Beautiful hotel right in the center of Pylos! Each room has a nice bathroom and balcony. I can't give 5 stars due to the bed being a bit uncomfortable and the pillows being too hard. The modern AC is a huge plus! The breakfast is better than other hotels, featuring a lot of baked goods, fresh fruit, fried eggs, different kinds of bread, cakes and yogurt. The location and service were AMAZING. The breakfast too - Ask for scrambled eggs if you come! On the slightly bad side, our shower handle was broken and the breaker made noises during the night if you turned on the air conditioner - The only reasons for four stars instead of five! Really go for the seaside rooms 😉

We arrived earlier than the 3pm check in but were told our room was ready :) lovely deluxe room with balcony overlooking the gorgeous bay. Super efficient check in, friendly helpful staff. Room was clean and decor bright and fresh. With the doors closed, no traffic noise considering its proximity to the road. Great hotel in Pylos!! Located in the center of the town this hotel offers amazing view. Nice renovated rooms, polite staff and very good breakfast with everything you can imagine.

Fair room for a fair price. Finding parking can be difficult but you can stop outside the entrance, unload and later park by the harbour.

Very pleasant location and rich buffet breakfast. I recommended this hotel for summer it will more beautiful area and winter time is ok.

We got lucky to be placed in room 101 - the view is absolutely amazing. The location of the hotel is great, there is convenient free parking just across the street and the staff is very kind. The breakfast is also pretty varied and delicious. Although the furnishing of the room might use a bit of an update, we had an excellent stay and we enjoyed Pylos very much.

Arrived late in the day to a very big smile from Vasili (Bill) and that did not change … absolutely top class service! Rooms clean, views insane …literally looking at the bay, harbour in front of us with what looked like our own private swimming area across the road! Not to mention private parking across the street, a rarity in Greece! I would sit back in the water and look at the hotel and just loved...

It is a really nice location, with decent rooms. The only downside is the bathroom, which is quite cramped.

A beautiful hotel right on the water. We were in a Junior Suite (301) with fabulous views of the bay and town. Large room, large double shower bathroom. Well appointed. Very nice breakfast. We are a family of 6 + a baby. We booked 2 suits + deluxe room. The suits were spacious, renovated and had a beautiful terrace and stunning sea view. We had a problem with the other room but it was taken care of by the hotel manager to our utmost satisfaction. The private bea h is intimate and beautiful. A quiet location with excellent views from the large balcony, which had comfortable seating and even a flower border. Direct access to the sea via pool steps is ideal for a swim and snorkel any time of the day. The best possible choice for Pylos. Galaxy is located in the center of the city, in the square, so you have everything around you... restaurants, taverns, shops, cafes... everything. The room was spotlessly clean, the towels changed daily, the service excellent. The staff always smiling and willing to help, made me feel like a guest rather than a customer. Important detail, very reasonable prices....

Great location. Room left nothing to be desired, cleaning was done daily and carefully. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent but can get repetitive fast. They only thing that made me 4star was that the outside compartment of the AC unit was in the ground on the balcony, making it very hot to stand in with the AC on.

I love this place! The people who run it are so friendly and professional. Rooms have a little kitchenette in them. Shower of course, hair dryer, a/c, desk and smart TV. Rooms are very spacious. We had a good time staying at Anezinas accommodation, perfect view for sunset on the balcony, spacious rooms and comfortable bed, nice walk into town and great location for exploring the area and nearby beaches. Anezina herself is a wonderful host and very accommodating.

Incredible value for money. The apartments are very clean, well equipped and the view is just amazing! Very nice and modern room, great view and great reception : we had some very good advices about the things to see and do around.

The owner was very helpful and pleasant. The room had a small kitchen. A large shower room. It was very clean and tidy. View of the sea and town from the balcony if you looked to the right and also the town. 5 minutes to the main square. Very good value for money.

Nice and simple place to stay in Pylos. Only 100m from the central square and the seaside, you can easily walk to all the restaurants and bars. Rooms have a decent size, with large bathrooms. Towels and daily cleaning service included. Very helpful receptionist who will help you to find nice places to eat or the best beaches.

Great studio apartment one street back from the water. The apartment had everything I needed - parking on the street, lift access, a balcony with a great view, a comfy armchair which doubles as extra bed, as well as a small kitchen with a much needed refrigerator.

This is a family -mostly - rental, with vey spacious rooms . The welcoming and friendly service that comes out from the heart of those girls (owners) is authentic.They will do everything to make your staying comfy and fulfill your expectations. It is located 50 m from the seafront, yet is very quiet at night time. I 'm only one of various people , who keep staying at aderfia every year.

The room was absolutely chic in white and beige with a crystal chandelier and king size double bed. Ideal for a couple, with a balcony overlooking the sea and the sunset in Sfakteria. It was clean and quiet, with a renovated bathroom. The common area of ​​the yard is also beautiful. Additional facilities, the free parking, at the point of the telescope.

I am about to travel back home from Achilles hotel Methoni. The Hotel is more of a family run guest house. All the staff are like a big family. Rooms are great. Very clean everywhere. The Achilles is well situated at the centre of town right next to some fine restaurants. Staff are amazing and friendly. All in all a very relaxing experience. We have just returned from this lovely little family run hotel in Methoni. It is so friendly and serene so we feel quite refreshed. Lovely staff, clean and spacious room, great location. Not too crowded at this time of year (May into June); although the season hadn't started for many businesses, still plenty of choice for eating and drinking. (We found the mattress too firm, but this is down to individual preference.)

Location of the property was perfect. No distance of a walk to the beach, the restaurants, the souvenir shops, and of course the magnificent castle, it was just the best. We hired a car to get about Greece and had no trouble finding a parking space nearby the property. Newly built place with good plumbing and water pressure. Breakfast is average, filling but not very varied. The wifi is slow to return, but quite fast on the cable. The room has rj45 sockets, patch cord can be requested at the reception. Excellent view from the balcony and terrace to the valley, the bay and the ancient fort.

We had an attic room which was quite spacious although the taller people kept banging their heads on the ceiling. Room had basic amenities. The hotel was very clean, the pool and surrounding area was lovely, there is a lot of outdoor seating and overall the place felt loved and well kept. The hotel is 50m from the main road and around 150m from the main street of the stores in Finikounta. If you decide to go to a nearby beach it won't take you more than 7 minutes to arrive and 15 minutes in total to reach Methoni. One of the best places you can find in the Peloponnese, for families with young children, but not only. The little house was clean and neat, the scenery from the terrace was unique and the owners friendly and helpful. Our little boys loved it, as they could play around in a very safe environment. I have travelled in Messinia a few times and have stayed in various facilities. I must stay that Chamaloni really stands out. The cottages are designed and decorated in such way that you feel like it's your own summer house. The people who own the place are friendly and make you feel part of their family. We were due to join our friends' yacht for a week on 4 September but the captain's wife developed Covid-19 five days before this which meant we needed somewhere to stay for two nights. We directed our taxi driver from Kalamata Airport to stop here and we met the charismatic Nikos who welcomed us in. We were given a fine sea facing room which we liked a lot. We loved our stay at your lovely Sofotel Hotel. Our room had a beautiful see view and we had the best pillows. Breakfast was excellent sitting on the front patio and it was so big we had to forgoe lunch! We had a lovely dinner at Artaki and the food was excellent. We hope to get back next year!

This was a last minute stay when other plans fell through. The owners checked us in at almost 1:00am and were incredibly gracious about it. They saved our trip. We stayed in two rooms, both of which were very clean, and comfortable. The building is very charming, well kept and in a great location. The balconies are comfortable and give nice views.

I have stayed there twice, once for 2 week when I was on vacation and the second time for a long weekend. The staff is very friendly and the room was clean. To be honest the first time I visited because of the low price I was expecting something really bad. I was surprised because the room even though it was old looking was clean and the wi-fi was working perfectly. Definitely value for money!!!

Stayed here for 2 weeks at the beginning of September 2024. Greeted by one of the owners, Nikolas. Warm welcome and given a room on the second floor overlooking the pool and harbour. We really enjoyed the Hotel , the room although small had everything we needed and everything worked ok. It was kept immaculately clean as was everywhere else on the complex. The pool and sunbed area was lovely, perhaps in peak season you may struggle to get a sunbed but we had no problem. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. Everything was kept spotless, the room was of a very high standard, air-con worked well and was free as was the room safe. Breakfast was buffet-style and of very good quality and variety. Hotel staff were very helpful when organising a car hire and taxi up to the Old Town. Without doubt the best accommodation we have stayed in during our many Greek holidays

What a wonderful place to stay, beautiful pool and seating area. Short walk to the beach. Clean, comfortable room with a great view from the balcony. Make sure you have the breakfast, wide variety on the buffet, all fresh. We also enjoyed an evening meal, local produce cooked in traditional recipes. The host is extremely friendly, speaks excellent English and has a wide knowledge of the area.

Wonderful people! The hotel has amazing view to sea and mountains because of the height of the landscape. Excellent food and as a plus it has a great escape room, do a favor to yourself and to your friends and try it...

Very nice hotel with very nice hosts. The room was big, actually we had a free room upgrade, the furniture was all new and the bed very comfortable. I strongly recommend this hotel.

I find most of the reviews unfair the location is central and that’s the main prp of this hotel, rooms and the bathroom were clean. helpful receptionist. good value for money

•Pros: Very polite and cheerful receptionists, fair prices. The bathroom in the room was clean and there was plenty of warm water to shower with. •Cons: The building was in poor condition with the paint peeling off the exterior. Although the payment was made by debit card we did not receive a POS receipt, which we asked for. Merely a handwritten one.

The place looks a bit worn down, but we had a nice big room for 4 adults at a good price. It has a central location with the city center a few minutes away on foot. Very friendly staff that made us feel welcome.
