We have just got home from our 8th year visiting this hotel another wonderful 2 week stay. The team at the hotel work effortlessly to ensure everyone has a lovely holiday it’s very warm and they work long long days yet your always greeted with a smile and nothing is too much this is why we keep returning year after year. My daughters have grown up visiting this hotel from age 4 and still love it. Foods fab drinks are even better and the staff make sure you’re never empty. There is never trouble getting sunbeds and the new ones are so comfy I hardly moved off them!! Megan does the entertainment is lovely and has become very special to us with her kindness to all the children and always comes up with new ideas for things for them to do so lots of happy youngsters. Spyros couldn’t be more accommodating to all his guests needs whether that be dietary or disability’s etc he will go out of his way to ensure everyone is looked after. Best hotel and we would highly recommend it

We had the most amazing experience at the hotel the rooms are amazing with everything you could need the staff are so friendly and attentive nothing is ever to much to ask the water park is amazing very family friendly there are great choices at meal times you would never go hungry We had the most amazing time at the water park hotel we will definitely be returning i love staying here my granddaughter said she won't go anywhere else it is just so family friendly the owners are amazing and always there to help thank you to all the staff for everything you do for all the guests

Lovely rooms, pool and very friendly staff, although waiters are a bit overbearing asking if you want another drink all the time. What let's the hotel down is the food. It was cold and the selection of food was very strange. We had to eat out. Would be much better as a B&B hotel.

Had a lovely stay, the staff were all really friendly and helpful. The water park was excellent, the staff really good, the floor gets really hot, so take some sliders. Food was good, great variety, can get busy at peak times, we just went outside of those times, early for breakfast and late for dinner. A la carte restaurants were a great treat, really enjoyed those. Only downside was like like most places, people reserving the sunbeds around the pool, sometimes overnight. One family had the same ones all week!

Sidari water park resort hotel is a great place to relax. All the staff are hardworking, I want to single out Dimitri and Nadia very attentive and gracious. Maria works at the reception very attentively for all visitors. This hotel deserves its 4 stars completely. The great food will never go hungry. Everything is very clean. We are very happy with this hotel. We recommend coming here with and without children. There is entertainment for everyone, especially for children. I wish this hotel to reach 5 stars, you deserve it. Thank you for a great vacation.

On our way home after a fantastic stay..don't believe any of the negative reviews, this place has been fantastic. The staff are attentive without being in your face, the bedrooms are spacious and clean. The entertainment was great for the kids and Megan does a great job. My older child loved the waterslides. Overall I have never felt so safe on holiday letting my kids explore on their own we will absolutely be back.

Went here a couple weeks ago and all I can say is this place is outstanding. The pools and slides were fantastic. The second we arrived maria behind reception met us with the biggest smile. Spyros then came out and right away introduced himself and wished us the best holiday and giving the kids a high 5. At the pool area there is a lovely life guard who watches out for the kids and for first time ever on a holiday I was able to relax and not worry. The staff were amazing. They entertained us and had a good laugh with myself my family and kids. They couldn't do enough for us and looked after us incredibly. The entertainment was outstanding, quizzes, bingo, singing acts and my most favourite was the greek night. There was so much to do within the hotel and were so close to shops and the beach for something different. The food was so fresh and tasty, even my fussy kids ate alot. The rooms were sparkling clean. They were cleaned daily with lovely fluffy white towels. We are already looking at booking to return. Best holiday yet.

Don’t listen to any negative reviews – this hotel is absolutely fantastic! Sidari Water Park Hotel is a hidden gem for families and couples alike. The food is amazing, everything is incredibly clean, and the whole staff is just exceptional. The waiters are super helpful, always with a smile, and the reception is a real highlight – the girl at the front desk is always cheerful and genuinely tries to make your holiday the best it can be. And guess what? She really succeeded! Also, the true hidden gem of the hotel is the SPA – it’s beautifully maintained, very affordable, and the treatments are out of this world. Pure relaxation. These days, people tend to look for flaws and spread negativity without understanding the hard work and costs behind running a business. Any bad reviews you might read reflect more on the bitterness of the writer than the quality of the hotel. This place gives you exactly what you need: fun, rest, delicious food, and warm smiles from the staff and owners. Highly recommended – don’t let grumpy people ruin your expectations. This hotel is the real deal!

Just arrived home from a fantastic stay at this brilliant hotel. Whist I was there unfortunately I was admitted to hospital and had to leave my two children in the hotel 19&16 years for 2 nights the hotel staff made sure they were safe and looked after them, after I was discharged I had to follow a bland diet which was catered for me. We had one of the rooms with a private pool words can not do the room, hotel and staff any justice. If you’re looking for a place to stay with great hospitality then look no further. The beach and main ***** was roughly a 10-15 minute walk away, good selection of food and evening entertainment. Totally relaxed environment. We will definitely be back.

Fell victim of reading the “amazing” reviews. The hotel and pool/slide facilities are totally decrepit. Food was below sub standard, entertainment consisted of a 15 minute “kids mini disco” by a woman with a speaker on wheels. Grass parasols around the pool are INFESTED with wasps and I was stung twice during our weeks stay. Staff are rude and aggressive and will do anything to squeeze more money out of you. BEWARE and keep receipts for absolutely everything. Eg: paid tourist tax on arrival only to be asked to pay again at check out, and paid our bar tab each evening in euros and at check out was told multiple tabs hadn’t been paid, I smugly pulled out 7 days worth of receipts and ended that one. Please don’t waste your time or money staying here.
