The Spa pool and area are not clean enough, the towels ( if any, as not always available) are old and worn out same goes for the bathrob. This hotel has great potential to become a jewel but not in this cleanliness level
Heaven on Earth. Thank you to exist thank you for your constant care to make this place magic. We went 2 times to regenerate and we were very happy and totally refreshed. See you again for sure. Have a great year.
Unexpectedly an amazing experience. The total staff ( housekeeping ladies, waiters, spa employees, managers) are extremely friendly and polite in a sincere way ( NOT superficial) and they make you feel at home
Amazing place, total relaxation in the hot swimming pools. Great hotel overall, suitable for the whole family. Great breakfast as well. Totally worth the money

Hotel with the most beautiful view, clean and very helpful staff. The interiors, rooms and bathrooms are recently renovated and with the willingness of the staff, it makes you feel at home

Staff is exceptionally welcoming though does not know much of English. The main reason for that may be that we were there during offseason. However we were able to communicate as much as necessary
This is a great place and mainly due to the lovely hotel. It is a friendly family run hotel with spacious and very clean rooms. The views from the rooms are lovely and close to the seaside
City centre is a few minutes away, lots of tavernas nearby. If you are lucky enough to get a sea view apartment, scenery is stunning - especially sunsets
Cheers to the people that have created such an amazing place for unforgettable holiday~~ of course we booked it because it looked amazing and the experience was nothing else but relaxing and rejuvenating! Perfeeeeeection
Excellent accommodation, spacious rooms with AC and a huge green garden with all sorts of different plants and trees. Close to center and to beaches, i would definitely recommend for a visit.
Very good place for a longer stay. New building with spacious rooms. There is a kitchenette in the room. Though frying is not allowed, you still may cook soups, pasta or something similar

Excellent location, very close to the sea and to all attractions. I loved the view from the balcony! The room was clean and very comfortable with all the necessary amenities and very good prices

The pool has fresh warm spring water directly from the sources, which gives you the privacy and comfort to enjoy the therapeutic properties of this special water in a beautiful relaxing area
The staff was very helpful and friendly, giving good tips about the area. The breakfast was rich and with good quality. I really enjoyed the spa pool and the relaxing, clean area

There is no pool but you can go to nearby spa or to the public hot baths and enjoy free spa evening or even night :) PS. Hope that small glitches we reported were fixed
If you plan to stay here during summer time (July, but especially August), call directly in advance as they can be fully occupied, but there is a chance you get a room

Very pleasant family hotel, with very nice and friendly staff. It is in a great location, only 5 minutes walk to the beach, with simple but clean rooms
Important is that almost everyone speaks English, and they are helpful. Breakfasts were simple and repetitive but tasty and good with fresh local food
The hotel is in a great location the rooms are reasonable but there was not really breakfast as promised.The owner of the hotel very much apologized and I believe this case was a one off.

If you go there you must eat the pancakes 🥞🧇 they are beautiful! The beach is not that good but things are free there. The hotel has a restaurant on the left and it gives you a 10% discount I you are from the hotel
Very clean and spacious room. The breakfast was excellent, with great variety and delicious food. It's like a 5star hotel buffet breakfast!!
A very good hotel, has 3 stars but looks like 5. It has clean rooms and the breakfast is included in the booking price
Once again I am l left mesmerized by this incredible hotel which oozes class and elegance. I have been here many times and it gets better every time. Super comfy beds and everything works in the room
Overall I'm very satisfied, I recommend it and will definitely be back in the future

The location is ideal, a short walk to the beachfront where all the shops are, but far enough from the noise of the nightlife and up on a slight incline which guarantees a beautiful breeze
The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped, with a full-size fridge, a small kitchen area with a table & chairs, a stovetop, pots, pans, cooking utensils, crockery, knives and forks
And if all this wasn't enough, the true gem of the place is the owner Mrs Gianna who is the most welcoming person ever!  She will bend over backwards to accommodate her guests' needs
The bathroom was also spacious, with a bathtub and running hot water 24/5. The windows have a screen which helps keep mosquitos out. The balconies are also spacious
The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast made by herself with love, she did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and pleasant
There is both a ceiling fan and an air conditioning unit. The WiFi was exceptional, as reception was perfect and it was fast
