Located in a semi rural setting- just enough life and buzz locally so that you don’t feel completely cut off - tavernas within walking distance and local supermarket just around the corner. Haris the owner has done an amazing job of these villas, they are finished to a very high standard, the pool area and bbq areas are lovely, however I must point out that the new villa Petra is closer to the road and has road noise. The villa was exceptionally clean and well-appointed. All the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was fantastic. It worked well but was quiet. The villa owner was very friendly and helpful. The villa was a 10 to 15 minute walk to a beautiful beach and there were 4 very nice tavernas nearby as well as a supermarket.

The villa is extremely clean and the whole garden/pool area is perfect for family holidays.Great location but a car is a necessity as it’s surrounded by hills and far too hot to walk anywhere! What a memorable stay! The hostess was attentive, accommodating and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We loved the quiet location and beautiful views. The pool was an oasis throughout and a short walk to a quiet and beautiful beach when we felt like it. This place is adorable. It is called the seasons because there are 4 villas with the season's name and each one is decorated like so. I went there with another 3 couples and we booked a total of 2 villas. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. We were very comfortable. The villas were sparkly clean . This is an absolutely lovely place with lovely hosts. The villas are clean and tidy and has a lovely pool which is slightly heated making the water like warm meaning it is lovely to swim and play in it. The swimming pool also has balls and other floats for children to play with. There is also a little playground for young children with a set of swings, slide and a play house. Nice villas. Calm and relaxing environment. Great choice for kids. Close to a great beach. Wish it were a bit cleaner (towels smelt like cigarettes) but I would definitely visit again.

October half term, arrived about 23:45 and the owner was there to greet us (despite the late hour). The villa was stunning, nicely decorated and well stocked with towels and a welcome basket of fruit and wine. Enjoyed a wonderful week at the beautiful Monambeles villas. The owner, Elena is incredibly friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much for her and I can't recommend these villas highly enough. The villas are equiped with everything that you will need and are located in a very quiet area and enjoy views of the Ionian sea. There is one restaurant within 5 mins walk and friendly bars within 10 mins...

One of the best well kept villas I've stayed in. Kept extremely clean on a regular basis throughout our stay. A must stay destination in Kefalonia.

The location was wonderful and the villa was smart, well equipped and tastefully decorated. It could not, however, be classed as luxury as advertised. No beach robes supplied as advertised. Garden and pool layout meant that it received no afternoon or evening sun. Small leaks in pipework (reported to owner) not fixed during our stay. Cleaning was irregular and not thorough.

We spent a very nice holiday in Villa Ostria. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Our kids had a great time in the great pool and on the nearby beach.

Nice apartments very close to a local beach with umbrellas + seabeds with lovely clean sea. The upper apartment seem to have more spacious bathroom. Fully equipped and clean nice rooms and kitchen. Available also washing machine - that we occasionally used. Stable internet for free. Large garden with olive trees and other plants. Swings for smaller children. Crystal clear swimming pool just in front...

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Ostria, our hosts, Fortis and Nancy were extremely welcoming (an amazing plate of moussaka on the kitchen table when you get off a flight and drive arriving in the late afternoon is a lifesaver!). We were in the downstairs villa, and weren’t really disturbed by the family upstairs… it would take a fair bit drown out the a/c… the villa is well equipped with everything...

Pool and villa fabulous large and clean with everything we needed. Beach nearby and restaurants. Quieter side of island ferry nearby.

A great, perfect place to relax away from the hustle and bustle, and close to the beautiful sandy beaches (including Xi), and taverns next to them (beautiful port Lixouri with stalls and a promenade 6 km from there, an obligatory bivouac point on the way, you can see Zante beautifully ) surrounded by a beautiful olive garden, where you can relax by the pool in the shade of olive bushes and the sound...

A true oasis of peace, where you can spend wonderful moments It has all the necessary facilities, you just have to install it, beach XI beach very close and when you do not have the big pleasure waiting for you the swimming pool, which is just like 5 ☆. We loved our week staying here. The owners were on hand whenever we needed anything and nothing was a bother. It was kept spotlessly clean and the pool was as an absolute bonus. Even though we shared it with the next apartment, there was enough space and enough sun beds for everyone. Would really recommend anyone to stay here. It was an ideal base for exploring the island.

It is a wonderful villa. Large pool, everything you need in the house, starting from the kitchen tools to pool towels. The owner gave us a bunch of water, juice and beer. It is much better than on the site. Big like for this one.

Great size for a small family, really friendly host, daily cleaning, nice pool, well equipped and good location (about 5 mins walk from the harbour with shops, tavernas etc)
