Very clean and friendly place, basic with everything you need just around the corner

right in front of beach, just be careful if you taking car as the road to hotel is quite narrow but car can be easily maneuvered.Hotel manager was very helpful we got the room with 2 balconys . We paid cash so if you haven;t paid in advance please be ready for cash payment. ATMs, food point are at walking distance. Pool is included in the hotel and also you can do sports activities

So far the best Hostel, Hotel and Place we ‚ve been to in Corfu! Such a welcoming and cool owner (couple)! Also, they have the nicest pool and chill out area + a private Beach Spot in their Backyard. Superb Me and my friends found Seaside Resort to be one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at a hotel. Michael and Evie were extremely accommodating and made us feel very comfortable. Expensive, two glasses of beer (400ml each) and one large glass of Sprite for 15 euro is expensive for Kavos. These are the most expensive drinks we found on Corfu in the two weeks we were there. Not much else to add to this review, other than we won't be going back to this bar/restaurant.

Went as a group of 9 20year olds and had an amazing time. Giannis and the team took amazing care of us, booked trips and taxis for us, even got my friend a personalised birthday cake for her birthday. The hotel is really close to the ***** (about 10/15 mins walk) and has an amazing bar, pool and beach area. No complains at all!! Loved it. Shoutout.

Had a lovely holiday here. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room had a double hob, kettle and fridge along with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. The pool is excellent as is the food which Includes stuff like pizza and burgers and traditional Greek dishes. There’s a well stocked supermarket across the road. The bus to Corfu old town stops right outside. It costs just over 4 Euros...

I can only say positive things, everything is clean and functional, the ambiance is wonderful and very pleasant, as is the owner who helped us with everything we needed and it is very important to him that everyone feels comfortable here.

We have not spent too much time in the apartment but it had everything we needed. We really enjoy our evenings at the pool. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day, fresh towels were delivered. I would highly recommend it for the price you pay!

George was the best host ever! He was very kind and made us feel so welcome. He really makes you feel at home and is very attentive to his guests. Fab location, great price & amazing manager. We arrived late at night so had to sit outside (our fault). The lovely manager saw us let us have a temporary room at 6 a.m. great location on the beach albeit the beach isn’t nice. Location is great less than 5 min walk to main areas. Rooms have 3 full size beds not a sofa bed. Pool area really chilled. Thank you.

Very well located. Few minutes walk from the beach and Kavos centre. Quiet area. Has a communal pool. Parking available but ideally to book from beforehand. Very welcoming host and helpful. Breakfast can be booked at 8euro-limited selction. Very poor wifi connection unfortunately. AC only in bedrooms, no ac in the kitchinette/living room.

Had the best 5 days at Utopia Kavos. The location, apartment, pool, view just everything was exactly what me and my friends look for on our yearly get away. We ate at the pool bar a few times and can honestly say the food there was better than some of the restaurants we visited. My stay was unreal here at Utopia, I was there for a week and I had the best time. The staff and cleaners alike were friendly and attentive. The Hotel itself was perfect, on the beach front, excellent pool and very clean. Cute cats dotted around aswell made it the perfect place to stay in Kavos.

Very friendly Nikos is a great host, and not just out for for your money!! Popped in here a few times for a change of scenery, probably the cheapest bottle of Mythos on Corfu? The Best Bar in Kavos. Its next to Hotel Capo di Corfu where we stayed. We visited this bar every evening. Really good and reliable Drinks and free Billiard. We went in September this year and had a wonderful time. The first thing that hit us was the amazing view, never seen a view like it, sea, mountains it was so picturesque! Our balcony was opposite so we awoke to that every morning! Kosta and Stella are amazing hosts nothing too much trouble, genuinely interested in their guests comfort and very welcoming. We were here for pur 2022 trip to Kavos for 11 days. The family who runs it is beyond friendly and we had an worm experience with them. We as a family stayed there last week in June 2022. The owner Jorgus is very helpful, welcoming, outgoing and friendly. We strugled with renting a car in Kavos he helped us to drive us around. The Guy who owns this place is a legend. He offers one of the best locations of cavos with a free parking space for like the best price possible. In August, I stayed at Kalypso Studio in Kavos and was generally very satisfied. The location is very convenient, close to the center but far enough to avoid the noise. My experience is based on staying in a studio in one of the bungalows. There is no kitchenette as such, just a stand above the fridge with the kitchen utensils on it. This had an induction hot plate with a saucepan. This turned out to be an ordinary one which didn't work on an induction hob! Ammos apartments is the right choice if you choose to enjoy peace, relaxation, cleanliness. Here you will find a swimming pool, a neat beach, a nice bar. The staff is very kind and friendly. I highly recommend it.
