Perfectly acceptable hotel in a great location. The rooms were spotlessly clean and all linens were changed daily. The breakfast was ample and in keeping with the hotel. Hotel is in a great location with bars, marina & town square all close by. Lovely room overlooking the main square & sea. Clean with a comfortable bed & soft towels. Good selection of hot & cold food at breakfast- coffee particularly good! Nice clean pool that was surprisingly quite when we were there. Plenty of shade for those who want it and a handy pool bar.

The staff really make this hotel worthy of a five star rating … they’re friendly, helpful and it has a good feel to it. The rooms are a little dated but Aircon worked well and it was very comfortable and clean. There is a great swimming pool which you can use as a base before and after checking in/out which was helpful given we had to wait for our next plans

I loved everything about Crystal Waters. The location was great as in Lefkada you need to rent a car and just travel the island anyway. A few min drive to town. The rooms are a little more basic than the name of the hotel suggests, but at the price they are great value and so you can’t complain. The staff were all very friendly and helpful whilst we were there too.

Overall disappointing. Came with bath but known problem with pipes meant flooding floor when letting water out; had to trickle it out after initial deluge on floor. Staff advised plumber said pipes too shallow and nothing could be done. Room came with menu for room service but no room service available. One staff member had to do everything. Very noisy all night with pedestrians and scooters.

The design of the hotel is chic, and the vegetation is perfect. The quality of the kitchen is high, with a fantastic chef. However, the pool area is too small, and this is made worse because the hotel sells access to local kids that dominate the area.

The pool only opens at 11:00, which is very disappointing. I wanted to go for an early morning swim, but no chance to convince the receptionist, that as a good swimmer I should be able to do my swim. During the day the pool area is very noisy with lots of loud families. Not a place to relax and to enjoy two last days of holidays. We booked a seaview studio for 10 nights. First 2 nights they put us in some provisory room with street view which it was very noisy, AC broken, hair dryer broken. The other 8 nights the room was ok. I didn't stay at the hotel but I did stay at the beach part for two days. The service team was very nice and helpful and the drinks were rather good. Only area they fall short in is the food which i have not experienced positively besides the fries.

We have just had a two week stay in the Theoxenia which was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. This hotel is of a much higher standard than most we have experienced in Greece.
