We had a great time at Theano Suites. The host was very kind person. Our studio was very nice and clean. They are cleaning rooms every day. At the backyard there are small playground for kids and a lovely place to sit and relax. Appartments are at the quiet place in Nikiti, beach is near, also few supermarkets are minutes away by foot.

Best experience in Nikiti thanks to these suites. Rooms are very clean, bed is comfortable, warm water all the time, air conditioning and tv, it is very high equipmented. The host is very kind and helpful, cleaning ladies are also very nice and every day we had a clean room. Surely, we will come back again to enjoy all of this amazing experience in Theano. I had the pleasure of staying at this accommodation, and it was absolutely perfect. It is one of the cleanest places I've ever been to, with an exceptionally high level of hygiene. The host was incredibly kind and hospitable. The apartment's modern style and pristine condition left me impressed with everything being new and immaculately clean.

Room was comfy and just right enough for a couple, clean, big bed, beautiful spacious terrace under the tree, good location, changing towels overy other day.

The appartements are very clean, everyhing is new. We found the beds confortable. And also there is a TV in every room. The shower is big (although the bathroom is a bit small). The swimming pool is great for kids.

Unacceptable reception and cleaners. I forgot a bag of clothes and they told me that they did not find it .... they probably liked the clothes !!! Besides, they forget to wipe the rooms. I went in 3 days and it was unbearable. The only right person in there was the lifeguard. I hope the owner sees the messages because it is a pity that such a careful group of such people work

It doesn't have restaurant and the price is quite cheap but the rooms, the pool and the location is exeptional

Very modern place. Tastefully furnished. Comfortable bed. Parking place. Close to nice beaches, restaurants and shops. Terrace, electric blinds, various lighting. But above all very helpful and kind hosts.

It had a perfect location and the staff were very friendly. We were delighted and are planning to stay in the same place for our second holiday. Great success in cleaning, they have an excellent bathroom. :)

Perfect place! Brand new building with great furnishing and finishing touches, comfortable and peaceful with everything you need. A cleaning lady comes in everyday and leaves the place spotless which was a great bonus as well! Location is perfect as well because it's right next to one of the big local grocery stores, very convenient.

New and luxurious house with spacious dining areas around the pool and barbecue. Everyone can prepare something tasty on it or on the stove. From the terraces in the evening you can see the lights of Nikiti and the sleeve opposite. A wonderful place to relax. I recommend it!

Beautiful place with really nice front desk and restaurant staff. Delicious food and comfortable beds. 5 min away from the beach. Only thing that wasn’t really okay is that the walls are so tiny and when housekeeping is cleaning early in the morning it wakes you up.

We are very glad we chose Acrotel Lily Ann Village for our stay in Nikiti. A clean and calm hotel, suitable for children, the breakfast buffet is varied, there is a choice for every taste. Dinner buffet and lunch baskets are available, I highly recommend taking advantage. The staff is infinitely responsive and smiling. The hotel has parking and a lovely pool for lazy afternoons, only the bar prices...

It’s a beautiful place to stay a nice hotel with swimming pool. There’s a parking place and the rooms are nice clean. It’s very close to the center. You can even walk to the seaside restaurant bars so it’s a good value for staying. The only negative was the cleaning stuff was staying in front of our room door and talking loudly every day they had breakfast sometimes but the main problem was they speaking...

This place is beautiful. I honestly don't understand the bad reviews. I came here after it was renovated and everything was luxurious and gorgeous. The breakfast was delicious. Pool was always so clean and the rooms were big and everything looked just like in the pictures. Staff spoke English very well. Definitely recommend.

Amazing staff, everybody is super-friendly. Amazing cook (each night 1 greek dish, 1 dish with fish or sea food, many heathy options etc). Very clean rooms (cleaning every day). Great bathroom. Clean pool. We felt extremely comfortable.

Very agile, helpful and welcoming staff, always giving more than expected. Hotel is perfect for families with children, especially having in mind swimming pool 1.4m deep. Located in quiet place, near supermarkets and in walking distance from the beach and restaurants. Various, tasty food for breakfast and dinner.

A little corner of paradise... 4 dream days without using the car. Everything is in one place: food, sleep, fun and seaside. The restaurant's chef should get a Michelin star for what comes out of his hands, but I suppose they prefer a low profile. Try the fresh fish on grill if you can. The breakfast is exceptionally tasty and fresh, regardless of what you prefer. The pine forrest is full of squirrels...

Please change the breakfast, everyday is the same. A little variety would not hurt. Everything else is top notch.

Good place to stop for short snack or for lunch, single or as a group. Local beers, very tasty food, fast service and friendly staff. Keep enough cash with you in case credit card service is down. Thank you.

Food was good and servers polite. Location is nice. I rated 4 stars because I ordered some local wine witch in the menu was advertised as 500ml and in reality was 300ml 350ml max. I don't have a problem with the price, I just don't like to be misinformed.

For hotel i can not say nothing, but restaurant are excellent!! Cozy atmosphere, good food and near to marina. Normal price, very delicious foods. Recommend 😋

Very good position, close to the beach. Clean. Towels changed as many times as needed. We had a one bedroom apartment, the living room and the very spacious attic where the children stayed and were very happy. The value for money was very good

The house was lovely, had all the amenities and amenities. Huge manicured garden with swing and bbq! The hospitable hosts, we always had pleasant surprises with handmade delicious sweets! Positive aura and nice. mood !!!

It's a very good place, you can't hear the noise of the main road due to the cicadas, I have so much trouble with it that the bathroom downstairs is still okay to close, but it's hard to open even for an adult, adult only !!

Perfect place to relax and have fun with your family. The hostess was amazing, kindhearted and always eager to help. It's like a dream home. You don't want to leave it. You can grill at the barbecue. The garden is so big for the kid's to play and have fun..And Nikiti is wonderful!

We have Greek roots so we visited our homeland for vacation. We stayed on this amazing shelter for 3 nights..The owners are very warm and kind and they'll try to help you in any way they can. The house is clean and cozy with amazing view and an impressive garden. Kinda affordable and family oriented.Its decorated with love,simplicity and discreet luxury . Very helpful apartment for a family of 4 and beautiful. We did not miss anything. Away from the bustle of Nikiti, but close to go for a walk. Convenient spot for a bathroom up front. Of course it has much better beaches a few kilometers away. Υ.Γ. Mr. Simos ... what can I say! Kemparis man !!!!
