Beware of this hotel with your belongings. We were on a group tour and I believe they gave us the worse room. We had room 109 with no view at all. This is not a 4 star hotel. We requested room service and gave the key to Demetrius and found out that my Beats headphones were taken from my backpack. We notified our group Coordinator and nothing was done. I noticed a worked had a similar headphone on the day that we were leaving but never thought that those could off have been mine. Overall this was the worse hotel that I have ever stayed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS BECAUSE THEY WILL STEAL THEM.

Horrible Hotel! This is a bait and switch hotel. The room is not as advertised, you can feel every spring in the mattress and the floors/sheets were filthy. I only stayed one night and was up until 4am due to the room next to me fighting with management over stolen items from her room. On a positive note, the pool is nice. Overall, a bad experience. I would not recommend staying here.

Very shy of a 5 star review

What would have made it 5 stars:
- Adults Only (too many screaming kids at the pool jumping in with no respect splashing water over those sun bathing)

- Pool cleanliness (Pool was quite dirty around the edges with mould) once pointed out it was cleaned the next day.

- Air conditioning in the room was very noisy and needs replacing.

What made me five 4 stars
- Excellent cocktails
- Friendly staff
- Comfy bed
- Walking distance to local amenities.

Top notch stay with exceptional service and high level staff who have genuine care. We arrived early and the staff gladly provided us a room before check in. Staff members Lefteris and Anna Maria made our stay the most memorable and will be the reason we return to Mykonos in which we will only stay at Mr. & Mrs. White. Incredible views- amazing pool- and picturesque rooms . Perfect location and again we thank all of the staff for being so kind and going above and beyond in looking after us ! We can’t wait to return!

I have been travelling for over 25 years and stayed in a large number of hotels all over the world. When I booked a room at Mr & Mrs White I never expected the room/service/value which I was about to get - my plan was to spend a couple of days on the other part of the island and find affordable accommodation after our first hotel in Mykonos.

When we checked in I was struck by the view - it was a perfect overview of the town, with direct sea view and an amazing infinity pool. The room was incredible and easily beats anything I’ve seen so far. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and I felt like a superstar having this level of hospitality.

We ended up loving this place much more than the first hotel (or any hotel that I have been in ever for that matter) and cannot recommend it enough. If you read this review then book this hotel and you will thank me later. This is definitely the perfect place to spend your time in Mykonos.

Magnificent hotel, everything perfect. Very well located, excellent views, very good facilities, good food,...
But best of all, without a doubt, all the hotel staff, starting with the people at the reception and ending with the manager. We have felt better than at home. When we return to Mykonos we will return to this hotel. Thank you so much!!!

Highly recommend this place if you’re staying in Mykonos. Beautiful and clean room, lobby and pool. Staff had excellent hospitality! The breakfast here is also very good!

Me and my friends stayed at this hotel for our Mykonos vacation. The rooms are big, with loads of light and a beautiful balcony. The bathrooms could be improved, but overall it was great. The pool with the view and bar are amazing. Also, the staff is most wonderful - super helpful, nice, positive, knowledgeable and with an amazing energy. They made our stay great!

We cannot fault this hotel! Wonderful people and an amazing setting. Great proximity to the beach and restaurants, plus buses into town. Only area for improvement would be slightly softer beds. What really made the trip was the most amazing staff ever who really made it the best experience for us! Special kudos and thanks to Dimitri, Anna-Maria and Lefteris who were all so incredible and welcoming. The management were excellent and responsive to anything that we needed assistance with. Good luck to everyone in Mykonos! Stay safe!

Splendid service. Everything in the hotel was top quality. We also had an issue with our rented car but the manager Lefteris solved it in no time. Will visit again for sure!
