This was not a vacation, it was an experience of a lifetime. The entire staff from the Concierge to the Chef at Efisia was a work of customer service excellence. I don't have anything to compare this to. The spa and the gym were private and part of my experiences. They make you feel like you are at the best place Mykonos has to offer. 5 stars at least!

The room is OK, but the service of some staff is very poor. I have stayed at Roland & Chateaux many times, but this time I had two problems. The hotel was okay overall, but not quite what we expected. We had to change rooms because the first one had humidity marks and visible shower repairs. We rented four sun beds and spent a Luxury splurge day away from our crowded cruise ship with our two teenagers. Great service, and the beach and cove is amazing! Lots of nearby shops including a supermarket. Would recommend this beach club.

We had an amazing time at Petinos Hotel. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach, the room was clean and cozy, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a great view. Highly recommend – we’d love to come back!

The food was boring. It was the same everyday and we were there for 4 days. It was a bit redundant. We don't eat pork so breakfast meat was not available for us. They only had pork sausage and pork bacon. Breakfast was the least exciting for us.

Avoid, avoid, avoid the attached restaurant. The hotel and staff were very nice but the restaurant attached to the hotel is run by scammers. They withhold the drink menu and then charge criminal prices. Example, 40 for a beer. 30 fir a litre of something never ordered or served. Wow what a hotel! Apartment style complex with three swimming pools and a bar and a lovely outside breakfast area. The staff are like family and there for every possible need from the first instant you arrive. It’s minutes away from multiple beaches and the bus stop to take you to Mykonos Town. Just be prepared to walk up and down a few steps/hills. Our stay here could not have been better.

This place is superb! The customer service is second to none and the prices are reasonable for it being a nice resort. Breakfast was delicious and the crew gave us and other guests great service. We had a 5 night stay in this wonderful residence! Our room had an outdoor jacuzzi which we enjoyed the most after spending the whole day at the beach! If I pictured this place, I would choose the hospitality, the cleanliness and the astonishing view of it!!!

Great boutique hotel got the 2 bedroom apartment and we were very happy with everything. Bed pillows sheets and blankets are all high quality. I love the location it’s 20 min from the port and 10 min to the airport. Below is super paradise and Jackie O beach clubs both very cool. Highly recommend.
