the family-run House Margot is 2 km from the sea shores of Kouremenos and Hiona. It highlights rooms with free Wi-Fi and an outfitted overhang ignoring the mountains and the town.
A cooler is remembered for all rooms at the Margot House. Each is outfitted with a fan and a confidential washroom with shower.
Breakfast including espresso, tea or milk, bread, jams, yogurt, cheddar and honey, is served in the radiant lounge area that ignores the mountains and the nursery. The town place with shops and eateries is at 300 meters.

The fridge was a bit loud so we ended up unplugging it so we could sleep better. The room was otherwise very comfortable, good A/C, conveniently located and good value for money. Checking in and out was easy and no fuss

we had a great stay and there was nothing to complain. big shower, oversized towels, the room is big enough and well stuffed. the bed is hard.

For me the best value in Palekastro. I've stayed or visited many other accommodations, and House Margot offers big rooms (26m2 and more), clean, quite, efficient hot shower and air conditioning, some rooms have nice terrasse with view on the valley. The owner is very helpfull and nice. I really recommand House Margot... My third stay here.

The personnel is kind, the view out isn't bad at all, it's close to the center and non too far from the beach. It's relaxing, clean and comfortable. Good value for money.

This is a very calm and quiet place with a lovely view!
Would recommend it to anyone who needs to stay somewhere over night.

Very helpful staff and a nice room with a mountain view. They provide a good breakfast with extra fee.
Minus one star because for some reason the electricity went off from the whole apartment in the middle of the night. During the heat wave, it was uncomfortable to sleep without the air-conditioning. We left early so we were unable to ask the reason for the cut-off. We wondered whether it was related to the government's call to save power during the heat wave.

It was very nice, there were very interesting beaches and places some of them very quiet and isolated. Plenty of restaurants and taverns to choose from, the owners speak English and German and are always very kind and willing to make your stay better and better!
