The best hotel in the city of Lefkada. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The pool area is perfect to relax and also very hygienic and clean. The breakfast was delicious, I didn't miss anything there. And my special thank and appreciation goes to the staff of the hotel. They are super kind and friendly and always trying their best to help! The staff really make this hotel worthy of a five star rating … they’re friendly, helpful and it has a good feel to it. The rooms are a little dated but Aircon worked well and it was very comfortable and clean. There is a great swimming pool which you can use as a base before and after checking in/out which was helpful given we had to wait for our next plans

Can't speak to the hotel rooms, but I came to Lefkada on a sailboat and tied up to the town key. This hotel lets you sit by the pool for a small fee (€10- includes a coffee) and serves drinks and a small menu of snack food. Beautiful pool area with plenty of shade, lounge chairs, and tables. They also have 24/7 public showers for €5, and reliable wifi by the pool! Perfect pit stop for a salty sailor...

We spent 2 nights at the Ionian star hotel. Well located and not expensive. When we checked in the room was clean. Then, I don’t actually know whether they forgot it or it’s the standard but they haven’t cleaned up the room after the first night. The building is quite old and definitely needs some refitting. Breakfast could be better as it needs more offer (especially fruit!). Super friendly staff

The guidance and advice (what to do, where to go), arrangements, and the extent to what was offered, were unmatched even by the Aman Tokyo which hitherto I had regarded as the best I have ever encountered. Excellent. From the minute we checked in we knew we were in the right place. The room was immaculate with high end bedding and embroidered bath towels. The staff attended to our every need but of course that had already been anticipated by the hotel. Agilaki and Evangalia, our hosts, were very cordial and helpful. Spectacular breakfast. We spend at this hotel a lovely weekend. Full renovated rooms with very nice design, homemade breakfast, close to the beach and close to lefkada town too. The owners are very helpfull. Very good position to visit all the island. We will come again

We had a great time at this hotel! The hosts are really friendly and nice, the breakfast was tasty and the room was clean and nicely decorated. The restaurant on the last floor (Vivarium Wine restaurant) where you can have dinner is beautiful and the food is delicious. Do not miss this place when visiting Lefkada!

I loved everything about Crystal Waters. The location was great as in Lefkada you need to rent a car and just travel the island anyway. A few min drive to town. My friends and I stayed at the hotel for a week during September 2021 and really enjoyed it. The rooms are perfect, clean, and really nicely decorated. Excellent boutique hotel with a very unique style. I love the breakfast balcony and breakfast buffet. In the middle of everything! Walk everywhere in minutes. Perfect location. Parking is tough to find but the hotel associates can help you find or make room to park in their private space.

Location is good but we think "boutique" is not accurate to describe the hotel. Rooms are aged, booking platform is misleading with the way presented them, service is average and parking is issue if you dare to move your car from a spot you luckily gained. Preveza is a great city to visit and have your vacations and hotel is in the middle of it just I believe was overpriced for what offered.

This is a fantastic place to stay in Preveza. The rooms are modern and very clean. Breakfast is okay. Location is superb with direct access to the seafront marina. The pool is small but well maintained and the pool beds are very comfortable. You have free access to bicycles to roam the town (which is not that big). Cute hotel in the middle of the old centre. Nice pool. Private parking with camera security. We had a room on the ground floor, which made opening the windows difficult. Therefore we had trouble getting fresh air in the room, which made it smell a little moldy.

Polite and helpful staff. Location is excellent and the breakfast was very nice with a great view on roof garden. The room on 2nd floor was spacious and comfy.

Beautiful hotel. Amazing grounds. Clean modern. Staff are the best. Helpful polite friendly warm. Especially Sonia on several occasions has gone out of her way to help me etc. The only down side to this hotel if anything is the food. It is very well cooked and tasty it has a very basic menu I would expect slightly more from such an amazing establishment

Lovely hotel, nice bed, shower, pool and breakfast however lacked a few key things such as 2 glasses in the room, 2 forks and a couple of little strange things like this.

Great place where you can forget about time and have a total relax. Despite it's located 10 mins ride from the beach, they provide you with transfer, so we use it all the time. Strongly recommended for vacation. Very comfortable rooms with outstanding minimalistic design.

We booked a seaview studio for 10 nights. First 2 nights they put us in some provisory room with street view which it was very noisy, AC broken, hair dryer broken. The other 8 nights the room was ok. I didn't stay at the hotel but I did stay at the beach part for two days. The service team was very nice and helpful and the drinks were rather good. Only area they fall short in is the food which i have not experienced positively besides the fries.

Basic hotel, not a 4 star tho. Simple and not too delicious breakfast, spacious rooms. Don’t expect to chill at the pool this is impossible due to lack of chairs and space. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel is 10 years old but looks brand new. The rooms are very large, clean, and very quiet. The staff is very helpful and nice. Breakfast was ok too. Parking is easy.

Although I have travelled to this area in Greece many times, I had never stayed at Ionian Theoxenia. This hotel is one of the best in the area. My experience regarding the rooms, service, COVID protocols and location has been very pleasant. The beach is a 4-5 minute walk from the hotel with clean loungers and umbrella. I recommend staying at the hotel!

This is a great hotel. Very nice, spacious rooms, good, rich breakfast. Quiet but close to the beach and the central part. Best of all are the people working there. Everyone was very nice and polite and helped us with all of our needs. Caroline and the rest of the team took amazing care of us. Highly recommend!
