Where to stay in Limenas

Unique combination between sea and forest! Amazing view, beautiful gardens, the best beach in the island! The bungalows are luxury and clean, the food was delicious. The perfect place for family with children and nature lovers! It’s worth to visit. Thank you Makryammos for wonderful holiday!

Very nice location, close to the ferry. Great beach with very nice activities and amenities. They serve breakfast and dinner. I suggest to get only breakfast and get dinner somewhere else. For a family of 4 they have 2 separate rooms with 1 bath which was enough for us. Highly recommend.

The beach and the sea are very beautiful. Beach services are good. From time to time there are no clean towels but the staff brings them. The rooms are spacious enough. Cleanliness is good. The restaurant …. Honestly, I was a little disappointed only in terms of food, but the reason is that no cuisine is close to our food (🇹🇷). We were looking for a place to relax with our teenage kids after all the stress of exams. Lovely quiet location on a beautiful little sandy bay. The bungalows are arranged up the hill but access was no problem for us. Our rooms were comfy with a nice outside terrace. We found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Beautiful place to have a vacation with kids. Location is just best on the island in my opinion. White send beach, blue sea, better then on photos. I enjoy coming here in the summers for food and drinks. the atmosphere is always so relaxing. The food and cocktails they serve are always so tasty. The place has an upper-class look and vibe to it. It is one reason I look forward to the summers.

I had a fantastic stay at Macedon. The cleanliness was exceptional, with every corner of the hotel spotless. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the city center and great restaurants, and the best beaches are just a 5-10 minute drive away. The service and hospitality were outstanding, making me feel welcomed and appreciated. I highly recommend Macedon for anyone visiting the area!

Wonderful hotel close to the Limenas ferry port and close to restaurants and shops. The rooms were extremely clean as the cleaning was done every day, the beds were comfy and the big balcony was perfect for drying all of the beach towels. Very nice Hotel... Nice decoration.. Everything new.. The breakfast could perhaps use an improvement. And if you couldn't find a table in the shade you were forced to sit in the sun.

Very clean and quiet environment. We had a great time. The only downside was the breakfast and especially the coffee that you had no choice.

One of the best hotel in Thassos. With breakfast included and cool clean rooms it is the far most cozy accommodation on the sea side. The hosts Teo and Christine are the most kind Greeks I've ever met. There were no issues whatsoever durin our stay in Espirides. And yes, the bar has the best prices in the neighborhood.

We got a very nice room with a nice view to the sea. The room was better than expected for a 3* hotel and we were very pleased with it. The breakfast wast descent too , there are some spaces for parking and we managed to have our car in front of the hotel for all our nights. Bed and pillows were not that comfortable but the staff changed them as we asked them too. The wifi was really bad though and...

I highly recommend this hotel .The rooms are lovely and clean and the stuff very helpful. There is a nice pool but also the hotel owns a pretty beach .The location is quiet but very close to the Limenas where the ferry is located. I suggest you going for a visit !!

Amazing view of Thassos Old Harbour, good location, open all year, we had a lot of fun outside of regular turist season on the island, and the hotel was a big plus to a great vacation. The hotel is really high quality, it is more of a hotel with star category 3+ or 4 stars. The location is the best that you could ask for. The bar and the whole reception area is stylish and nice. The staff is absolutely kind. The only thing i would recommend is a bit more variety of the food , however everything is delicious and served with style.

Amazing hotel,the staff are kind and nice. It's clean and with beautiful view from both sides (sea and mountains). Free parking, nice and clean pool and you can even walk to limenas center,everything is 200-300m away. 5/5 would visit again ❤

Hotel and grounds spotless, breakfast was very good with options of cooked or continental, good location with a short walk into town. Best choice we could make! It is a very nice hotel, rooms are basic but very clean, cleaning service done every single day. Breakfast is simple but enough. All the positive reviews are true!!! I could just repeat. :) I would just add that the place is really calm and quiet. Even during peak season it looks empty, like there were no guests. :) You can easily take a nap at the pool or the beach.

Breakfast which, even if it was generally repeated every morning, was enough and for us it was very good. This is a nice place to accomodate for your summer holiday. The owner of the hotel is a very nice and friendly host. The location is clean, quite and located near sea side. You can have access to the pool area, to park your car in the back garden. I had a nice experience at this hotel and I highly recommend this place!

Great hotel. The hosts are very nice. The rooms are great so are the beds. If you come by car you'll always have a place to park. Downstairs is a restaurant, a pool, a gym and a sauna. You can rent bikes from the hotel too.

I imagine it was okay for the price of the room, and the cleanliness was good enough.. however, staff was grumpy and slow. Not exactly the kind of service you want on your holidays. We weren't given the aircon control and room was pretty hot, somehow it was assumed we should have known to ask for it?! No hot water in the shower.

Clean, decent breakfast.. not happiest owners/workers in the world but who is nowadays. Located on a pretty busy street and right in front of the ferrys, if you get a room with oceanview you are guaranteed a spectacular view.

We stayed at Hermes hotel for four nights. The room was really clean and was getting cleaned every day. The view was amazing and the stuff was really helpful! Highly recommend it!! We will come back for sure!

Overall, an amazing hotel! We stayed there for 5 nights and everything was perfect. Great location in the center of Limenas in a very short distance from a supermarket, the sea, restaurants etc.but still not noisy. The family that runs the hotel are very friendly, helpful and gave us a lot of tips!

Very close to ferry port. Mironi and victoria are two seperate buildings. Ok rooms with airconditioning. Small bathrooms (Mironi). Friendly stuff. A lot of taverns and coffe shops in walking distance.

Might be tough to find parking spot after 9pm as hotel is located in city center, but it's alright once you get used to tight parking spots.

The hotel is located in a very easy and convenient location close to everything. We were extremely pleased with the room, everything was very clean and tidy and exactly as in the pictures. It is cleaned every day, the cleaning woman is very nice. I highly recommend the hotel and would stay there again!

We stayed on the first floor where rooms have been renovated most recently. Do not recommend even trying to sleep without A/C on if it has been sunny the whole day. The roof warms up and then releases the heat into the room during night. But if the A/C is on - it creates no issues :) We have no complaints about the hotel/staff/breakfast buffet or parking. Everything was nice and neat.

The rooms are small, but very comfortable. They get cleaned by a very nice lady every day. Our room was in pristine condition with everything in it almost new and we loved our stay. The parking is very tricky and a bit dangerous for wide or big cars. If I were to nitpick to add a negative a Smart TV would've been nice for the price paid.

Really nice hotel. Everything is new and fresh, beds are the most comfiest i ever experienced in greece. AC is brand new, cooling the room in a minute. Staff is really nice. My room was cleaned every day by the nice cleaning lady!

The hotel is really good, it has its own car park in front of it. Modern rooms, fridge included, bathrooms are spacious and modern as well. Our room had a terrace with a table and two chairs. Air con is fully operational if you are not a fan of sweaty nights. The only downside is that we didn't get our bed sheet changed for several days (4), and for two of our stays the room wasn't cleaned at all.

Great and responsive front desk service and very clean and modern rooms. Air-conditioning works which made it a very comfortable stay for us.
