Very good place! We didn’t have a reservation and booked the room on the spot. The hotel has a pool which is nice. The rooms were very spacious with multiple beds, mirror, table, and amazing lighting. The balconies were smaller, but nice. The food is a regular hotel-breakfast food, many varieties, except fresh fruit and drinks. They have 5-6 cats at the place and they were so cute, but very boring...

Summer Dream Hotel was fantastic! The breakfast was great, the rooms were spotless, and the pool was amazing. The beach is close by, and everything you need is within easy reach. The location is perfect, and the owner is incredibly kind and welcoming. I absolutely loved the place, felt so comfortable in the rooms, and I’ll definitely be coming back again! Highly recommend!

Very well organized and clean, family friendly. Beach is very close, about 80m down the street, and yet the place is so calm and peaceful in the evening. Nice and tidy swimming pool. Good breakfast that includes a bit of everything. Good value for money in Polihrono.

Really beautiful hotel. Rooms are great and very tidy. The receptionist is very nice and helpful. For breakfast there is a lot of food to choose from. Location is near the stores. Plus, there is a pool. Really quiet too. Near the beach, 2minute walk.

This hotel offers great value for money. If you are ok with basic quality this is the hotel to book. It does have everything you need, but not in a chique or luxurious manner. Clean, simple but fair I would say.

The hotel is top for his price. The breakfast is very good but the meat products are very poor quality. The room is small but you don't need more for 2 people. No TV no movie's. The ac was good to escape from the heat. The staff was kind. The worst thing was the WiFi.

Rooms are comfortable and adequate for the time of your holiday, there is plenty to do in the evening and many places to eat out, if you're confident enough, hire a car and go further afield, we had breakfast included and it was excellent.

The location is good and the beach in good (clean water) but mixture of sand and rocks. We were welcomed with info that there is no parking and they cannot help us. Being a small town with narrow roads it is pretty crowded and we ended up parking 150 meters from the hotel. The sunbeds are charged 10 Euro (20 or 25 for the first 2 rows) .

We had a perfect one week stay at the hotel with a group of 10 friends. The staff was amazing, very helpful and nice to us. The bad reviews below are simply NOT TRUE. All of the rooms were clean, the AC was working and we had no problem during our breakfasts or with the parking. We’d love to go there again someday.

Everithing is nearby: city center and the beach, but to be true, Chanioti is a small city so everything is on 5-10minutes walk. Nice place with great sea view.. easy access to the hotel through maps.fairly decent size rooms but with no hanger for swimwear and towels. Very friendly staff and happy to assist. They didnt clean the room at all the whole time coz they mentioned covid 19 which I found it weird. A beautiful piece of heaven. The hotel is located on a hilltop ( duh! ) overseeing the see and the entire village which gives you a spectacular view. Great hotel, very clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Its location just outside Chanioti means it's quiet and there's usually a cool breeze from the mountain while maintaining beautiful views. Ideal for either weekend getaways or longer-term stays!

The hotel is very nice, with a very wonderful view. The bad part was that the cutlery was always dirty and there were no mosquitoes nets. I also enjoyed the cats. They are lovely. I am giving 5* for them.

Considering price that i have paid for accomodation and servise and food that i have gotten, I have to say that is very good hotel with amazing food and friendly stuff.

The room was good, we had a room for 2 adults and 2 kids was ok. But the bathroom to small and old, The air conditioner was old and after 2 day's broken. . . The breakfast was ok, but missing the vegetables. The dinner was ok. For the price, was a good value 8/10

I stayed here for 7 days for vacation, breakfast and dinner included.. The hotel and the personnel were extra friendly and nice, the rooms are kept clean on a daily basis. The guests have full freedom to sit and engage throughout the hotel balconies and shared areas. The food was extraordinary as well, home cooked and delicious!

Good comfortable rooms. Pretty large as well. Nice view to the beach and is located on the main road. The food was decent, despite the breakfast being pretty much the same everyday. The only thing that was really sub par was the unusual cleaning schedule. Our room was only cleaned at 7 in the afternoon. We didn't have clean towels. No other complaints though.
