The hotel is situated in a perfect location yet the maintenance is not as expected which left us with an unpleasant experience. The Spa pool and area are not clean enough, the towels ( if any, as not always available) are old and worn out same goes for the bathrob. This hotel has great potential to become a jewel but not in this cleanliness level.

Have stayed in this hotel several times in the past . As I was unable to get a room on a bank holiday weekend I kindly asked the reception staff if we could pay the admission fee for the hot springs . The lady with the long brown hair ( can’t recall the name ) started shouting at her colleague NO NO NO as if wasn’t even there listening . This is not a behavior appropriate for such a hotel and especially when the request is made not just for recreation but for health reasons. A polite way to deny is what I would expect . I hope the manager takes note of my review . I will certainly think twice before staying here again or use their spa services . It is a sad decline .

Heaven on Earth. Thank you to exist thank you for your constant care to make this place magic. We went 2 times to regenerate and we were very happy and totally refreshed. See you again for sure. Have a great year.

I wrote an email regarding the number and they said they have it, come. When we arrived, the guy answered no at the administration office!

Treatments expensive and poor value for money - pleasant, but nothing remarkable and priced at top tier international rates. The place has had a fresh lick of paint in the last year or two but that can’t cover up the fact that it’s actually quite run down and that thermal pools are dirty. Go elsewhere unless you are happy with three star service at a five star price.

Had a great time. For 30€ 2 hours in thermal pools, indoor with t 34' and 100% thermal water, and outdoor: t 32' and 50% thermal water mixed with sea water.
