Palmyra Hotel

Second visit. Already booked 3rd and 4th. Beautiful quiet hotel with a 1 minute walk to beach. The staff here are just great, treat you like family, Marsala who seems to always be there is especially kind and attentive, always laughing and all the kids love her, nice pool and always somewhere to sit or lie down. Food and drink is competitive, especially the 2 hour long happy hour, with all cocktails only €5. Can't wait to return!

We stayed here Sept...and..I have to say had a really super holiday ..Our room was on the 4th floor and viewed the pool and mountains ..we loved it and have asked Spiros for the same room next year....this time bringing also a friend .. He is a gentleman and very obliging ...as is his Brother Savvas ..Marcella has to get a mention ..such a sweetheart ...works very hard day and evening ...a credit to the hotel ...as is the cleanliness... and helpful staff ...as I say we return next year .booked as soon as returned ...met people who come every year ..We can see why ...bless you all at Palmyra ..look forward to seeing you next year ..Regards Penny and Gordon Whale ...

I recently had the pleasure of spending 18 days at the Palmyra Hotel, and it truly felt like a home away from home! ☺️👌🏻 From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that set the tone for a fantastic stay.
The staff at the Palmyra are simply lovely—always friendly and eager to help with anything you might need. But there's one person who really stood out- Marsela! She’s an absolute gem! Marsela is a bundle of energy and joy, always bubbly and chatty, and she has a real knack for making every guest feel special. Whether she’s playing with the kids or just spreading her infectious positivity, Marsela is constantly going above and beyond to keep everyone happy. The kids adore her, and it’s easy to see why!
The hotel itself was great, and the food was very tasty. The pool was always sparkling clean, and we loved spending lazy afternoons by the water, soaking up the sun in such a peaceful and beautiful setting. The hotel is just a minute’s walk from a stunning beach. Marsela is always happy to bring food or drinks right to you on the beach, adding an extra touch of comfort to an already great experience.
The owners were also incredibly polite and genuinely interested in ensuring every guest felt comfortable and at ease. They were always around, ready to offer a helping hand or just have a friendly chat, which made the stay feel even more personal and warm.
We’re already missing everyone at the Palmyra and are planning to come back next year! ☺️☀️
With its great facilities, tasty food, and a friendly, welcoming staff this place is a real gem. If you’re looking for a hotel where you’ll feel truly cared for, Palmyra Hotel is the place! Just be warned: you might not want to leave, and you’ll probably end up coming back like us! ☺️

Last time there 2014 and showers were bit out of date, they still are. Single person rooms dont have sun shade what makes balcony hot. Breakfast is same every morning not fun on long term week+.
Room are clean and they have even own soap stand for visitors(for my opinion its useless trash since market is next door)

Service was better now and food you can order is good, (only pasta was dry). Easy to order to room via wassap.

Hotel location is nice and some park space for rent a car option.
It a good location if you like pool and sunbed option. Pool is deep so Kids can jump in as well.

Overall its a good combination. But local beach is crap so take a ferry/car to elsewhere to enjoy crystal sea areas.

Fab, we stayed in a studio with terrace, gardens and then the beach. Relaxing, clean, great owners. Within walking distance of restaurants, shops, bars and beach. Highly recommend.

Spent a lovely week here 9-16th July 2023. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and tidy and well maintained. Pool is clean and sun loungers are well kept, there are enough for everyone. Food and drink excellent. Will definitely return. Thank you to Marcella for the wonderful cocktails and mocktails and to Andy for taking our bags to our rooms. To all the other staff including the cleaning staff who were so friendly and helpful. Hope bearbillo (pregnant cat) is ok. Hotel is close to the beach and all the amenities.

+ Very near the beach, quiet location, near the centre. The food we bought at the hotel was excellent quality & reasonably priced Bed comfy, very clean, shower good, bedding & towels changed every couple of days All very clean Staff are wonderful.

Super friendly hotel, with amazingly helpful staff in stunning location. The rooms are a little tired in places but perfectly adequate and the service and location more than make up for it. 3rd time staying and will return!
