I'm giving the seabird overall 5 stars because it's exactly what I expect. The hotel is clean and tidy and the staff can't do enough. I would definitely stay at the seabird again.

My favorite thing about the hotel is the staff. Really very very nice and friendly! The location is great, very close both to the beach and to the nearby town, restaurants and supermarkets are just a few steps away. Rooms are nice and clean. The food is not bad, however there's no variety and if you're vegetarian, there are no vegetarian protein options.

Overall a nice place, but a little too crowded and too many noisy guests. The breakfast area is enormous and looks like a military cantina. We first stayed in a room at the ground floor (104) and there you could hear everything from the neighbors, so we asked for a different room and got a nice and quiet room on the upper floor. Nice hotel, very quiet location, not much happening at night, limited restaurants with limited menus but nice. I would recommend it if you want a quiet holiday . I would book an ocean view room, which is great The ocean is the best we've been to in a long time, hardly any waves and shallow for a distance,but you should take beach shoes .

Returned from Corfu yesterday can honestly say that I cannot fault The Olivar Suites. The accommodation, staff, food, and service was impeccable. Our room was beautiful, as was our private pool, and a lovely gift from the hotel for our anniversary. Definitely a 5* with lots of little luxuries to make it an extra special stay.

I really enjoyed my Riviera Suite room, it was very comfortable and the balcony was a real treat to relax on! I found that I didn't need a private pool as the hotel's swimming pool was well situated and ideal for September. The beach area wasn't too busy either. It's the surrounding hotels and area that let it down and I don't suppose there's much they can do about that, staff were lovely and room was good.

The room was clean and the location of the hotel is great. Unfortunately there were problems with the air conditioning and the lock on the balcony door was broken. Everything was clean, and room service came every day. The front desk was always manned and very friendly. The free wifi had some dropouts. Solid accommodation at a fair price. No more and no less.

This hotel have all for have formally 3 star. But the service is below this level. The pool is not refined and does not cause a desire to swim. Accommodation is simple and clean, and staying here allowed me to have a low cost holiday in the sun. The pool and gardens are splendid. Breakfast is there if you require it. I’m sure I will be back.

I booked this place for my mum who stayed there for 5 days in September 2021. She was delighted about her stay, the area is very quiet, nice rooms, beautiful swimming pool and great breakfasts. The owner is super nice and helpful. 100% recommended.

Beach is a walking distance and you get there through small streets among hotels - no large street to cross. In the nearby General Market you'll get food, drinks and even souvenirs.

Wonderful family hotel, the newly renovated rooms are very comfortable and nicely designed. The host is absolutely kind, welcoming, it was a great pleasure meeting her. Small, clean but old apartment. Properly cleaned by the host, the towels and the beds are clean, the mattresses seem to be new. The lamps and the furniture are very old but still functional. A bit disturbing that the drainage of the bathroom is old and it smells like sewage sometimes and the only window/door is facing to a common balcony shared with 3 other apartments, so you have no privacy when airing...

You get more than you pay. Very cheep for a basic comfort. 5-6 parking places inside. Terrace and very very close to the beach. The bathroom is a bit small...but you don.t spend too much time in there, right? :)
