The place for relax and renovation! Located a little bit separately from other hotels in the beautiful lagoon. The rooms a big with its own small swimming pool. The food is absolutely delicious! Booked as a replacement holiday and first time in Greece, can't fault it, great room overlooking the sea, well cleaned every day and excellent restaurant with good food every serving, staff couldn't do enough for us, please don't book this hotel if you have a health issue regarding walking or breathing issues this is due to location.

Beautiful place to be. Hotel staff is awesome but they spend a lot of time fixing things that go wrong. They do that in a great way and asap, but still... We have been here for 3 days now and we were geven the wrong hotelroom, the AC stopped working, the door did not lock and now there is no electricity.

Dear Management, your service need to be improved for sure!!! The waiters in restaurant doesn’t deign to come if you not buying extra things. Smoking behind the tables is terrible and we are not enjoying clouds of smoke in the morning while have breakfast especially with a child’s, respective Staff doesn’t responded properly. The mirabello beach hotel and village is one of the best hotel I ever went to. The location is unique in its own way, and the staff treats your as their own family which make you feel like home. Also the food is outstanding and abundant. I would like to come back soon!

Good property for family holidays. It is not ideal, but definitely good. A lot of different facilities. In general staff are friendly and helpful. During pick season hotel should have more waiters in buffet restaurant for better experience of guests.

Great place for family holidays. We have been here more then 4 times already and would keep coming back. The complex is well maintained and staff extremely friendly. It feels like coming home every time we arrive. The seafront suites are amazing, but could use some touch ups in the bathrooms. Great hotel with a spectacular view if you book a seaside room. Jacuzzi in the junior suite was also very good and clean. We stayed end of season half October so it was not too crowded and enough sunbeds. Also recommend going to the beach via the elevator it was wonderful. Very friendly personnel. Fantastic place to stay, staff are so friendly and helpful. Food a breakfast and evening dinner has a wide choice and selection and has been an added bonus to the stay. The only fault is it states 500 m from he nearest shops. That should be shop.

The hotel is dated but public areas are in good order. It was bought in June by a property investment company and no doubt will have a makeover, as it's neighbouring sister hotel is right now. We have a 1st floor room overlooking the bay. If it were a normal season the road and promenade in front would no doubt be noisier. This is a great hotel situated right on the seafront across the road from the promenade and rocky seashore. The initial appearance is deceiving as the main part of the hotel is 4 floors up and set back from the road. The hotel accepts children but there's no children's activities or small pool. The only pool is between 1.2 and 3.2 metres deep. However a small sandy beach is only a 5 minute walk away...

A superb sea view. Cosmopolitan clientele with a nice relaxed feel. Food is well presented and menu varied. Helpful staff and variety of evening events, with space and several bars to have a private corner if you wish. Be warned though... the pool is cold!

I wouldn't call this a budget hotel. Me and my other half loved it, we plan to go back soon. Great atmosphere funky entertainment and good distance to the markets and whatnot near the port . The lady in the bar by the swimming pool is really fun too. She was wonderful (as were all the staff) just make sure MEN bring a pair of trousers for dinner. In my room there was only ONE free plug. I suggest bringing those things you plug in that actually have more sockets. The food is awesome. The pool is decent. Not small, but not big. There is no gym and the beach is very close.

The hotel was very French focused, which made us feel we weren’t getting the Greek culture we wanted to enjoy. Some bedding and towels had stains on them so felt dirty.

Been there in June 2017 with the all inclusive deal. Fantastic view from the balcony, I recommend the new part with larger and newer appartements bit there is literally no bad room : the units are built on the hill so that everyone has a view. Warning though: make sure you secure a room in the lower levels if you are disabled or have difficulties walking uphill or using stairs as it can be pretty steep...

A very pleasant staying, the personal very kind, polite, eager to fulfill any wish related to your staying: car renting, bike renting, room change, iron for clothes, etc. The rooms are clean, beach over the road, the restaurant is located on the beach. Regular visitor to Crete and use this beach on a regular basis. Beach is nice and clean, water clear and Sandy. No problems getting in and out of the water. Tip if you order drinks on the beach you don’t pay for the sun beds. The taverna attached serves great food at reasonable price and good quality. Staff or friendly efficient and pleasant. This was one of the nicest places we have stayed. (July 2022) Hotel is small and traditional and family run. All staff are pleasant and go out of their way to help you.
