A very nice hotel, minutes away from the airport, around 10' away from the main town. Big, well built rooms, nice customer service and very reasonably priced. Great for families too!

Great place for a holiday or a special event. Had a baptism there recently and they were exceptional and very professional. The atmosphere and beach view is remarkable.

It's, well, nice. Not bad. The rooms are adequate, albeit a bit dark. They have their own balcony, and most overlook the sea. This hotel is very comfortable - as for couples and for families with children as well. The pool, restaurant, rooms and the personal are amazing. Very professional service on each level. The higiene and the atmosphere - all perfect. I can recommend it for families and couples.

Andiana the hotel manager was extremely helpful and very sweet. Whatever I asked for was all given to me and very quickly I might add. I loved the service staff very friendly and the night band was charming.

Nice place. Didn't spend enough time to rate in too much detail but the room was good, bed was comfy and breakfast was tasty and filled me up. What more do you want. Really good view if your facing the harbour proper.

Guest location short walk form the ferry and cafe, restaurants and the old city centre, also near travel agents for trips car rentals etc. The hotel is comfortable and serves breakfast, staff are friendly and helpful.

It is nice hotel to live in Mytilene in the city center. Has nice sea view along with the city. Prices are a bit expensive depending on what you are looking for.

Stayed for 1 night. The location is great. Nearly half the windows are facing towards the gulf and the sea so has a great view. Wonderful hotel, amazing breakfast, lovely and helpful staff. The neighbourhood is a bit noisy but that's not the hotel's fault, obviously, but it is super central and close to the port. The rooftop pool is small but refreshing and empty (and so private) most of the time. Highly recommended.

Great place in the centre of Mytilene, Theo is an excellent host, provided everything we needed immediately. Food is fresh, everyday with a great selection of fruits, traditional Greek cakes, and near the hotel you can find all the shops, pubs, port in 2 min walks. Nice rooms, comfortable bed, small pool, good food and friendly staff. Location is also very good, although you don't have direct view of the sea.

Nice hotel near the sea. Very nice view to the Aegean sea. Friendly people. If you don't like the sea near the hotel there is a pool at the entrance of the hotel.

Nice hotel with large rooms and great Mytilini city view but it is a little bit far from the center and because it’s located at the hill walking back to hotel from center is not so easy :)

This hotel is fantastic, super central but calm for the night sleep, room very clean and bed very confortable. The owner is super professional and kind, the communication is fluid and easy with him. We had a sea view from our room. 100% recommended

Beds and sheets could be better and cleaner, bathroom was good and clean. Staff is helpful. Our room was facing toward the bar across but when you shut the windows it’s pleasant enough to sleep.

I stayed in this hotel only 1 night while I was in the island for a job.The owner and the stuff were so friendly and so nice. They even let me to have breakfast on the first day while I was there earlier than the reservation.Totally recommend it!!!

Absolutely beautiful location, the views are truly incredible! Most of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and we loved the daily breakfast and great coffee. Rooms were very clean and we were fortunate to have a newly renovated room. We loved our stay here.

Affordable yet comfortable hotel at the central location. Friendly and helpful staff. The bathroom draining design could be improved, some minor cleaning issues, otherwise no complaints.

Perfect location. Very warm and professional welcome. The rooms are comfortable. But the shower is with a curtain (we are in 2024, and a curtain is not good in terms of hygine). And a very small shower.

Very nice small hotel run as a family business. Clean rooms. Recently refurbished bathrooms. Simple but complete breakfast at the 1st floor balcony with sea view. Ideal for those of us visiting the island on business trips who want a place to stay in the very centre of town for a competitive price.

A word of warning to any guests that might be thinking of hiring a car on Lesbos. Avoid at all costs Billy's Car Rental. They are based in an office by the harbour. They will 'invent' damage to the hired vehicle and you will find your credit/debit card charged extortionate amounts after you get back from your holiday - BEWARE.

We stayed in the main building, the rooms are really big with incredibly high sealings filled with preserved art form when the house was build , the service is great with really welcoming staff. If you decide to get the breakfast bandle you won't be disappointed as there is a variety of things to chose from in the buffet. Iam giving 4 stars manly because of the lack of an elevator in the building

Beautiful building with a swimmingpool in the backyard. My room was big and spacious and I loved the bed. It's very close to the airport and a couple of kilometres from Mykilini center. I really enjoyed my short stay and I would like to come back some later time. The restaurant was not opened at the time of my stay.

We stayed 2 nights on our journey to western Lesvos. Great for the airport as we arrived late and amazingly quiet. Originally we were booked in the main house but were suggested one of the suites in the garden as we had our dog with us which was a good call. Great suggestion and fabulous room. Good hotel, comfortable location for early ferry departures. Unfortunately, the street is very busy and noisy, you can hardly have a sleep, tried to turn on the AC to cool a bit but it didn't seem to be working.

I booked for one night initially and ended up staying for two nights. It’s a nice, independent hotel owned by a nice woman. Location is perfect for a good night’s sleep. I will definitely stay again.
