An extraordinary place where you can find sea, swimming pool and vegetation. I have not seen more beautiful flowers and plants than in this place. The booking stated that it was located in the center of Kavos, while upon our arrival we discovered that it was more than 1 km outside the town. It's not a bad accommodation, given the very low price, it's perfect for those staying in Kavos for the nightlife..

Amazing hotel. Amazing host. Room was stunning and immaculate. Woman who runs it said she would be our Greek mother and me and my friend loved it. She gave good suggestions for best beaches and trips. Went in October when it was quiet, landed at 8pm at night but she kept her office open as she was expecting us. Amazing service. I can only say positive things, everything is clean and functional, the ambiance is wonderful and very pleasant, as is the owner who helped us with everything we needed and it is very important to him that everyone feels comfortable here.

We have not spent too much time in the apartment but it had everything we needed. We really enjoy our evenings at the pool. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day, fresh towels were delivered. I would highly recommend it for the price you pay!

The perfect location: you have your own access to the beach, it‘s quiet and if you want to go out to eat or drink something, you can go to Kavos within 20 minutes by foot. "Sand and sea" is a very beautiful and peaceful place. The sea in front of the garden is shallow, warm and clean. There is no sandy strip, but there are small bridges made to get you straight into the clear water. They allowed us to use the canoe, and the children were very entertained. In August, I stayed at Kalypso Studio in Kavos and was generally very satisfied. The location is very convenient, close to the center but far enough to avoid the noise. My experience is based on staying in a studio in one of the bungalows. There is no kitchenette as such, just a stand above the fridge with the kitchen utensils on it. This had an induction hot plate with a saucepan. This turned out to be an ordinary one which didn't work on an induction hob! There was no kettle, tea spoons or cereal bowls, however when I asked these were supplied straight away together...

Had the best 5 days at Utopia Kavos. The location, apartment, pool, view just everything was exactly what me and my friends look for on our yearly get away. My stay was unreal here at Utopia, I was there for a week and I had the best time. The staff and cleaners alike were friendly and attentive. The Hotel itself was perfect, on the beach front, excellent pool and very clean. Cute cats dotted around aswell made it the perfect place to stay in Kavos.
