This is probably the best customer service I have ever had in my life. But the hotel is old. Bed sheets are thorn or with stains. It is close to the beach. But again, everyone is so nice.

In general it is ok, but there are some issues. Biggest problem is the parking, there is not enough for all cars so they give you option to pay for reserved space but won't give it for free, instead they offer someone to park your car far away but won't bring it back when you need it, they will just tell you where it's parked. We went on our holiday and we were staying for 5 days. Going to start with Reception -staff great customer service they were helpful and you can get all the information if you needed. Love the beach. The sand is white and small, the water is clear and turquoise. There is a bar at the beach, and a restaurant at the hotel from which you can get food and eat it outside by the sea. You need to pay to use the beach sunbeds and umbrella. However the beach is big and there is a lot of room between sunbeds, they are not cramped up. You don't feel like its crowded.

I really enjoyed my stay despite the downsides. Territory 2 hotels in use. The food is delicious. But for dinner, only water is free. 2 beaches to choose from. The entrance is gentle. Enjoyed the room, view, poolyard. I was not crazy about the food and mini bar snacks. Overally, good for its value

In the room the AC was not working. Took them two days to row and only after an ultimatum that we will spend the night in the lobby of the hotel, we changed the number. The rest of the hotel was very good. The sea is clean.

The Internet is only in lobby and public areas, and then works intermittently. During peak hours the Elevator to wait a long time. Paid of sunbeds and towels for guests. No bath accessories. Large well maintained green area. 4 stars does not match

Good food , a lot food , the rooms are clean, and the people are very nice. At the end, they made us a surprise with a bottle of traditional Wine.The only bad thing - the bath is kinda small

Excellent place. Went there as an exterior for the pool. Excellent service fair prices. Nice pool. Only complain is that I whould like a greater variety of beverages at the pool bar (not all the hard liquors, only one brand each, and 2 brands of beer)

Excellent hotel near the beach, very clean and cozy rooms with beautiful view of the see and the swimming pool. The staff is really nice and welcoming. The food is magnificent. Excellent wifi connection. I would definetly go there again.

We had a great Stay at Atrium. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. Great location, only a short walk down hill to the beach or there is a shuttle if you prefer. Food was really good. We will definitely look an returning to this hotel. Thank you for a great holiday!

3 star at best. Our room was small, the AC was very old and after a power-out, it stopped working. They gave us a fan for the first night, then moved us after some begging. (They do have lovely reception staff who was so nice to me when I nearly broke down with heat exhaustion). For some reason the toilet seats don't stay up. This is a 3 star hotel AT BEST. Rooms are small and things like AC don’t work. We had to switch rooms once because the AC broke and our friends had the same issue. It’s 15 minutes from the beach and coming back in 40 degree heat up a hill is horrible. There is a shuttle but it’s usually full with people arguing to get on. The shuttle also broke down. There’s food but often cheap things, pasta, cheap...

Lovely place. However the room was not what you'd expect of a 4 stars hotel. Ancient air-conditioning, outdated bathroom and the couples rooms...single beds added together. No iron, only ironing service that was not cheap. However the food was very good and the service amazing. At the bar we could've done with some menus that has a list of things included for all inclusive. We ended up paying for cocktails...

We had such a wonderful vacation at Margarita hotel. Towels are changed daily, rooms are cleaned every day, everything inside is brand new and very well maintained. Everyone at the hotel is devoted to enhancing the experience for the guests and everyone to have a great time. There is a sunbed for every room with a sandy beach in front. Excellent small hotel right on the beach. Beach has blue flag, kitchen with beach bar is more then expected and plus was that you can charge everything on room and pay after with card.

One of the best hotels I've been. Yes, it's small, but location is perfect, service is perfect in hotel and in restaurant as well (you don't need to be guest of hotel in order to get proper meal on the beach). Food is amazing and prices are so good. The service is outstanding!!! So trendy look of the rooms. Recommendable for young couples and families with small kids.

The only thing I didn t liked is the beach bar. Indeed it doesn t belong to the hotel, but requesting 15 euros per person, everything in the first order and if you leave for lunch you need to pay again...the hotel should pay for the sunbeds of their customers if they want high standards

Great hotel, located on a hill with a superb view of the sea. The hotel has a nice buffe breakast, it has two good pool areas and excellent staff. The small town Afitos is a gem with a 10 min walk from the hotel. The access to the beach below is reached by walking 155 stairs where u have to be in a little bit in good shape.

Amazing locations with easily one of the best panoramic views I've ever seen. Very generous breakfast and tasty dishes (and the cafe and restaurant both have the best view). Comfy and tranquil, with 2 pools, ideal for a few days of relaxation, and Afytos is really close if you want a more crowded night out. Would recommend 100%!
