Very good place! We didn’t have a reservation and booked the room on the spot. The hotel has a pool which is nice. The rooms were very spacious with multiple beds, mirror, table, and amazing lighting. The balconies were smaller, but nice. The food is a regular hotel-breakfast food, many varieties, except fresh fruit and drinks. They have 5-6 cats at the place and they were so cute, but very boring...

Summer Dream Hotel was fantastic! The breakfast was great, the rooms were spotless, and the pool was amazing. The beach is close by, and everything you need is within easy reach. The location is perfect, and the owner is incredibly kind and welcoming. I absolutely loved the place, felt so comfortable in the rooms, and I’ll definitely be coming back again! Highly recommend!

The hotel is top for his price. The breakfast is very good but the meat products are very poor quality. The room is small but you don't need more for 2 people. No TV no movie's. The ac was good to escape from the heat. The staff was kind. The worst thing was the WiFi.

Rooms are comfortable and adequate for the time of your holiday, there is plenty to do in the evening and many places to eat out, if you're confident enough, hire a car and go further afield, we had breakfast included and it was excellent.

The location is good and the beach in good (clean water) but mixture of sand and rocks. We were welcomed with info that there is no parking and they cannot help us. Being a small town with narrow roads it is pretty crowded and we ended up parking 150 meters from the hotel. The sunbeds are charged 10 Euro (20 or 25 for the first 2 rows) .

We had a perfect one week stay at the hotel with a group of 10 friends. The staff was amazing, very helpful and nice to us. The bad reviews below are simply NOT TRUE. This place is a 3star hotel, and it has everything you could ask for in a 3-star hotel. The pool was great, and the breakfast was diverse enough. (Even if no fruits) The staff were nice 👍

Great hotel, very clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Its location just outside Chanioti means it's quiet and there's usually a cool breeze from the mountain while maintaining beautiful views. Ideal for either weekend getaways or longer-term stays!

Very small room, broken toilet lid, no hot water, we went there at 14:00 as our reservation said and they told us to go in one hour and that it doesn't concern them what they say about "INTERNET" They charge extra for the air conditioner, and since we refused to pay he gave it to us for free. We stay one week in Ilios. The family own the hotel are very nice and sympatic. The rooms where so clean with nice smell. The view from the balcons breathtaking. It's close to the village but very quiet, we sleept fantastic. With care it's easy and near from many fantastic beaches. We was six people, everybody did love it. We will come back.

Good comfortable rooms. Pretty large as well. Nice view to the beach and is located on the main road. The food was decent, despite the breakfast being pretty much the same everyday. The only thing that was really sub par was the unusual cleaning schedule. Our room was only cleaned at 7 in the afternoon. We didn't have clean towels. No other complaints though.

This was probably once an adorable family hotel, but now it's just a shadow. The position is good if you have a car, without that there is a safety risk (highway) and too far from Kallithea (5km) and Kriopigi (1.5km), mostly without sidewalks, unlit, etc. There is a bus stop under the hotel, but there is no crosswalk, but two full lines. It is very inconvenient to get out by car from the side street...

The hotel is located in a very quiet place with a fantastic view of the sea and has its own parking lot. The disadvantages of the hotel are a monotonous breakfast every day, poor sound insulation at the door, outdated furniture needs to be replaced and sometimes there is no hot water for showering.

The hotel is not bad for 3 star, but the location is not great at all. No beach facilities, hard to get there, you have to run across the road, which is very busy and hard to see cars from both sides, no pedestrian cross. Lots of walking along that road without footpath. You definitely need a car!
