For the room i am satisfied but it will be good to have a microwave too. I am very satisfied for the service ,kindness of the stuff and the location is amazing . I will recommend it again and again .

It was great but the wifi had bad connection in the room and the toilets were very small and had a hole in the floor that was not covered up but really close to beach

We liked the location. They have a beautiful beach. You can use it free only need to order a drink. People are calm and baby friendly in the hotel and Beach who are using. Only one thing we did not like there: check out time. this rule is giving us stressful when traveling with baby

The rooms were clean and very spacious. The beach is 1 min away from the apartments. The villa has playground for kids, which makes it a great choice for couples with children.

This was one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. We spend our first two nights here and decided to stay our last night here. The best family hotel in Paralia Dionisiou. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, towels and sheets sparkling white. Eleni and her husband are nice, polite and friendly hosts, always there if you need them. The hotel is just a few minutes walking distance from the beach. Highly recommended!

The room was very clean and had everything we needed. A nice bathroom, a small kitchen, tv, conditioner, a balcony. It is very close to the beach. Eleni is very sweet, energetic and positive!

We have been visiting Milonas House Apartments for years and are fascinated by the hospitality and cleanliness. Wonderful location, about 50 m. from a bakery, gyros, super market and of course the beach with both a free area and beach areas with umbrellas and sun loungers, bars with all kinds of food and drinks. Everything was wonderful. Very clean and the host’s attitude was incredibly welcoming. There are great restaurants nearby with delicious food, and the hotel is located close to the sea. The place is amazing. We had everything we need. We parked in front of the place peacefully. The hosts are very welcoming and nice people and always made sure we get all what we need. The hotel keeps a very high standard of cleanliness and the interior and amenities look very new. The room was very spaceous with a huge balcony, has a mini-kitchen with fridge and stove (basic kitchen equipment available) which is great for preparing some snacks or simple cooking when necessary. Another stay at Oceania, our home away from home. No matter how many other hotels in the Ikos group we visit, Oceania is always like coming home! We had a fantastic 7 day stay in mid September with unbroken sunshine for the whole holiday. Food as per the norm outstanding and staff always working hard to make the holiday perfect. This is a great resort :-it’s compact and although it’s on a hill it’s very easy to get around between the restaurants , pool and beach especially with the golf carts that will drive you around. Stayed for 11 nights in September. The first room we were given had a shower over the bath, we did not feel happy having to climb in and out of the bath. Place is in ok condition, considering that it was built in 1973. What i can see they bought few big appartments and turned theme into small rooms. Breakfast is totaly acceptable despite what other reviews say, lady at the reception can prepare you whatever you want, specialy i suggest asking for pie with sweet cream or spinich. Rooms are very clean, they change towers every day as well as bed covers...

Fab boutique hotel in middle of Nea Moudania with nice clean rooms with balcony . Owner was super nice . No tea or coffee facilities but they lent me a kettle and mugs no problem . Our room was ready 2h before our time for check in... When we arrived, we was offered a breakfast, although it is not included for the day when we arrived, first time this happen to me. The rooms are perfect, they are cleaned everyday. Efi is the best receptionist ever i have meet... Next time i visit Nea Moudania, this hotel is the place where i will stay.

Great location, equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Large beach at the front of the house, tge area is not crowded, suitable also for families with children. Free sunbeds are offered. Plenty of nice places to eat near by. It's definitely a place we would like to come back in the future.

This place is a piece of heaven on earth. Fantastic location close to town but away from the city beach. Three great flats with white contemporary decor and all you possibly need for your vacation overlooking the almost private beach. Loved this place. I wish I could stay here forever ☀️♥️
