We arrived earlier than the 3pm check in but were told our room was ready :) lovely deluxe room with balcony overlooking the gorgeous bay. Super efficient check in, friendly helpful staff. Room was clean and decor bright and fresh. With the doors closed, no traffic noise considering its proximity to the road. Clean bathroom with good shower. 2 water bottles in the fridge and coffee making facilities. Super location for a wonderful visit to Pilos, would not hesitate to return.

1) Front desk lady in the evening was rude upon check-in and gave us room 206 which is right by the elevator and you can hear every movement in the hallway even though she had sea views available due to the later check-in. This is the worst hospitality we have received in 5 trips visiting Greece as well with an attitude.
2) at check-out, the front desk lady tried to make me pay for 2 breakfasts which were already included in my rate and was aggressive that I was wrong until I showed her the documentation twice, poor customer service by both front desk employees.
3) The room is like a dungeon and not like the pictures. The pillows are terrible and huge and bathroom is tiny. The shower head was full of calcium which limited water flow and the way in which the shower is built allows water to protrude into the bathroom area.
Breakfast was sufficient and the staff was nice and clean who worked the breakfast area.
Would look elsewhere to stay if ever back in town.

Very pleasant location and rich buffet breakfast. I recommended this hotel for summer it will more beautiful area and winter time is ok.

A great welcome by knowledgable receptionist and the hotel is in an excellent location. All appeared perfect. Unfortunately the beds and pillows are very hard, that along with the motorbikes racing up and down outside in the early hours meant we got no sleep.

Very good hotel, located practically in the center of Pylos. Everywhere nearby. Great and nice service. Free fruit and drinks. Advantages only. Spacious rooms, with a nice view. Despite the road under the windows, it is quiet and peaceful at night. Very good as a base for trips around the area. Next to the hotel there is a car, diving and boat rental. I recommend it 100%💪

Great Hotel in a fantastic location overlooking Pylos Harbour. We were on the top floor and while the road was quite busy and noisy when sat on the balcony the room was quiet once the doors were closed. Very helpful staff who gave us beach and restaurant recommendations. Parking is quite limited across the street from the hotel but we mostly were able to get a spot. Highly recommended.

Our previous booking let us down but this hotel had a comfortable room looking over the picturesque harbour with a balcony ata very good price. Parking was available opposite and there was a lift. The bathroom was a little tight, the shower especially but it worked fine for two people.

We had a deluxe room on a high floor with a lovely balcony facing the sea. Views were nice. The room was a great size, had a safe, tea & coffee making facilities and plenty of storage space for luggage and clothes. Nice bathroom with everything working well. Lovely breakfast and what a pleasant surprise to be able to carry your breakfast tray across the road to the covered terrace with views down to the city and the harbour. Friendly helpful staff. We also loved having access to the sister hotel Karalis Beach Hotel with its beautiful beach bar and sun lounge area, only a short walk from the Karalis City Hotel. We had a car and found parking easily in a small street just opposite.

We stayed two nights at the Karalis City Hotel and had a nice experience. It’s a good value for the cost. The breakfast spread was good with lots of options. We filled up and didn’t need lunch. Some fresh fruit would have been nice, they served canned peaches. The beds were a little firm for our taste, but the room itself was spacious and comfortable. Nice view of the harbor from our balcony. Roomy bathroom that was spotless. Appreciated the daily room clean. This was a perfect base for the area, great location near the square and lots of restaurants. There are a handful of parking spaces directly across from the hotel and a large public parking lot at the harbor down below.
