Adriatica Hotel

Greatly located right between the island's capital and Nidri you have everything you need very close to you, breakfast perfect, view no comment, the experience you get for the price here is amazing, price/value is very high. We are a couple, we stayed for 6 days and we literally had no thing to complain about, not even one. Thank you Adriatica, the staff is friendly always smiling genuinely, when we came the Manager helped me to carry the most heavy luggage to our room without me even asking for it. We'll definitely recommend the place to friends and relatives

I've just spent two weeks in this wonderful hotel and had a fantastic time.
We had a ground floor room looking out over the ocean and mainland Greece. It's 100% the best view I've had on any holiday. The balcony was a fantastic size and an amazing place to sit and relax. The room I had was huge with modern decor. Everything was well maintained and immaculately clean. There was no extra charge for air-conditioning and the safe which is new to me.
The pool and the area around it is immaculate with views out over the ocean. Sun beds were never a problem and were readily available. The pool didn't open till 1030 so there was no mad 7am rush to get a bed. The late opening let you to have your breakfast in Peace which was perfect. The breakfast choices were good. I mostly had pancakes and bacon smothered in butter and honey. The hotel also supplied towels for the pool which you handed back once you had finished with them at the end of your stay at the pool. The bars Choices of food and drink was good and really tasty. I especially like the club sandwiches and fries. The girls who worked there were really nice and welcoming. Excuse my spelling but Movetta was especially kind to me and my family. She worked so hard to keep the place in order and us all happy. Nikos the manager was brilliant too, he was so easy to talk to and would do anything to make your stay the best. I would recommend hiring transport as there isnt much in the area. Theres a pizza restaurant and a Taverna accross the road but no shops. This wasnt an issue as we hired a car. I'd give the Adriatica a 10 out of 10 and I can't wait to return. Thanks to the Adriatica hotel for a wonderful time.

Ps - We had a lizzard friend called Liam that came to our Balcony to visit every now and again. If you see him, say hi.

One year later - We have just returned from our second visit to the Adriatica staying in the exact same room as last time. Again we had a brilliant time in the special hotel. Thanks again Nikos and all the other people who make this hotel what it is. Movetta wasn't there this year but Dio looked after us at the bar and made me laugh. Thanks Dio. My review is exactly the same as last years. I highly recommend this hotel though I recommend a car if you are staying longer than a week so you can see this wonderful Island.

We found this hotel because it had very high ratings. I got a king size room and I am very happy with the choice. Free parking spot. Brekfast was included and was delicious! The hotel's location allows easy access to the best areas. I preferred to eat lunch in the taverns that were in Nikiana. In the evenings you can go to Nydi to eat or drink smth, and there was also free parking or you can go to Lefkada city and park near the harbour(free). If you want to check all that Lefkada offers i suggest staying 7day+(I was end of July 19-26). The hotel owner Niko was very welcoming and willing to help. STRONGLY RECOMENDED!

Rooms:
We stayed in a superior studio and it was a very well thought out room with a fridge and tea / coffee making facilities - The balcony had the most gorgeous sea views (the best views we’ve ever experienced) and watching the sunrise is so worth getting up for
Breakfast:
Breakfast was included and is served by the pool and for such a small hotel the breakfast was mighty! The owners mum (who is the most hardworking lovely human) bakes fresh goods everyday, my favourite thing was the Zucchini pie but all were delicious.
Pool Area:
Pool was perfect - slightly to deep for children but for us was fine (no floats allowed which I was a bit disappointed about but totally understand) never a struggle to get a sunbed and they were super comfy and views that just go on for ever
Local area:
We had a car for 3 days and went out exploring if not the location could be a bit isolated, taxi into Nidri is €10 each way and we did that most nights where there was lots of restaurants to choose from, we also used the local taverna in walking distance and really enjoyed it
We would come back in a heartbeat but have a car for the whole time but I am blown away by the standard of this beautiful hotel! Well done Nikos and team - we’ll be back

Wonderful place 😊 All people working there were very friendly, the room was spacious, modern and clean, the pool area was relaxing and the view was stunning. One of the highlights were the home-made cakes for breakfast, baked by the lovely grandmother of the family. Definitely recommended. Thanks a lot!

Every summer for the 7 years I have stayed at different hotel in Lefkada. Finally I have found a very good hotel that I an very satisfied with. Good service, the rooms have good standard. The staff is very friendly and the bar is very nice with the pool. I will definitely stay there for the next 7 years.

The hotel is run by a friendly family business with good local knowledge. The area is very relaxing and the scenery and viewpoints are extraordinary. The breakfast is served by the poolside and it is very tasteful and clean. The hotel is a bit off from the most touristy areas which in many ways are good but you can take a bus to the good beaches or a cab. But since the hotel pool is so large you may find yourself not needing to go very far to have a perfect holiday.

An excellent place with an amazing view. The staff was so polite and gentle. It is probably the most clean room that we have ever been. The room is big and comfortable. I hope that one day we will be back!
