Where to stay in Sidari

We were from the 16th to the 29th. September at the Akron Seascape Resort in Corfu. We were very nicely received there and the first impression is breathtaking with the beautiful view of the Canal d'Amour. In general the ambience in the resort (pool, bar, restaurant etc.) is very appealing. The rooms are kept very clean. Stayed here last week, all the staff were welcoming and friendly, the hotel and room were kept clean and tidy. It is in a stunning location and is very calm and relaxing. Thank you.

We booked a room in september and had a nice stay. The room was spacious and modern. The only issues were that we had to ask for out towels to be changed even though we were initially told they would change them daily.The food was delicios with fruit, sweets and varied meets and vegetables. The hotel has a pool and a very nice garden. Canal D'Amour is closeby. Unfortunately it is not well maintained...

We stayed 5 nights at this great all inclusive resort and had a wonderful time. Super polite staff, spotless rooms, great food and amazing location right on canal d'amour.Felt at home and I totally recommend it.

Nice hotel resort near famous Canal L'amour. We stayed here for 7 night in swim up premium rooms. Rooms were big enough for two people, had big bed, enough room for our dresses and had couch. Bathroom have shower and hairdryer, remember that used toilet papers go into trash bin, not into toilet! With room there is two loungers and one pool shared with other 3 rooms. It was a great hotel Very Clean The only issue we had was the hot water. We did complain bit nothing was done. We had cold showers every evening at 5, probably because everyone was using the hot water to get ready for the evening. Shame as other than that it was a good hotel.

Overall, I would have given five stars because of the quality of service, the pool area, and the rooms. However, I have to subtract two stars: - The first deduction is due to the cleaning. I was here for 8 nights as a surprise for my young sisters wedding. For 2 to stay 8 nights cost I think close to €700 all inclusive. The hotel is good. Cleaning comes every day, while they are only obliged to every other day. I really liked the staff, especially Kostas, Manolis and the manager. Kostas says "Bonjour bon appétit etc..." with a smile every time we come to our table. Manolis is always joking and making us happy. The manager always cared about whether our stay was going well.

I have to say that this was the best vacation of my life. It is the prettiest hotel in Sidari and also never have I ever been treated this nicely by any staff. The staff were the friendliest ever.

Good bar service and nice swimming pool even if open to everybody. 4 stars seem too much for some of the facilities. Strange that people from the swimming pool should use the toilet in the reception making the hall so dirty

Such a great location in Sidari, right on beach & the main strip. Friendly staff, family run, so make you welcome, although Pauline at times was a bit off with you. Breakfast, plenty of choice, nothing too much trouble.

Just returned back from the club maria. We had a lovely holiday. Apartment was very basic but very clean, Greta came in every day to clean and she was lovely and did an amazing job. OK for a short stay, photos deceptive as the waterpark is way smaller than depicted and not really suitable. Swim up rooms are excellent, breakfast and evening meals leave a lot to be desired....buffet style, be prepared to spend a bit more for food on the strip. (10 minute walk).

Good location, slides are great fun for children and also adults, 1 pool was a bit dirty and slides were closed 1h before closure. Overall worth for money as a basic fun location with low expectations.

This is a must visit Hotel the Restaurant is called Harbourside. Traditional Greek restaurant serving Greek and international cuisine. Allthough its in the main strip through Sidari its down a side alley so is away from all the noisey music from other bars. The restaurant backs out onto the beach so is lovely during the day or evening the view is amazing. Best restaurant in Sidari!

Great location and low price. For 2* it's decent. If you don't have big expectations and only need clean sheets and a bed + toilet then definitely go for it. If you expect hotel quality look elsewhere

Second time here. Very good hotel, with excellent and friendly staff. Very clean everywhere. Very near to sandy beaches, 5 mins. Very near the strip for nightlife, but close enough away to not hear the noise from the strip at night when sleeping. Also near to the canal to visit the cliffs, or the more traditional restaurants.

Myself and family just spent a week at La Palma and all I can say is its the most amazing little place, the most amazing owners who will look after your every need. The stay at La Palma was the icing on the cake of our holiday and we will 110% be going back. The 5 star rating doesn't do it justice

This is a lovely quiet complex in the perfect location for exploring Sidari. It has many bars, shops and restaurants practically on it's doorstep, as well as a nice beach and the main Sidari beach about 5 minutes walk away. Marianna and Penelope, who run the complex are lovely and very welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely apartments set in a really peaceful, tranquil surrounding. Superb location with bars, restaurants, shops and beach all within walking distance. A perfect place for a quiet family holiday.

Absolutely loved our holiday at La palma. Gorgeous Greek welcome from the wonderful Marianna who could not do enough to make our holiday perfect. Location was perfect 5 minutes from the strip and main beach but very quiet so sleeping was not disturbed. Apartment was very nice good size and lovely modern bathroom. Highly recommended and we will definitely returning next year

Pleasant family orientated self catering. Do not walk on busy main road. A pleasant walk to the beach via the side gate but more than 10 minutes.

ABC is a rural resort near a quiet and beautiful beach. well serviced, equipped and very clean. Nande is a great host and you can feel very safe here. lots of pool side couches, lovely little duplex houses with every thing you could need. Great double beds and mattresses! We are very happy to have discovered the ABC and plan to return in 2017.

Nice and quiet place to stay, with good staff and a great pool area. Resturant and bar area great for breakfast, lunches - basic fayre, but very well done. Weekly Greek barbecue with particularly good food. Good scheduled live musicians in different styles (e.g. traditional, rock etc.). Just the sort of place to keep coming back to.

In short, a top hotel. From the service (especially Zoe is super friendly and very accommodating) to the small but nice rooms. The hotel is in a very quiet location, but if you want to go into the hustle and bustle, it's only a 10-minute walk away. I would stay at the hotel again at any time. 10/10 points.

Spent a whole week there with my wife in mid July and must say it was the best experience we've had so far in Corfu, and this is our third time there. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, the beach was very close and it's a quiet area. Also, if you want to spend time in Sidari, the restaurants are within walking distance. An absolute gem. Hotel immaculate but what makes it special is the staff. They are amazing and always go the extra mile. Quiet and peaceful but only 20 minute stroll into Sidari main town. Its a family run hotel alongside the restaurant called The Wave next door where we always enjoyed a great lunch with friendly and welcoming staff. I would totally recommend the hotel to you.

Best hotel staff we’ve ever visited! The staff is amazing, will always go that extra mile, always friendly. Rooms are very clean, breakfast has a good variety, location is just outside the centre and the beach is nearby. The swimming pool is quite big and also very clean. I can recommend the Sidari Beach Hotel without exception. We were given an incredibly warm welcome and treated very kindly the whole time. All the staff are incredibly friendly. The location is great, it is quiet and enjoying a delicious cappuccino on the terrace with a sea view is a highlight. The breakfast is delicious, there is plenty of parking and the location is great.

Would highly recommend. The rooms are clean and adequately equiped. Free WiFi, lovely food, friendly and attentive staff. Perfect location, directly across the road from the beach and within very close proximity of bars and restaurants. Regular buss service nearby, with access to Corfu town, which is just over an hour's buss/coach ride away.

Since being taken over by Thomas Cook it has improved greatly and is central and flat for anyone with mobility problems

Lovely clean and friendly hotel. Basic no frills rooms however the location right at the end of the main Street in the resort, opposite the beach is a bonus. Very modern yet cosy rooms in several housing units. The whole compound doesn't really feel like a hotel which was very refreshing. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Large pool. Breakfast was mostly British (which is to be expected in Sidari) but it didn't bother us. All in all a very pleasant stay.

The place is really good. The stuff is really helpful and kind. It’s clean, the air conditioning is included, looks like every apartment is the same with balcony.
