Alex was very kind and offered to pick us up even though the port is a 3 mins walk to the hotel. Can’t beat the location and definitely would recommend for a short stay on the island.

Beautiful sunrise from our balcony. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Fabulous location. Everything we could ask for. Alex took the time to passionately share the history of his hotel. Pride of ownership was evident. He recommended a few places for dinner that were excellent. We would highly recommend a stay here.

We recently stayed 5 nights at the Myrto Hotel, the hotel is less than 20 metres from the beach, the hotel is also very close to the port where you can take a water taxi to visit other beaches on the island. Even though the hotel is close to the port, a pickup service was organised to assist with our luggage. This is a family run hotel, everyone was very friendly and able to assist with any questions we had. The hotel is very well maintained, they have a nice breakfast with a variety of choices. There are also coffee and tea making facilities in the room. We plan to visit Koufonissi again and we will stay at the Myrto Hotel.

Incredible place to stay!!! Complimentary shuttle (even though it’s so close to port and everything else), delicious welcome lemonade, fantastic service, beautiful views, spacious and very clean rooms, incredible staff and owners… the list goes on!!! I highly recommend and I will definitely be back!! Thank you!!

The location is pretty much right off the port so super easy and convenient it’s also a 2 minute walk from all the shops but enough out of the way to be really quiet at night. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed very warmly, we only planned to stay one night but ended up staying 2 just because we enjoyed it so much. The family that owns it is increasingly warm and welcoming and tended to our every need. The rooms are also amazing the toilets are de-sanitized regurlaly and the bed's are the MOST comfortable sleep we’ve had in Greece to the point where it was hard to get out and explore the beautiful island. We had the best experience I couldn’t possibly recommend this place more!

I couldn’t have picked a better hotel. A lovely family run business 2 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from the port and a couple of minutes walk to the shops, bars and restaurants. The service was excellent, from time of booking, right up till we arrived and consequently very sadly left. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the hotel was clean and very comfy with spacious rooms and bathrooms. Absolutely wonderful, don’t hesitate to book your stay at Myrto Hotel. ❤️

We had an incredible stay at the Myrto Hotel! Some of the best hospitality you’ll find in all of Greece and the picturesque scenery is unmatched. There’s no doubt that we will be back! Koufonisi is beautiful, but what made our trip even better was due to the wonderful service at Myrto.

Nice family run place in the center of town. Close to everything, quiet, clean and comfortable. Old school guest house feel. Some rooms have a nice ocean view, and there is a nice lobby / patio to hang out or do some work if needed. Ride to and from port if needed but its close enough to walk.

Myrto Hotel is simply wonderful. The welcome; the views; the comfort; the hospitality; the breakfast; the location....I couldn't contemplate staying anywhere else. Alex, Joy, Myrto and all the Myrto staff work so hard to ensure their guests feel like family arriving at their home from home. Honestly, there's nowhere I'd rather stay when visiting Koufonisia.
