Perfect location, Kosmoplaz Beach Hotel sits on the shore of Platis Yialos. With buses a short walk away, here you’ll also find handfuls of restaurants and cafes to try out. A standout was the extremely helpful staff who were kind enough to recommend plenty of things to do and see on the trip.

Breakfast was varied menu of hot and cold dishes. Best part of breakfast was the view!! Staff were friendly and helpful

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing. We had a lovely welcome, and throughout our three nights they were excellent in assisting us and anything we needed. Rooms were lovely and comfortable. The hotel also has a car service that was pivotal to being able to get to certain locations.

This place is superb! The customer service is second to none and the prices are reasonable for it being a nice resort. Breakfast was delicious and the crew gave us and other guests great service. We stayed in last week of June. The rooms are fine but as someone else pointed out- the walls are thin. The area around pool had different style of pool beds. What an amazing hotel to stay in while on Mykonos! Marina and Marios made our stay special! The whole team working in the hotel is super friendly and helpful. The true Greek hospitality in action. Best Hotel in some weeks cyclades hopping! We stayed at many good places, but none was as good & perfect as Lithos - Mario and team treat you wonderful. While all "standards" of a very good hotel are met (very nice view, a very very good breakfast, nice, spacious and "fresh" rooms, top service, super location - Agios Ioannis has a small nice beach, restaurants, etc., garage included...), the difference...

Great place to stay! Great rooms exceptionally clean and new, great prices. Marios is lovely and gives great advice and recommendations. Bus to mykonos town is right outside, so very conveniently located.

The location was a few minutes walking distance to the downtown. The room had a small beautiful balcony with a seating area. They gave us a small souvenir, a fridge magnet.

A great hotel but noisy rennovations taking place next door and thin walls. I could hear the neighbor snoring at 4:30AM this morning. But apart from that the hotel is very pretty and in a great location.

Great place for a couple of nights. It is in a fantastic location (3 minute walk from the main bus station). It is very convenient for access to Mykonos Town yet located slightly out of town which means it is very tranquil. The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean. The pool area is very nice. Definitely recommend.

Highly recommend! Georgios the front desk host was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about the island. The room was clean, they provided breakfast, and the pool was beautiful! It’s located less than a 5 minute walk from the Fabrika (bus station) so it’s very central and we were very grateful for that. 1000% recommend

We usually come to mykonos in July. We love your venue and show. We are here now in peak august. The place is empty. This is totally due to your choice to charge exorbitant prices. As usual Vanessa is wonderful but sadly it's just all too late now. Please owners reconsider moving your shows earlier and doing some kind of price reduction for drinks. Just returned from a week staying at ilio Maris. Absolutely lovely hotel with amazing staff. Location is perfect, just a short walk (5 minutes) to the edge of town. Clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Pool and pool bar are amazing. Konstantinos who creates the cocktails is a genius with drinks and the most knowledgeable sommelier I have met. This was a very good hotel. The room was spacious and clean. It had an amazing sea view and a large balcony to enjoy the both the dawn and sunset. The receptions were helpful and polite. The hotel is a walking distance from the Mikonyan Maze.

I have to say that it is the best hotel in the Greek Islands. Everything was perfect. The service was incredible. Especially from Moses, he was Lovely, Kind and Attentive at all times. The facilities were spectacular. The room with an ocean view, the beautiful pool and the complete breakfast. 100% recommendable. Without a doubt I will return.

Very clean room, welcoming helpful staff, great location - short walk to town and you don’t have to drag your suitcase through Mykonos towns bumpy sidewalks, great sunset views, safe area - the walk on the road down to Mykonos town can get a little tight because there isn’t much of a sidewalk, but you’re not on it for long (like 6 min) before you reach the pedestrian streets. This hotel is probably the best location in Mykonos town. You can walk to town within 2 mins, but you are far enough out and high up to have a wonderful view of Mykonos and the sea. The walk that other people mentioned was no problem at all. It’s so short and there is only about 5 meters without pavement. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Enjoyed my stay here. Rooms are well appointed and service staff were very helpful. Try to get sea view rooms. View from those rooms are excellent. One good thing is it's very close to bus stop and city centre, so you can get food and beverage and avail transportation easily. Their buffet breakfast in the morning is pretty good too and offer good variety. Overall it was a great experience.

This hotel is incredible! It’s reasonably priced with amazingly kind staff and an unbeatable location. My husband and I were celebrating our one year anniversary and there was a bottle of white wine waiting for us upon our arrival with a thoughtful note...such a nice touch! The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. You can walk to town in less than 5 minutes. We will absolutely be back!

Mykonos was my group's first stop on our island hopping trip and our stay at the Adonis set the bar high. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, staff was friendly and accommodating. We especially enjoyed sharing a night cap with Stilios, the overnight lobby attendant. Great location to the beach and town, we walked everywhere.
