We are not satisfied with either the food or the service in the restaurant. Every day there was the same thing for breakfast and for dinner. The food was like in a 2 star hotel, like for pigs. The service was also unprofessional. The barmaid in the restaurant was Bulgarian - short, with long blonde hair tied in a ponytail. She behaved aggressively and arrogantly with us, she did not show any respect and good attitude towards the Bulgarians. They were constantly yelling and fighting inside the bar. No WiFi for 5 days in the hotel. There were always and everywhere mosquitos. This is absurd!!

We will not visit you again!!!

The biggest mess I've had recently, a dirty hotel, rooms are given preferentially, for our Romanians, rooms are given in the "stable" full of spiders and dirty. The food is beyond criticism, you better come from home with tomatoes and cheese, you're better off. Run as far as you can :)))

Old furniture. 20years old. Not clean enough. Need to be carefull, with stuff. Water in pool dirty. Bad reputation from me. Around apartants dirty. They need a lot of work to clean, and repaire many things. Somebody stole our things and we found it on receptions. Food in morning is only fresh 8.00. After that there is no coffe, no juice, no watter. Old fruid.
When dinner come is so poor again. Not hot meal, no soup , if there is some sausages in the evening, you will see it mix eggs and sausages in morning next day. No fruit. Maybe peach. Watermellon was stay there all day. Not cold. Sorry.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Finding directions to this place was difficult, their website doesn’t offer an address.

The rooms were clean most of the time, however sheets and pillowcases were never changed. We’ve understood that they will only switch the towels with clean ones, as long as you leave them on the floor.

The younger staff working by the pool and bar were very nice and genuinely helpful as much as they could be, and they were very polite and nice! I CANNOT say the same for the older staff, who seemed eager to get us out and showed no interest in how our stay went.

The TV did not work properly, 2 out of 5 nights that we stayed we had no hot water, the gym seemed like it last had electricity and a good cleaning in 2005, offers a pool table that you have to pay 2€ to play, yet it was broken. Out of two rooms, one had two sofas instead of proper beds. We had no wifi in the rooms, and even less network service ANYWHERE in the ‘hotel’.

Frankly, for the INSANELY HIGH price per night they ask, this place should not be an option if you are looking for something where you will get what you paid for. Overpriced room, in the middle of nowhere.
I’ve slept in better villas I found on the spot, with all necessities included for as little as 20-30€.

Shouldn’t be labelled as a hotel. Basic amenities missing from the rooms (night lamps, glasses, bin, hair drier and the list goes on). No hotel services such as cleaning of rooms or changing bed linen/towels. We requested for a hair drier twice but nothing. Don’t expect your room to be cleaned either, even if you stay for 7 nights and request it from reception. They may or may not change your towels but that’s it. Check in took 40mins as we had to be driven to the location of our room, which was down the road and not in the main area where the restaurant is. I was not expecting to have to take a 10 minute walk to get to breakfast each morning. None of this was communicated to us in advance and had we known we would have definitely not booked this “hotel”. Avoid!
