hotel

Location - extremely quiet as in Kavos there s always party but if you wish a luxurious accesible and quiet place around here, this is the one

Also placed next to the sea ( 1 minute by walking )

The parking lots have sun covers for the cars ( around 6 ) and motorbikes (1) and also a big parking lot without them next to the hotel so there is enough space, also the trees from the garden provide some shading

Now about the people because that s all what matters:

- the swimming pool service was a super 10, we got friendly with a nice woman and also a nice girl who asked about our day, taking care of our orders and necessities

- the staff from the reception - the fuse from the AC blown, and in no time they repaired it right away

Also they made us some voucher more cheaper reservations for Paxos and Antipaxos tours, as through the hotel we got a discount, and also gave us a 10% discount for Terry’s restaurant.

Super nice ladies both of them, always smiling always saying hi hello have a nice day and so on

I loved them both for their behavior and all

The cleaning ladies were super nice also, i ve got to meet them only in the lobby but as you know actions before words, as they cleaned even my cup of coffee in the morning although this was a surprise for me as i did not expected that, always a 10 for them

I fully recommend the experience at this hotel, it is a great place in the South , near Kavos and a quiet and luxurious one.

We've just spent a week staying at the Erofili hotel.

We stayed in room 117, a garden view double room which is situated at the end of the bottom corridor.

The room is spacious and modern, with high ceilings and good air conditioning. We had a TV (albeit there are mainly German channels) and a mini fridge. Our fridge broke, but once we reported this issue to reception, they replaced the fridge the next day. Each room also has a balcony and the gardens are beautiful and well maintained.

One of our lamps was missing a pull cord, so we ended up having to screw in the lightbulb each time we wanted to turn on the light. This wasn't really an issue though and we did not report it. I guess if we had, maintenance would have fixed it.

The cleaning team are excellent, and you can ask for your room to be made up each day - just leave a little sign on the door (you're provided with it at the beginning of your stay).

Our only minor issue was poor WIFI signal in this room, and there being no English channels - aside from channel 323 which offers Spongebob, Rick and Morty and American Dad. Similarly, the toiletries in this hotel are also limited to a 2 in 1 shampoo and body wash.

Similarly, there was sometimes an overwhelming smell of egg (the Greek drains) which permeated into our room and on our balcony too! It smells horrendous but isn't the hotel's fault.

In terms of facilities, the Erofili pool and bar is glorious. Premium padded sunloungers and a well maintained pool which is surrounded by luscious fruit trees! There is a shower to wash yourself, and lilos/ pool floats to use.

The pool bar offers a great array of food and drink and Rania who served us throughout this holiday, has been nothing but AMAZING with her attentiveness and care shown towards us each time we've been down for breakfast or lunch.

Naomi who works on reception is an absolute gem! Not only did she help us organise an amazing boat trip excursion, but she's been on hand every morning to answer our (many) questions! She's always smiling and willing to help you, and you just feel so valued as a guest!

In terms of location, you're about a 20 minute walk into Kavos - it's really not that far. We hired bikes for one day at €15 each, but really only did this so we could go to Arkoudilas beach.

You get provided with pool towels at no extra charge, which was a bonus. Plus if you walk down to the beach and go left, you can walk yourself along the shoreline and get to some of the water activities really quickly.

Whilst the hotel did provide the use of E-Scooters, they are no longer supplying these to guests on account of it being too dangerous (which you'll totally get if you walk down to the Kavos Strip).

Overall, we would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay that provides amazing service to guests, and has great facilities (pool and pool bar etc).

Some additional comments:

Faster WiFi in hotel rooms could be looked into as we ended up relying on our mobile data.

Air conditioning in the hallways would be good.

Monitoring guests slamming doors - whilst there are signs in this hotel that ask guests to shut their bedroom doors quietly, some people were very disrespectful and would allow their doors to shut with a loud BANG. We were woken up once or twice because of this which was frustrating.

Choice of TV channels for guests - or Smart TV's offering Netflix etc.

Aside from this, we've really enjoyed our stay here!

Beautiful hotel, beautiful location, wonderful food and brilliant staff. We stayed for 10 nights and wish it could have been longer.
All food is made to order fresh and everything we had was fantastic, we worked our way through the breakfast and lunch/evening menu and it was all great.
Beautiful pool with very comfortable cushioned sun beds, plenty of them and shade available too.
Staff are fantastic. Able to shower and change after we checked out, stored luggage for us. Free e scooters available too which was fun to go around on.
2 minute walk to a very quiet beach and plenty of parking spaces.
Sunset views were incredible and the top terrace is so peaceful and a nice way to escape the direct sun.

An extraordinary place where you can find sea, swimming pool and vegetation. I have not seen more beautiful flowers and plants than in this place. The staff is so nice and kind, the room was cleaned daily, including changing the bed linen and towels. The food is extraordinary and fresh. I will definitely come back.

Wow. What a pleasure staying at this hotel. I was solo traveling and the hotel staff made the stay so pleasant. From the communication when I booked to when I arrived and when I left. The rooms were clean, the food was so delicious and the staff was so friendly. They went above and beyond. Perry made sure that everything was great. I'd definitely recommend anyone staying in Kavos to book this place. Everything about this place was great.

Really lovely staff and nice rooms in a quiet location. You have to walk a little to get to a nice part of the beach for swimming, but that's OK.

Very pleasant hotel, lovely views and spacious and clean rooms. Food is delicious and affordable. Gorgeous pool. Very nice people, very helpful gave us a free lift to the closest bus stop on the last day.

This was our second stay at erofili. the previous one was before renovation - amazing experience. extremely nice rooms, very clean. peace and quiet which is missing in Kavos. I have never experienced such nice and helpful service.
breakfasts and dinners in the pool restaurant are extremely tasty. the staff seems to be one big family. keep it up - we will definitely come back here again.
