We had a great time at Theano Suites. The host was very kind person. Our studio was very nice and clean. They are cleaning rooms every day. At the backyard there are small playground for kids and a lovely place to sit and relax. Appartments are at the quiet place in Nikiti, beach is near, also few supermarkets are minutes away by foot.

Best experience in Nikiti thanks to these suites. Rooms are very clean, bed is comfortable, warm water all the time, air conditioning and tv, it is very high equipmented. The host is very kind and helpful, cleaning ladies are also very nice and every day we had a clean room. Surely, we will come back again to enjoy all of this amazing experience in Theano. I had the pleasure of staying at this accommodation, and it was absolutely perfect. It is one of the cleanest places I've ever been to, with an exceptionally high level of hygiene. The host was incredibly kind and hospitable. The apartment's modern style and pristine condition left me impressed with everything being new and immaculately clean.

Room was comfy and just right enough for a couple, clean, big bed, beautiful spacious terrace under the tree, good location, changing towels overy other day.

The appartements are very clean, everyhing is new. We found the beds confortable. And also there is a TV in every room. The shower is big (although the bathroom is a bit small). The swimming pool is great for kids.

Unacceptable reception and cleaners. I forgot a bag of clothes and they told me that they did not find it .... they probably liked the clothes !!! Besides, they forget to wipe the rooms. I went in 3 days and it was unbearable. The only right person in there was the lifeguard. I hope the owner sees the messages because it is a pity that such a careful group of such people work

It doesn't have restaurant and the price is quite cheap but the rooms, the pool and the location is exeptional

The place itself was great. It was very fresh and clean, it has everything and the hosts were amazing people! Very polite and responsive. The only reason I give four stars are the mosquitoes that are quite common in the area and the noisy neighbors. It was difficult to rest before midnight.

Among the best places I've ever stayed. The personnel and the host was really friendly, helped with everything regarding the room and also gave suggestions where to visit. The room was clean, comfortable, with air-condition, quite, and the place has a cool garden with chairs, some board games, kiosks and a hammock. We definitely highly recommend people to stay here!

Very clean rooms! Nice garden with cozy common areas and 3 BBQs and very nice playground. It needs a little bit of renovation of bathroom but it acceptable. The owners was super polite and help us in everything we need. I definitely recommended for families with childrent!

Nice place to stay if you are a camper. It has hot water in the bathrooms, lots of toilets and private sector for every group. I have never eaten more delicious fish. To eat a lavraki is a must.

Perfect place when traveling with toddlers. The place has a nice exit to the sea with small water safe for the children. Roka Rooms has very friendly host :-) She gladly will check out everything you need like nearby supermarkets, If you want to go hiling, giving us recommendations for resturants and more. Beautiful place with really nice front desk and restaurant staff. Delicious food and comfortable beds. 5 min away from the beach. Only thing that wasn’t really okay is that the walls are so tiny and when housekeeping is cleaning early in the morning it wakes you up.

This place is beautiful. I honestly don't understand the bad reviews. I came here after it was renovated and everything was luxurious and gorgeous. The breakfast was delicious. It's a very good place, you can't hear the noise of the main road due to the cicadas, I have so much trouble with it that the bathroom downstairs is still okay to close, but it's hard to open even for an adult, adult only !!
