Summer Dream Hotel

1. Breakfast: cold food, no fresh fruit or juice, the same every day. There were only 2 tables inside - since we stayed here in October, it was incomfortable and cold;
2. The wifi: did not work well in the room, only in the lobby and balcony;
3. The staff: unfriendly and stare at you with no smile on their face. This is excluding one younger male staff member, who was polite and smiling and spoke good English. Overall, it left a bad impression about Greek hospitality;
4. Noisy every night due to guests drinking outside. All the staff did was ask the guests to be quiet at 11:30pm (apparently that’s their ‘quiet hours’), but since the reception closes at midnight, all the parties begin again after that;
5. Constant smell of cigarettes in the balcony, sometimes also in the room;
6. The amount of unattended kids this hotel had felt like our vacation was spent in a poorly-managed kindergarten. We couldn’t use the pool because kids were there around and jumping in the pool all day (the staff didn’t care). This hotel is NOT suitable for a restful vacation, but if you’re looking to drink all night and let your kids run around unattended, it might as well be the perfect spot.

I cannot mention any pros, unfortunately, because the cons overshadowed everything. It looked like the hotel could do so much better with the facilities and location it had, but its management seemed to be very incompetent.
