Νο bug nets on windows. , Not so clean rooms..mosquitos and Turkish family groups stay at the pool until 1 AM shouting and drinking every night. when we told the receptionist about the noise she gave them a warning but they didnt seem to care much... We stayed for 3 days. A very noisy place if you want to relax.

This is seriously the worst experience with hotel staff in my life, I had to ask for information rather than receiving it from you regarding how to book the easiest way 1 by 1, people normally send immediately the whole information I really have no words for you, you killed my wish to go to your contry seriously… Ive been booking with you for 1 week?????? Seriously ??? I book my hotels within 3-5 minutes average is this even real🤦🏻‍♂️

Also their “confirmation” is a picture edited with paint without any confirmation nunber in seriously disgusted how Ive been trying to book two rooms and give them my money and they’re like “ ok why would we answer and finish this within 3 minutes EXACTLY HOW THINGS ARE NORMALLY DONE…. “

terrible, one of the worst hotel ever I stayed in, group of 4 people, 2 rooms for one week, normal rooms, first they gave us rooms far from each other, then we changed, so we actually seen 4 rooms, all the same, if the rooms are... let's say liveable, bathroom is horrible, very dirty, looks as infectios hazard, extremely dirty, toilet seat broken, door hinges from bathroom was out of the wall almost falling (heavy glass door), they left us notice that the towels are changed every 3days otherwise are charged 5 euro per day, cleaning non existing... really, they arrange the bed, that's is all the cleaning they did, refrigerator was broken, that fix it after one day, no protection against the insects on the windows so room fool of mosquitoes and other bugs. Breakfast good, every day was almost the same, main building (reception and hall room modern look but that's all.
