Where to stay in Lourdhata

Very up to date hotel for a Greek island. Room was clean with a great en-suite and lovely view over olive groves to the sea despite not being one of the premium rooms. Staff were very friendly and professional. When we asked for some hot water for a green tea they came back with a great little kettle for the room with tea bags. Nice pool and veranda setting for bar and breakfast.

Excellent hotel La Signora is in a perfect location in southern Kefalonia, half way up the hill in Lourdata leading down to the beach. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and kind. If you are looking for a quiet holiday with excellent rooms , delightful staff and good exercise classes and gym book FZeen. Also 4 pools areas and good menu which has good healthy options. The beach also has a nice menu and free chairs. Along the beach you will find a real mix of places to eat. A dream — we stayed in the superior raw retreat with pool for 2 nights and it was the best part of our 14 night honeymoon. Grounds are immaculate, staff is attentive, beds are comfortable. We had a lovely stay at F Zeen, the staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful. The classes we joined were all very good and the food at the restaurants was all delicious. We had amazing weather but suited us quite well that October wasn't too hot and it wasn't too busy.

We have just returned from Kefalonia & we had the pleasure at staying at this fantastic villa. We stayed as a family (3 generations). The decoratation & space was second to none & everything was just perfect . We loved the outside kitchen. Minutes to about 5 really good restaurants.

Wonderful villa - a view of the mountain on one side and sea view at the front. Located in a semi rural setting- just enough life and buzz locally so that you don’t feel completely cut off - tavernas within walking distance and local supermarket just around the corner. Beach 5 minutes drive down the hill. We have stayed here 3 times now and will book again- owner is so helpful and always available...
