The taxi from the airport is about 10-15 min and costs 25euro as you go through the tunnel with a toll charge. You can get drinks by the pool but there is no restaurant on site but lots of recommended places to walk to

There is a kitchen area with all facilities and large bathroom. We had a wrap around balcony with views of the pool which was also very clean and never crowded. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful

This hotel is absolutely perfect - the location, the comfort, right in the heart of all the Lefkada action - relaxing and clean pool to cool off after a hot summer day spent at the beach or on a cruise around the island, short walk to shops and restaurants and the Instagram picture worthy spots in town for sunset

This hotel is ideally placed only minutes from the marina and also the main square with its fabulous restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious and clean with large balconies overlooking the marina or the pool

What definitely requires a mention is the pool which is one of the loveliest I have had the pleasure to swim in

We stayed one night at this hotel on our way to meet friends and we had a great experience. The room was enormous, beautiful, very clean and comfortable with everything we could possibly have needed

Hotel is very good as for the category. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. There was room cleaning everyday with fresh towels. Food also was good, dinner everyday different with dessert

Open to anyone within the marina so can get busy fast around the pool. Good for a one nighter but personally wouldn't stay longer

The decor and furniture are a bit outdated, and the shower showed signs of wear and tear. It also had a musty smell, probably because it isn’t aired out regularly

We stayed with the family in a lower part with our own little pool on terrace which is great for kids in the morning before exploring the island beaches. Great breakfast on the upper part with lovely view

The room (studio) was good. Breakfast was ok, every day almost the same. We were here in october and we didn’t use the pool.

Since there was four of us there could be just more space for all things foe easier organisation but we managed it. After You see color of the sea all other things became less important

Dora and the other ladies working there very friendly. 10 min walk to the surfing beach and bars. 10€ taxi ride to lefkada old town for evenings

We booked this hotel as it looked convenient to the town centre and local restaurants. The room was an excellent size, with 2 balconies overlooking the sea. The owner/manager recommended a local restaurant for us

This is a great place to stay, super clean, amazing pool. Our room had a great view of the city and the sea. The only issue was room size. It was very small considering it’s price. Staff is very kind and helpful.

There are three two-floor building with 2-3 apartments per floor, four of them with view to the Ionion sea and two to the mountain. Friendly staff, good prices for the apartments and the provided snacks

Lovely hotel, clean rooms, breakfast ok. Nothing to complain about and actually we were all pleasantly surprised at the hotel as it was quiet although our rooms faced the street. Great value for money for its location.

The rooms were spacious but in need of serious renovation-especially the bathrooms. The pool was good but too crowded as they allow people outside the hotel. There is parking place for the residents which is good

Beware - tourist tax charged on top of booking. NOT mentioned at time of booking. Breakfast OK but it's definitely NOT worth 12euro. If you get it included in room price, it's adequate

I would say nearly all the guest were either about to collect their boat or were having a few days chill after their yachting holiday. Special mention to the lovely Helen. Always smiling and so welcoming

I have just spent 3 nights here as a solo traveller & could not of been made to feel any more welcome & comfortable. From the moment of check in Maria (reception) was warm friendly & welcoming

Verry nice hotel with good service. Amazing place between the olive trees. There are two pools with cleen warm water. The parking is big and has a lot of shaded spaces.

Facilities were not so good, there were lots of mosquiotos because of the trees in the garden. The apartment was clean, but I guess the facilities are a little old, thats why it kinda had a smell

Location is nice but in the country side which can be ok or not depending on the expectations. For it was reasonably good. Two excellent swimming pools one with bar but many many kids. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Excellent for a vacation with a kid! Big playground, kids pool with the water being very warm, daily cleaning and sheets changed every other day. Also close to Lefkada town and super markets

One thing the hotel must remove is all the stray cats, because all of them had various skin and other diseases and they also drank water from the swimming pool

In overall, good property for the price it has. But, it had great gardens with nice views, nice pools and delicious breakfast

Great hotel! The stuff was very polite and provided many useful information. The rooms were very tidy and had plenty of space. Also, it is located almost in the centre of the city, which is very convenient.

After a 2 week sailing turn this was a perfect place to stay. Clean rooms, comfortable, wonderful staff, and we were offered some great recommendations on where to go/eat. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was EXTREMELY clean (change of towels and cleaning service every day) and comfort as well. Generally the hotel was designed and decorated according to minimal trends

I chose this place to spend my summer vacation as I liked it, viewing the photos from Booking, but being here, I totally loved it… It is all new and modern, clean, well organized, very nice decorated and super cozy

It arrived swiftly after calling reception to say we were ready. Our friend, who was staying in the room above joined us each morning and we all sat & ate the fresh homemade delicious breakfast every day

Probably the best place to stay in Lefkada, parking, fashioned and clean rooms, 15 minutes away by car from beautiful beaches. Nice location, 5 minutes walk to center. VERY friendly personnel, always trying to help

I have been at San Giovanni 5 yrs.ago. Revisited this year, though we didn't stay. Still nice and clean with a decent size pool next to the bar. Great location, basically on Agios Ioannis beach.

The pool area and snack bar is ideal because there is space for you to lounge by the pool and a space for you to sit and relax in the shade by the snack bar

We enjoyed our stay but the amount of parents using the pool with uncontrollable screaming kids left us with a bitter taste

The staff is very kind and the place is very nice. The beach in front is for wind surf mainly but the city of Lefkada is close and you can reach every popular beach by car

Yiannis beach that provides breakfast and on site snacks throughout the day. You can come to San Giovani, never leave the hotel and still have a wonderful vacation

It was peacefull, comfortable, room was clean. Pool is also very nice, breakfast is ok. WiFi was often slow, but it looked to me that it is probably something with the coverage here in general

Breakfast is nice and served in the swimming pool area. Only drawbacks are internet speed and water pressure, but these seem to be common across Lefkada and not necessarily specific to this site

It is located very close to the center of Lefkada. The rooms are of exceptional aesthetics, very comfortable and you do not miss anything. You can even find towels for the pool

Fully equipped and modern rooms, clean pool and owners and staff who make sure you stay satisfied and have a great time! We highly recommend it and thank them very much!

Such a shame place is not pet friendly. But nevertheless, we enjoyed here and we would come back

It is a 15 mins walk to the town centre. Two large supermarkets and a bakery nearby. The staff and their attention to customer satisfaction was exemplary. The venue is of a high standard and the pool area is very nice

The breakfast that was brought to our room each morning was fresh and delicious. We unfortunately didn't take advantage of the pool but noticed that it's was taken care of everyday by the staff even in off-season

The suite was the best room we have stayed at in all the 29 times. A lift to all floors and ramps to get in to the building. Towels and sheets constantly changed

Breakfast delivered to the room included fruit juice, tea and coffee, two fried eggs and a hot toastie each, croissants, choc au pains, jams, honey, cake and apples and this was described a little breakfast as we were out of season! We will be back without a doubt

Having prepaid, check in was quick by filling out a passport ID form with the English speaking receptionist. Our junior suite was upgraded to a one bedroom apt. on the 2nd floor accessed by elevator

Beautiful small complex of 8 apartments. Fresh towels and sheets twice during our week's stay. Full kitchen and washing machine. Close to town and restaurants - within 20 mins walk

Don't you have reasons to love Lefkada. You should come to spend a vacation on this property. Clean and cozy rooms, many amenities, kitchenet. Close to Lidl and other stores. Easy to find - short trip to beaches

The design is harmonious and peaceful, the pool is the best place to be in the heat, and it's very close to downtown Lefkada, as well as other markets, etc. , without being in the middle of the noise from the city

The closest thing to noise this property has is the crickets at night and a rooster or two at the neighbor's house. I can't recommend this place enough
